Welcome to the Soma Flow Meditation to call in
miracles to your life.
My name is Tabitha MacDonald.
Thank you for allowing me toguide you on this journey today.
Let's begin by taking threedeep breaths Breathe in through
your nose, expand your belly andallow your exhale to come out

of your mouth with a sighExcellent.
Two more Breathe in and exhale.
One more.

Breathe in, exhale.
Notice that there are rootsgrowing from your feet into the
center of the earth, groundingyourself into the earth.

(01:14):
Feel these roots growing deepinto the center of the earth,
connecting in with this playful,nurturing energy that is the
planet.
See it like a pink ball oflight in the center of the earth
.
Feel that earth energy comingup through those roots into your

feet, filling your body up withthis grounded, playful,
nurturing energy, filling upyour entire body.
Now notice that 300 feet aboveyour head is this golden liquid
light.
It is a beautiful, iridescent,white and golden energy.

Connect in with the light aboveyou.
This is universal love, joy,strength.
Pull that love down through thetop of your head, connecting

into your heart.
Take a deep, gentle breath andwhen you exhale, exhale any
dense energy, negative thoughtpatterns, stress, worries or

concerns.
Breathe in that golden liquidlight, allowing it to fill your
entire being, healing your body,from the tips of your toes to

the top of your head, all theway to the ends of your
fingertips.
Feel this white, golden lightfilling up your entire body.
Feel the vibration of joy, loveand gratitude filling your

entire physical body as you areconnected in with this light.
Next time you breathe out,you're going to see it
surrounding you three feet,coating you in this energy of
unconditional universal love.
Now, as you breathe in, breathein more of this light,

connecting in with it above yourhead.
And now send it out so that youfill up your entire room with
the light of this love.
See every corner of your roombeing coated in this light.
Now take a deep breath in and,as you exhale, see this light

filling up the entire buildingthat you're in.
See this building being lit upby the light of this love.
And, as you breathe in again,see your entire neighborhood

being filled up with the lightof this love, allowing this love
to flow through you, sendinglove to every living soul in
your neighborhood.
Now, as you breathe in, expandthis light out to the entire

city that you're in, seeing thelight of your love, blessing
everybody in your city with thishealing light and energy.
And, as you breathe in, expandthis love to your entire country

See the light of this lovefilling your entire country.
See the light of this lovefilling your entire country,
healing up all living beings,all souls, animals, plants.
Connect back in with the lightand, as you breathe in this

light of love and you exhale,see the entire planet being
coated with the light of thislove and send a blessing to
every living being on the planetthat they may experience peace

(06:05):
and serenity.
Send this wave of peace andhealing to the world now.
Now imagine a safe place in yourmind.
It is a white room with threechairs.

(06:27):
You're going to sit down inchair number one.
Call to mind someone who hasharmed you and invite them to
sit directly across from you inchair number two.
Now call in a wise counselor tosit down in chair number three.

(06:53):
See this person who has harmedyou sitting across from you.
Allow yourself to experiencethe pain that they have created
for you and as you allow thatpain to come up, you can imagine
that you can put it in a blackbag.
Ask your higher self to come inand remove this pain from your

(07:20):
body.
And now, as you look over atthe person who has harmed you, I
want you to speak your truth tothem.
Tell them how their behaviorhas hurt you.
Take your time, allow yourselfto fully communicate how their

(07:47):
behavior or actions has causedyou pain.
Now allow this person tocommunicate back with you.
What were they thinking, howwere they feeling?

(08:10):
And, if you feel up for it, youcan imagine your consciousness
dropping down into theirperspective, looking back at you
.
What do they need you to knowabout the conflict?
What do they need you to knowabout the conflict?
How were they feeling?

What were they thinking?
Now, lift your consciousness upinto the wise counselor,
letting go of attachment to theoutcome, stepping into a space
of innocence, of higherconsciousness.
What needs to happen for thisto be resolved today?

(08:55):
Happen for this to be resolvedtoday.
Allow your superconscious tocome in and tag and treat any
cords, attachments or contractsand do a massive change history,
allowing the lessons to befully.
Now allow your consciousness todrift back into your chair and,

(09:22):
as you see the person sittingacross from you, simply say I
forgive you.
Connect in with the light aboveyour head and see yourself
filling this person up with thelight of universal love, healing

(09:48):
them, and if there is anyoneelse who you would like to
release cords with, they cancome and stand behind this
person and see yourself allowingthe light above your head to
fill all of them up with thislove, this universal energy of
healing flowing through you, notfrom you.

