One of the kind of cooleststories in my I will call it a
spiritual awakening or atransformational journey was
when I met Bruce Lipton.
I don't know if you know whoBruce Lipton is, but he wrote

the Biology of Belief and oneyear I started just traveling
around and going to all of theconsciousness conferences
because I really wanted tounderstand what was happening in
humanity, and people in theconscious creation community
seemed to have a lot of answersthat I was looking for.

So I found myself at theConsciousness Conference and
it's put on by a man namedRichard and he gets all of the
most amazing speakers in humanevolution and consciousness
together and puts together thesereally amazing events to talk

about what's happening outsideof what we would normally think
of right in human evolution.
So he gets, like Greg Brayden,joe Dispenza, bruce Lipton and
many other great thought leadersand transformational experts on
stage that really blend thescience of spirituality and
(01:48):
science together to help peopleunderstand how it's all
connected.
So I was at this conferencecalled the Marriage of Science
and Spirituality and it was withBruce Lipton and Michael
Beckwith, and I got in line tomeet Bruce Lipton and I was very
excited because I just love theman.

His energy is amazing.
He's just one of the kindestpeople I've ever been around and
he's genuine.
He has this genuine energyabout him and you can sense that
he really loves what he does.
He really had to follow hisintuition when it came to
following his calling and I lovethe story that he told when he

was standing in front of theStanford professionals and he
heard God basically say this iswhat I want you to teach, and he
felt, from what I understandfrom his explanation and story,
almost like there's no way I cansay that in front of these
people.

And he did and he was hired andI just thought that was
probably one of the mostinspiring stories of following
your divine calling or followingyour intuition.
So what does this have to dowith public speaking?
I met him and I shook his handand he just looked at me and he

said the world needs you to comehere or to do what you came
here to do.
Stop reading from your slidesand speak from your heart.
And I thought, like there's noway that he just said that out
of the blue, like that had tohave been channeled.
So I started my journey ofovercoming my fear of being
(03:40):
heard, my fear of being seenbeing a public speaker.
Heard my fear of being seenbeing a public speaker.
And how I got into magneticmind coaching in the first place
was I had watched a superconscious recode video that
Chris Duncan had put on YouTubehelping two women overcome their
fear of public speaking usingthe super conscious recode.

As soon as I saw that video, Iknew my soul was like, yes, that
is what you need to learn.
And it took me down the journeyof getting certified in Chris
Duncan's work and learning aboutmagnetic alignment and how to
use superconscious recode tountangle trauma memories without

having to go in and really talkabout them, where we could use
Superconscious Recode to pullout the emotional triggers that
keep us stuck in the past.
So I want to talk tonight aboutpublic speaking because, as I
have been asking and invitingpeople onto my podcast normal

average people who I admire andhave a tremendous amount of
respect for the work that theydo in the world.
They said, well, I would loveto, but I have a terrible fear
of public speaking and I kind oflaughed because I was like, oh
gosh, no problem, I've got atool for you.
Let me share the superconscious recode with you.
It will just blow it out of thewater.

Now, to be fair, there is stillsome nerves and you still have
to take action.
However, it does remove a lotof the resistance and the
outdated programming that saysyou know your voice doesn't
matter or those unconscioustriggers like dry mouth and you
(05:28):
know the sweats and the thingslike the negative talk in your
head and forgetting what you'regoing to say and all of those
types of things.
And it was interesting because Iwas at my networking group this
morning and I had volunteeredto do a five-minute education
moment on rapport building andusing body language to quickly
(05:50):
and easily build rapport withpeople.
And I was standing in theshower this morning because I
get a lot of divine inspirationin the shower and I just heard
don't worry about thispresentation, all you have to do
is go into Hukala, like youwere trained and I've got you.
And it was my higher self.
I've already done this speech athousand times and I just kind
(06:14):
of trusted that Bruce Liptonmight've been right and that I
could just deliver the speechand I would be fine if I just
had fun with it.
And so I got there early and myfriend and I rehearsed it like
twice and we had so much fun.
It was a great.
We had a great time.
Was I nervous?
Yeah, I was nervous, but itdidn't stop me from doing the

