Have you ever felt a presence in the room when no one was there? Or experienced an unexplainable knowing that turned out to be true? These aren't figments of your imagination—they're glimpses into the spiritual dimensions that exist alongside our own.

In this soul-stirring conversation with metaphysician Christi Clemons Hoffman, we dive deep into the unseen world of angels, spirit guides, and the loved ones who continue to connect with us after passing. Christi, with her 15+ years of experience as a Reiki master, medium, and hypnotherapist, shares profound insights that left me with goosebumps. She explains how heaven isn't some distant realm but rather a dimension existing simultaneously with our own—much like how radio waves surround us though we can't see them without special equipment.

What fascinated me most was learning that we all have at least nine spiritual guides with us at all times. At minimum, each person has a guardian angel from birth to death and an archangel (regardless of religious beliefs), plus various other guides who join our team during different life chapters. These aren't abstract concepts but practical relationships we can develop to navigate life's challenges. Christi validates this by recounting powerful stories from her practice and her upcoming book "Real Life Angel Encounters," releasing July 1st.

Whether you're spiritually curious or deeply skeptical, Christi's grounded approach meets you wherever you are. As she puts it, "Belief isn't required—like gravity, these principles work whether we're aware of them or not." Ready to discover the invisible team supporting your journey? Listen now and prepare to see your world in an entirely new light. And if you've had your own unexplainable experience, I'd love to hear about it—message me on social media or reach out directly to continue this fascinating conversation.

, a Reiki master, medium levelthree QHHT practitioner.
She's a podcast host Actually, she has two podcasts and an
author and we talked abouteverything from angels and

(01:05):
spirit guides to the presence ofGod all around us and, yes,
even those quiet moments when weknow our loved ones who have
passed are still near, and Ieven shared a personal story on
that note.
So if you're curious,open-minded or just in need of a

Here's Christy.
Hey, christy, welcome to theSpandex and Wine Podcast.
Thanks for being here.

Speaker 2 (01:31):
Thank you for having me.
I love spandex and wine.

Speaker 1 (01:35):
Well, awesome.
Okay, we're going to get to thewine part in just a minute, but
I have to tell you that I'mjust cracking up.
So I was just scrolling throughFacebook just yesterday and I
came across her profile profileand I'm like, ooh, she looks
interesting.
And so I messaged you andyou're like, sure, and then I
have to take a sip, my goodness.

(01:55):
And then you said you signed upfor today.
A day later I'm like this isgoing to be great.

Speaker 2 (02:04):
What can I say?
You caught me at a good time, robin.
Usually it takes me like daysto respond to messages and much
less act on them, because I'mhella busy these days, but you
caught me at a good time.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
Yes, yes, I like it when that happens, and I was
looking at everything you do.
I am fascinated and I can'twait for this conversation, okay
, so let's just start with.
Okay, you have a podcast, you're an author, you have a
business, you tell me your story.
Where do you want to start?

Speaker 2 (02:34):
Actually, I have two podcasts.
You do.
I have two podcasts, yeah, okay.
So yeah, I have two podcasts.
There's the Radiate Wellnesspodcast and the Real Angel
Encounters podcast Love it.
You mentioned that I am anauthor and yes, I have my first
self like soul author book out.
I say that because I have aco-authored book out as well,

(02:58):
but this one coming up thissummer is like I am the only
author and that's my firstpublished book this summer is
like I am the only author andthat's my first published book
that's coming out July 1st.
Real Life Angel Encounters, based on the podcast, some of
the best of the best stories ofthe podcast, all these angel
encounters.
And yeah, I have my ownbusiness, radiate Wellness, and
we're a collaborative practice.

(03:18):
So we've got four practitionersand personally I do readings,
reiki and regression.
So I do Akashic records, readings, angels, animal
communication, past lives, lovedones, purpose, all the things.
And then I'm a Reiki master andI'm regressive hypnotherapist
but also I do clinical hypnosis.

(03:38):
So you know that's there in themix as well and let's see is
there anything else I do.

Speaker 1 (03:46):
I think that's enough .
Wow, you are busy.

Speaker 2 (03:49):
Yeah, I'm busy.
Oh, and my kid's graduating intwo weeks, or no, a week, and a
half.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
Oh, that you are.
It's a busy time.
Okay, I can't believe I didcatch you.
Wow, you caught me at the rightmoment.
Nice, I like that.
Okay, and I feel like it'sgoing to be for a reason.

Speaker 2 (04:04):
Then, so wonderful.
Well, it's great because I'mjust starting to really plug my
book, and so this is not great, and I'm in a documentary as well
and that's kind of cool to talkabout.

Speaker 1 (04:16):
So yeah, yeah, okay.
So let's talk just a little bitmore then about the podcast,
the real encounters with angelsreal life, angel encounters.
Okay, that's yeah.
Give me, give me just a littlebit of that.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
Well, I don't know if you know who Jim Harold is.
He is a podcasterextraordinaire.
He they call him the OG of theparanormal because he got in to
name his paranormal podcast whenyou could get the name
paranormal podcast.
He's got several kind ofaligned type of podcasts.
One of them is jim harold'scampfire, which I'm an avid

(04:54):
listener.
It's all these people callingin with their campfire ghost
stories and love that show andabout that my guides started
tapping my shoulder, saying youneed to do another podcast.
I'm like, no, shut up, I'malready doing one.
Like no, you need to do anotherpodcast.
I'm like I'm a single mom andit was the pandemic.

