3c Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 onion, diced fine
3 cloves garlic, pressed
2c marble cheese, shredded, divided in half
1 loaf of fresh round bread (like calabrese), cut a circle in it and pull out any excess bread to make a bowl.
Mix all ingredients and just 1c of cheese. Pour into the bread bowl. Top with the remaining cheese. Add the bread lid on top. Bake at 350 or an hour.
