First up, I have to give a hugeshout out to everyone doing my
pushup challenge.
I am so proud of all of them.
They're showing up, gettingstronger and their arms, oh my

I heard this on the Mel Robbinspodcast.
It was Dr Vonda Wright that wason there.
She is an orthopedic surgeonsaying that every woman and she

11 pushups a day.
So if you can't, fret not.
That's what this challenge isfor.
So, yeah, whether you do thecountertop, you're on your knees
, your toes, it does not matterwhere you start, it just matters
that you do start.