presentation and feeling reallyconfident and good while I was
doing it.
And there wasn't any negativeself-talk in my head when I got
off of the podium, like therewas no oh, you should have done
this or that.
I just got so many, so muchpositive feedback from people
and then I just enjoyed it andpeople were grateful that I

shared my knowledge with them.
And it's funny because I wastalking to a coach the other day
and she said people don't knowwhat you know and that's what
you need to share, because whenyou're you and you've studied
what you've studied and you'vebecome an expert in your field
and whatever it is, you don'trealize other people don't
(07:23):
really know what you're talkingabout, because you don't
understand always what otherpeople don't know and you take
for granted the knowledge thatyou do have and the experience
that you have.
So I want to talk about thisfear of public speaking because
I think a lot more people arebeing called to share their
(07:45):
stories and to step up inleadership roles in their field
and their expertise and alsojust in their community, to help
support each other as the worldtransitions.
However, it's transitioning,but as the world grows and
evolves and as we grow andevolve as human beings.
World grows and evolves and aswe grow and evolve as human
(08:08):
beings.
So if you have a fear of publicspeaking, then this is
definitely for you.
I am going to include a recodetowards the end of this
recording, so if that issomething that you have always
wanted to try, stay tuned, Iwill be including that.
But first I wanted to talkabout what is behind this fear
(08:31):
of public speaking, because whatI want to do is start
activating your field ofmemories around you.
So, as I'm asking some of thesequestions, maybe you want to
jot down some notes or justallow yourself to think about
what some of your blocks are.
(08:53):
Our blocks usually show up inthe physical manifestation.
So your body holds the fear andyour body might have an archive
of past experiences, includingfear, tension and stress.
Many you don't remember, someyou might, and your nervous
(09:14):
system may have stored pastmoments of embarrassment or
discomfort.
It could have come from amyriad of things, including
being publicly humiliated whenyou were trying to tell a story
in the fifth grade who knows?
But how that manifests is itwill look like shallow breathing
(09:39):
, tight jaw and throat, forwardhead posture.
That has a huge impact onconfidence and vocal projection.
In fact, when people come inand I work on them and they tell
me they have a fear of publicspeaking, I'm like the first
thing we need to do is take alook at your forward head
posture and your jaw muscles andyour tongue, because all of
(10:02):
those things will create aphysical manifestation of a fear
of public speaking.
That could just be it, like itcould literally just be in the
physiology, and it could also belike pain or things that are
distracting for you.
Breath work, posture correction, vocal exercises that will all
(10:23):
help release a lot of thephysical blocks and body work.
Obviously I'm a huge advocate ofsomatic body work and releasing
the tissue manually.
I was at a speaker's trainingand there was some people there
and I watched everyone theirphysiology because I'm just a
(10:45):
nerd like that and I had acouple of guys in my class and I
could tell their tongue wastied down and that that was part
of the problem was that theywere getting a lot of
restriction in the way that theywere speaking because of the
way that their tongue wasfunctioning.
So I released it for them andit was quite impressive how
(11:05):
quickly their ability tocommunicate more clearly shifted
for them.
But also because I do superconscious work, I was also
identifying the blocks in thefield and I saw like ancestors
blocking their voice or likepast trauma memories or
relationships where they weren'tallowed to speak their mind or
their truth, past traumamemories or relationships where
(11:25):
they weren't allowed to speaktheir mind or their truth.
And we just recoded it while Iwas releasing the tongue and the
jaw muscles and the differencewas profound.
I mean I have a review on mywebsite from Dr Jamil that I
will always be grateful for,because I had a fear of speaking
in front of people who had likea doctorate, because I always
thought like, oh, who am I.
(11:46):
I'm just a massage therapist andthat was one of my limiting
beliefs that I needed toovercome.
So it was a beautiful moment oftransformation and also to
connect in with these oldidentity structures that I had
around, not being smart enoughor good enough or educated
(12:08):
enough, and had to trust myintuitive knowing and also the
fact that I spend a lot of timestudying because I just enjoy it
and, like I said, I'm a bignerd.
So the next block we want tolook at are the mental blocks,
and those are the stories thatwe've told ourselves about who
(12:30):
we are.
Our subconscious mind holdslimiting beliefs that shape our
reality.
So if you have a belief thatI'm not a good speaker or people
will judge me, your brain willfind ways to prove that belief
true and these mental blockswill manifest as negative
self-talk before, during, afterspeaking.
(12:52):
So you're basically in a stateof self-abuse before, after and
during, and, of course, you'renot going to want to do public
speaking if it comes with a heapof shame and self-criticism
Over-analyzing every word yousay.
A lot of people focus on theirword and the words instead of
(13:16):
the experience.
So I think that was the thing Igot from Bruce Lipton, which
