This is a heavy one folks...
We've got Claudia Goetzelmann on the show, who experienced a "small death" in going through a divorce and losing her identity. And in doing so she dug DEEP into the concept of death.
And through this experience, she came to the realization that perhaps she was more scared of death than she should be. And realized that over time in the relationship she had abandoned parts of herself. And Claudia takes us through her experience of "re-accepting" herself and grieving the loss of the identity she previously held in the marriage.
We get into how we are continually faced with death in our lives. Small deaths and big deaths. All of which come with a natural grieving process.
What it means to live a "full" life. And when we're on our death bed, what will truly matter to us.
Enjoy.