(10:10):
And now imagine that all ofthese individuals had cords
attached to your body.
Ask your divine guidance tocome in and cut those cords with
a giant blade.
As the blade comes down andcuts those cords, see the energy

dissolving.
Feel your energy being returnedto you, clearing the emotional
charge, freeing both yourselfand them from this energetic tie
.
Call your energy back to yourheart and thank them for coming

(10:58):
today and send them on their way.
Now imagine yourself being ableto connect in with the version
of you that is already thepredominant creative force in

(11:20):
their life.
See this version of youstanding in front of you.
Notice how they are standing,notice how they are speaking.
Notice this version of you thatis the author of their life,

the most empowered version ofyou.
And now step into this versionof you's perspective and see the
world through their eyes.
Version of you's perspective.
And see the world through theireyes.

How do they feel?
Feel it in your body nowaligning with being the
predominant creative force ofyour reality.
Now I want you to call in theversion of you that is living
their true nature and purpose.
Have them stand in front of youand notice how they are, what

are they doing, who are theybeing this version of you that
is fully in alignment with theirsoul's purpose.
Feel that purpose now in yourbody.
Allow yourself to merge withthis version of you.

(12:50):
Feel that sense of commitment,of purpose, of higher knowing,
of purpose of higher knowing.
Now invite in the version ofyou that has a life that you

love, that has freedom and play,unlimited love, healthy
relationships and connection,abundance, success, whatever it
is that you would love to callinto your life.
See this version of youstanding in front of you, this
playful, fun, free version ofyou.

Notice what they're wearing.
How are they standing, noticewhat their posture is like, how
they move, what are they wearing?
Allow yourself to fully seethis version of you who lives a
life that they love, right infront of you.

(13:54):
Now.
Allow yourself to merge withthis version of you.
Feel their energy integratingwith every cell of your being.
Feel the playfulness, thelight-hearted nature, the
freedom, the peace.
Feel it like it's happening now.
Now see the healthiest versionof you standing in front of you.

Notice what their body lookslike their skin, their hair.
Notice their eyes and theclarity.
Notice how easy it is for themto eat healthy foods that
nourish the body, to take careof themselves and to honor their

body.
Notice this version of you andpick up any other details about
how they feel about themselvesand their body.
Now step into this version ofyou and feel what they feel now.

Feel it like it's happening now, allowing all four of these
aspects to integrate fully intoyou.
Now See their energyinterweaving with every fiber of
your being Great.

Now, using a mental screen infront of you, we're going to
visualize your perfect averageday three years from now.
Allow this screen to appearbefore you 20 degrees above the
line of your horizon.

Make this screen large so thatit takes up your entire vision.
Allow yourself to see yourselfthree years from now.
Pull up any goals or dreamsthat you have.

(16:21):
See yourself waking up, goingabout your day with ease, joy
and success.
Up, going about your day withease, joy and success.
Pull up any future memories ofyour career, your love life,

your family.
Perhaps it's a vacation youwould like are building, or a
health goal that you have.
Watch this video and payattention to the emotions and
the feelings this visualizationevokes.
Allow yourself to feel it.

What do you hear?
What do you taste?
What do you smell?

your timeline to align with thisfuture moment.

Now bring your attention back totoday.
Visualize your current dayunfolding perfectly.
See each task, each interactionand each moment flowing
smoothly from morning untilnight.

See yourself completing thismeditation and moving into the
next part of your day.
If you are going to work today,see yourself arriving in a very
calm, blissful and peaceful way.
Imagine 10 o'clock, 11 o'clock,any meetings that you might

have.
See them going perfectly.
See your day unfolding withease and flow.
Notice lunch how easy it is tofill your body up with healthy
and nutritious food If you aregoing to exercise, see you

including that in a way thatfeels good and honors your body.
See your afternoon feelingenergized, focused, happy.
Continue through your day,getting into the evening,

relaxing, enjoying quality timewith loved.
Happy, joyful, move throughuntil you go to bed, being able
to easily and effortlessly fallasleep.
Now for the last phase Ask for ablessing from your guides or
higher power.

We're going to conclude thismeditation by asking for a
blessing from your guides,angels or higher power, whatever
you believe.
Open yourself to receiveguidance, protection and and
miracles.
Today, invite your higher selfin to guide you through your day

, trusting that you aresupported by a force greater
than yourself.
Ask for any pain, worries orconcerns To have easy solutions.
Show up for you and ask forthose solutions to be offered up
swiftly so that you knowexactly what to do.

Feel the gratitude and connectback in with that beautiful
golden white light above yourhead, allowing it to fill you
once more with this universallight, this blessing, healing
any emotional wounds or baggageand releasing it.

Feeling the light of this love.
Connect back in with earthenergy, feeling the earth