was Bruce we're friends, Bruceyand I but from Bruce Lipton was
when he said that to me, Irealized I had been in a state
of overanalyzing every wordinstead of just thinking about
(13:36):
what's the energy, what's themessage, what's the end results
that I want to create and how doI want to connect with people
through language.
And that shift and that reframereally helped me get over every
little word and stumbling andtrying to memorize speeches and
(13:59):
things like that and I reallystarted just connecting in with
my heart and thinking about theperson I was talking to.
When I'm either recording apodcast or I'm sending out an
email or whatever it is that I'mdoing to communicate with
people, I think about a specificperson and I assume that there
(14:22):
are many of that one person outthere listening, and so I hold
the intention of being ofservice and educating people.
So when you're in that state ofservice gratitude, love,
community the words that you sayare not ones that then become
(14:42):
overanalyzed, because you'rereally connecting energetically
to the people that you'retalking to.
It removes a lot of thatdisconnection from whoever it is
that you're speaking to.
There is also that fear ofmaking mistakes or sounding
(15:06):
unintelligent.
This was probably one of mybiggest fears for most of my
life, because I always valuedbeing someone who was
intelligent.
And when you work in corporateAmerica and you don't have a
bachelor's degree or a master'sdegree, they'll often overlook
you as being someone who'sunintelligent, without knowing
(15:32):
who you are.
But then you kind of adopt thatideology that maybe you're not
as smart as everyone elsebecause you didn't go to college
or you don't have an Ivy Leaguedegree, and that was something
that my boss always told me, atIntel especially.
He used to say, like that isyour biggest challenge to
overcome is you're very smartand I want to hear what you have
(15:54):
to say and I would love it ifyou could just speak up in
meetings and instead of likeshutting down because people
have a higher level of educationthan you do, of like shutting
down because people have ahigher level of education than
you do.
If you can relate to that, thisrecode is definitely going to
help with that Difficultystructuring your thoughts
(16:17):
clearly under pressure.
Sometimes, when people get in astate of pressure, they will
struggle to maintain the endresults of the presentation that
they were planning to give.
I see this a lot when peopleare giving their like 20 to 30
second BNI weekly presentation.
They usually read it from theirphones and I never do.
(16:37):
I always go into higher selfstate and I just say the one
that my higher self tells me isthe best one for that week.
And it's really interestingbecause I didn't realize that I
had started doing that or that Idid do that until one of my
(16:58):
colleagues from SOMA came withme and he was like you were like
one of maybe three or fourpeople who didn't read their
weekly presentation and I wasn't.
I'd never count that as like abig win and it was nice to have
it pointed out because I thought, oh, I just I didn't realize
(17:18):
how much more comfortable I waswith public speaking than I,
than I was giving myself creditfor.
Reframing is a very powerfultool for shifting a lot of
beliefs With mental blocks.
Reframing is one of my favoritetools and that's basically
(17:40):
where you take a look at yourold story and you say people
will judge me and if you'remaking that mean something bad,
then that will create a negativesensation in your body.
But people will judge you andthat's the truth.
They will absolutely judge you.
It's how you decide to react tothe judgment.
(18:03):
So if you make it meansomething bad about you, then
you might have the negativebelief people will judge me and
then I won't fit in.
Or you could reframe that topeople will judge me because
they have judgments aboutthemselves, because they have
judgments about themselves andthat's really the truth of
(18:27):
judgment is, when somebody isjudging you, they are really
judging the unseen shadows ofthemselves, and I don't want to
(18:48):
go into that fully right now.
I'm just going to let that onesit.
But people judging others isoften a reflection of some
unseen aspect of themselves thatthey are afraid to look at.
Judge your neighbor Byron Katie.
I'll go into that in anotherepisode.
So, with the mental blocks wewant to use reframing and then
emotional blocks are unprocessedfeelings that come up while
(19:13):
you're speaking.
I know many of you haveprobably had that giant frog in
your throat that seems to beblocking every word that you've
never said, and I like to equateit to it's like every word that
you have ever choked back isstuck in your throat chakra and
(19:33):
when you try to speak it's likeall of those unspoken words are
acting like a dam preventing newwords from flowing out freely.
And that could be coming fromemotional triggers and wounds
like fear of rejection, shamefrom past speaking failures
maybe you were humiliated atsome point anxiety linked to
(19:56):
social judgment with emotionalrelease techniques and Recode
really shines here because itremoves the triggers from those
unprocessed emotions and justtreats it in the field so that
you're not reliving every pastfailed public attempt at
speaking.
You're only in the presentmoment.
(20:18):
Nlp tapping, somatic healingall of this can be incredibly
effective.
So anytime I find that I'mtriggered now or someone's
gotten under my skin, I go doemotional release work and I
have a whole library ofmeditations I've created to
release unprocessed emotions.

