#74 What do we mean by "embodiment?"

The word embodiment is becoming as ubiquitous as mindfulness these days. Wondering if the word is drifting in meaning, Annie and Jen look at what embodiment is through several lens including spirituality, philosophy and psychology. They also point out ways in which something may appear to be embodied but not. 

And this is all a lead up to a series of upcoming explorations in what Annie has dubbed "The 12 Embodiments of Yoga."
