In my opening I refer to white men as the one common obstacle to 4 specific movements.
Their opposition has become even more prevalent since they opened the barn door and welcomed the personality and mindset of their current leader into office at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
"The Fears of Slippage"
identifies the various movements that White Men have been the common obstacle/denominator to those movements being legislated, implemented and attaining their desired goals.
We now are being bombarded by a torrent of executive orders that seek to return Blacks, Persons of Color, LGBTQ+, Women, the Disabled and the entire populace of the marginalized and disproportionately affected to that time that preceded all acts of legislation that sought to level the playing field for the aforementioned.
Why, I ask, do you think that many in Congress are vociferously cheering on the actions of a would-be dictator? The simple answer, they are white men who possess the same desires.
We must recognize and stand on the fact that we have been challenged before and demonstrate the resilience of our ancestors. We must also learn to exercise the spirit of cooperation and collaboration among each of the groups listed in order to overcome what we are now facing.
In short, we must coalesce and seek to impact the one thing that has driven the white man's actions throughout the annals of time...MONEY!!!
Let's get busy doing just that!!!
OUR SPIRIT...LIVES!!!
PEACE!!!
***Anyone notice how jam packed the parking lot at your local COSTCO was, and how many were standing in line at the NEW MEMBERSHIP Desk? I did and my spirit jumped with excitement because I really think that through their actions, they are truly going to FAFO; if we remain committed***