Or if someone's what I calllike you know triggering me,
then I'm always like ah, thankyou, because obviously there's
something in my shadow that Ididn't know was still there.
I'm going to go do my innerwork because I don't let people
trigger me anymore and it's myempowerment code for myself is
I'm the boss of my feelings.

And does it mean people don'thurt my feelings?
No, but it means if I let themhurt my feelings, I want to know
why I let them hurt my feelingsand decide if I want to let
them hurt my feelings again.
When we start talking aboutenergetic blocks, this comes
(21:21):
from misalignment.
So your energy field holdsimprints from past experiences
which we can use recode for.
Or when we have unresolvedenergetic blocks, they can
manifest as a feeling of beinginvisible when speaking, lack of
resonance or authority in yourvoice.
Resonance to me, I guess thatwould be more like just
(21:46):
coherence, where it's like yourheart, your head, your body,
your soul, they're all alignedenergetically and that, to me,
is when you are in heart, brain,coherence and you can just flow
Like you're like.
No, this is me, I know how tospeak freely.
There are also energetic leakscausing exhaustion after
(22:08):
speaking.
So if you don't know how tomanage your energy and you're
letting other people's thoughts,feelings or behaviors enter
your energetic bubble, man,you're going to be exhausted
because you're going to feel alltheir judgments and assume that
their judgments are about you.
You're also going to feel alltheir own anxiety.

They might have envy, theymight have excitement, they
might have a whole bunch offeelings that you're picking up.
So if you don't know how to putup your energetic bubble before
you're in a crowd, you shoulddefinitely learn how.

putting up your energetic blockis probably rule number one,
because that way nobody is ableto basically shoot their
negative, dart arrows at you,because your field, your bubble,
is going to just like protectyou from it and it will just

bounce right off.
You don't even know.
And that's how it should be,because whatever they're
thinking or feeling is abouttheir experience, not about you.
I mean, obviously, unlessyou're being like a total jerk.
But hopefully, if you'relistening to this, that's not
what you intend to do with yourpublic speaking career.

Okay, so I want to talk abouthow the super conscious recode
can transform your speakingconfidence, and then I'm going
to actually take you through therecode process.
So the recode is arevolutionary technique that
works at the highest level ofconsciousness to shift
unconscious patterns and removeinner resistance instantly.

Instead of struggling to pushpast fear and anxiety, the
recode allows you to simply letgo of the blocks that are
holding you back.

