Forte tries to use his words and digs himself and Sparrow into deeper trouble with the mob. Trever gets to know a local city official. Sparrow learns about a heroic opportunity. Tango and Forte officially join To Be Determined, and the newly expanded merry band of heroes begin investigating the disappearance of several people in the district of Lower Tarin. As they start forming a theory of the case, Tango's mistrust of boats deepens.
