High School is a time to hangout with your best friends being silly and making memories. Skylar Neese was a 16 year old sophomore who had two best friends, Shelia Eddy and Rachel Shoaf. The trio were inseparable!
Skylar disappeared from her West Virginia home on July 6, 2012. While it was initially treated as a runaway, investigators soon came to believe that something more sinister had happened to her.