It's really hard to explain tosomeone who's never experienced
one, but I remember the firsttime I did it was like someone

had just done magic on all of mytrauma that was up, and I
remember thinking I've got tolearn this because this is going
to change the world, and it hasdefinitely changed my world and
my clients that I work with haschanged their world and in my
opinion, it is a gift from thedivine to help us just transform

the unrelenting amount oftrauma that is on our planet
right now, because it's nolonger serving anybody and it's
just generational now and Ithink there's just so much
trauma People are just having ahard time even seeing out of it.
So in my opinion, it was a giftfrom Source to help us move

past all of that trauma morequickly.
And as a seven on the Enneagramand having as much trauma as I
had to work through, I knew Iwas being led to the most
efficient tools to processthrough trauma quickly because I
was committed to being someonewho was empowered and in an
(25:29):
empowered state, not in a victimtrauma mindset.
Now I also have a lot ofcompassion for how long I was
trapped there because of theamount of just trauma patterns
in my brain that I had to getout of.
It was a lot, and so any of youwho are going through that
right now I just want to say Ihave a tremendous amount of
(25:52):
respect for the journey thatyou're on and also, I want to
offer you a tremendous amount ofhope, because you don't have to
stay in trauma.
It can be released quickly, wayquicker than you were told.
So it also clears limitingbeliefs without needing to
relive old trauma, and itreprograms the nervous system so

that it feels safe again in newexperiences.
It aligns your mind, body andenergy fields to support your
confidence.
So, as we're removing oldtrauma memories or triggers,
what it does is it installs new,confidence-building beliefs and
structures that are inalignment with your highest
potential or your higher self.

It also helps you to wake up toyour intuition and to receive
intuitive guidance on your nextsteps, to whatever it is that
you're choosing to do with yourlife.
So how do we do this?
With recode.

So the first step is I have toexplain to you what the
superconscious recode is, andinstead of giving you a link to
another episode, I'm just goingto explain it now, because your
unconscious mind needs thiseducation so that it can run the
program.
So the recode process is aprocess that teaches you to
connect to a part of you calledthe superconscious that created

all memory and can treat emotion.
It is not a trance.
You can do the work on yourself.
However, it is easier and moreenjoyable to have a coach do the
work with you.
Learning to do this presents nodanger, as there are many easy
ways to block treatment.
You're in control.
To ensure we get all of you towork together, there is some

education you need to learn onceand then, after that, we will
be able to work together to makefast, easy progress.
You are made up of a mainpersonality and then also many
other personalities and aspects.
When all aspects are workingtogether, we can use the recode

method to easily let go of anyresistance that is stopping
satisfaction in life.
We do this by connecting toyour superconscious.
The superconscious is one partof your consciousness, the other
two more familiar parts beingthe unconscious and the
self-conscious.
Now, the superconscious isgiven various names by other
(28:25):
people, but what we mean by itis essentially your inner
intuition or wisdom that isconnected to a field of
information across all time andspace.
Your superconscious is like adrop in the ocean of the
universal superconscious.
We are an individual drop butstill connected to the universal
(28:49):
ocean of information that isthe superconscious field.
When you give me permission toconnect to your superconscious.
I can connect to both yoursuperconscious field and that
universal field of information.
Now I will explain some moreabout our conscious memories.
(29:11):
We have three parts to ourconsciousness and each has its
own memory store.
The first is superconsciousmemory.
This is present from beforeconception, having been passed
down through your family.
It is a field structure thatinforms our cells and DNA how to
act and what to turn on.
(29:33):
This is memory number one.
Secondly, an unconscious memory, which is present from the womb
and communicates in feelings.
It runs the body and is easilytrained to interpret symbols
like language.
Through repetition it canautomate complex tasks like
breathing or driving a car.
(29:54):
This is memory number two.
Thirdly, a self-consciousmemory that is also known as ego
and is our thinking brain orconscious experience.
This is memory number three andoriginates from the ages of
four to seven years old.

