Rule 14 : When You've Got the Tough, You've Got the Power.

 In this episode, the Heroing group of "To Be Determine" and their Bard... arrive at the day of the Eternal Harvest Festival. They get their fortunes told, travel through a maze of wonderment, and get a personal meeting with the Hero Forge's Elected Official, Cough. Where the other elected officials decide to confront the three rogue officials with the help of "To Be Determined."