During the recode process, youwill unconsciously be bringing
up resistance to your choice andthis we are going to be using
the choice of being a clear andconfident communicator.
And that resistance is foundedin negative beliefs that have
been created in our unconsciousand self-conscious memories
(30:37):
initially for self-protectionbut, when held onto, can cause
resistance to change.
This resistance will be broughtinto your active experience
from your dormant memories.
The active experience is whatwe are experiencing in the
moment.
It is made up of bothself-conscious and unconscious
(30:57):
memory, whereas outside of theactive experience we have
dormant memories and these canbe unconsciously triggered into
the active experience wheninvoked, because the unconscious
and self-conscious parts likeworking in metaphors.
I will use metaphors to helpyour self-conscious visualize
(31:20):
your resistance being removedbit by bit or completely,
whatever is the most perfect wayfor you.
For example, I may refer to ariver of desire that is flowing
towards your desired result,with your resistance being
boulders in the river causing adisruption to the flow.
(31:42):
Or ski slope with mogulsmelting in the light of
awareness.
When the superconsciouscommands work to lessen the
resistance, it will be like theboulders in the aforementioned
metaphor crumbling away.
Our process is through respectand we desire all parts to
(32:04):
choose to let go of resistance.
We do this by explaining thebenefits.
All parts that are awake arealways listening.
So here are some greatadvantages To get more
satisfaction and less pain, tostop intrusions, takeovers and
to stop losing time, so allparts can run the body at the
(32:28):
same time.
And to stop the mainpersonality, hiding information.
Because a mono personalityworks best, I will use the
concept of a treatment team or atreatment plan to organize all
aspects of you into a cohesivegroup that will work together to
(32:50):
create more satisfaction andless pain.
It is important all aspects ofyou desire treatment and by
asking questions and removingbarriers you can ensure all
aspects desire treatment.
So, in summary, this recodeprocess will help treat
resistive personality parts andnegative beliefs that come into
(33:11):
your active experience whenviewing your choice, your true
choice.
It does this by bundling themtogether into a treatment plan
and giving commands to yoursuperconscious to treat them to
create more satisfaction andreduce pain.
This process will decrease orremove the resistance, the
boulders, in terms of themetaphor and to allow you to
(33:34):
take your next action towardsyour desired result.
So, with that said, youprobably have a lot of questions
and I'm going to offer you towrite them in the comments and I
will do my best to get back toyou with them, but really, at
(33:55):
this point, I want you to justallow the questions to be there,
because they're going to be inyour field right now and that's
actually a good thing and I'mgoing to ask you to grant me
access to your super consciousfield and we're going to go
ahead and start the recodeprocess.
So what that looks like is youjust say in your mind or out

loud I give Tabitha permissionto access my superconscious
field, and, in order toenergetically protect everyone
on the call, I'm going to haveyou imagine a ball of white
light surrounding you and thenyou're going to see a cord
(34:38):
coming off of your sacrum,grounding you into the center of
the earth, and right above yourhead is a ball of golden light.
This is your super consciousenergy.
Ball of golden light.
This is your super consciousenergy.
We're going to connect in withthat and command that.
Any energy that is not love orabove.

Leave your field now, and thenyou can just sit back and relax
or you can write down theinformation that's coming
through for you, but what we'regoing to do is step number one
is to decide what you would liketo create.
So for this exercise, I amgoing to focus on being a

confident public speaker, andyou can word that however you
want, but for today it's goingto be.
I choose to be a confidentpublic speaker.
Now, when we think about how itis how you would like it to be.

I would like you to just for amoment, think about the emotion
of the end result.
What would it look like if youwere a confident speaker?
What would that feel like toyou?
What would it give you?
Would you have moreopportunities at work or be able
(36:09):
to start your podcast, or maybebecome someone who gets paid to
share knowledge publicly?
Think about what it would giveyou.
Is there someone in your lifethat you don't communicate with
clearly because you shut down oryou're afraid of being heard?
Think about the end result, andwe want to create an emotional
(36:30):
structure that we're moving into.
So perhaps you're in a BNInetworking group and you have to
give your weekly presentation.
What would it feel like if youjust popped up there?
You knew exactly what to say,you didn't have to read it from
your phone and you just knewexactly how to end it exactly on
time?
What would that feel like tojust know exactly when the
(36:53):
30-second timer was up and youjust knew exactly how to do it,
and that the thing that you saidwas exactly what everybody
needed to hear to connect youwith the clients that you were
looking to connect with?
Or what if this has to do withbeing on a podcast, and maybe
somebody invited you to be aguest and you just know that the

And it could be anywhere fromtwo, meaning like, yeah, it's
not much, but I would like it tobe less to 10.

How does it feel now?