(05:17):
It was like the second year ofthe pandemic and I said I've got
a busy practice.
I do a lot of no.
And they kept tapping me likeyou gotta do this podcast.
And I'm like, okay, well thentell me what it's going to be.
And so they pointed me towardJim's podcast and they said
needs to be like this.
But positive stories.
Oh, okay, uplifting, positiveangelic stories, stories of

(05:39):
miracles, chance encounters, loved ones, all that kind of
stuff.
The same thing have people telltheir stories, but we need to
let everybody know that angelsare real.
That's basically what happened.
So I mean, it's on a crusade, this podcast and the
accompanying book, which books, because it's going to be a

(06:00):
series, but it's on this crusadeto let everybody know that
we're not alone, that we areangels and guides and loved ones
and beings that are with us allthe time and all we have to do
is open our eyes and payattention.
You know it's crazy, I mean, and it's not just all angels
either.
So this podcast I've had folkstell about their alien

(06:22):
experiences, but positive, ohreally, yeah, really cool.
Some really cool stories inthere, as well as just, you know
, random things that happen.
You know, you run into somebodyin the grocery store that
delivers you a profound message.
Are they an angel?
No, but maybe they're sent byan angel.
Um, just all kinds of stuff.
Seeing our loved ones around ushere.

(06:43):
It's like I should have died,but I didn't because I don't
know why I didn't, because itshould not have gone the way
where I get out of this alive.
You know that thing.
So it's not all angels, although there are some angels
that they show up and they'vegot wings, they've got the robes
, and you just know that that'san angel.

(07:03):
So all kinds of differentstories.
That's what I love about this, because we all have these
stories.

Speaker 1 (07:12):
So have you always been very intuitive.
I mean, when did you discoverthis gift?

Speaker 2 (07:18):
I was a baby and I was talking to ghosts in my crib
.
My dad was.
When I was really little.
He was a night watchman.
He was putting himself throughcollege and he was a night
watchman at this huge like WPAera 1930s high school here in
Kansas City and he'd bring mecause.

(07:39):
My mom was a radiology tech.
She worked overnights as well,so he was a night watchman.
He'd bring me with my crib andset up while he take me on his
rounds and, do you know, did hishomework and and all of that
and so and I stood up in my criband I was waving to the ghosts
around me and talking to themand freaked him out.

(08:01):
I bet, yeah.
So you know, it wasn't unknownto me to just know things and to
see energy around people and tosee things that other people
didn't see and just beinterested.
You know, and a lot of peoplegrow up that way.
I'm not.
I mean, truly, it's notanything special.

(08:22):
We all have these gifts.
All of us have these gifts.
Whether you call it yourintuition, your you know what,
do we call it Mom's intuition, mother's intuition?
We all have this.
We can walk into a room andit's like whoa, did somebody
just argue in here?
Yeah, because it doesn't feelright.
You know so we all have that.

(08:44):
Yeah, that's part of a hugemission that I feel like I'm on
is to let everybody know ayou're not alone.
You're never alone, ever.
You've got angels around you.
And b there's a lot more to usthan we know.
There's a lot each and everyone of us and we all just can

(09:05):
tap into that it's.
We all have these spiritualgifts in varying degrees, but we
all have them, you know.
So I love doing what I do.

Speaker 1 (09:15):
Okay.
So let me ask you this then.
So let's just say ghosts, andif they're not, why I'm having
trouble today?
If they're not in heaven andwe're seeing ghosts, where are
they?
What's the afterlife in youropinion, and why do we see some
ghosts and others not?

Speaker 2 (09:37):
That is an excellent question, robin.
Okay, good, and I will try toanswer to the best of my ability
.
But this is basically what Ihave learned over the you know
what 15 years I've been inpractice is that heaven is a
concept that we all have ofsomeplace out there, and it's

(09:58):
not.
Heaven is a dimension that wehave around us at the same time.
Remember, we live in threedimensions right now.
They're all existingsimultaneously.
There's actually a fourthdimension that we live in,
called time.
Time is its own dimension andwe live in these dimensions and
we can sense them and we canperceive them, and we have

(10:20):
evidence of it.
There are more dimensions thatwe just don't have the equipment
to perceive, so much like wecannot see x-rays unless there's
a special machine to.
Okay, I don't know anythingabout x-rays, so but we can't
see radio waves, but you knowthey're working because we can

(10:41):
hear them, Right?
So things are around us.
We might not be able toperceive them, and that's what I
believe heaven is.
Excuse me, that's me.

Speaker 1 (10:52):
I'm passing it to you .

Speaker 2 (10:54):
Throat chakra issues, and so our loved ones are
around us.
We can't always perceive them, but sometimes we can.
There's I was like I don't knowhow much time we have here,
Robin.
There's a lot more I could sayabout that, but our loved ones
are around us and they're only athought away.
Seriously thinking about ourloved ones, reminiscing about

(11:15):
them, pulling out the scrapbook, making their favorite meals,
making their cookie recipe atChristmas and holidays, that
brings them even closer to us,but we can all perceive them.
There's so much more to sayabout that Now.
In my hypnosis practice, I havehad the pleasure of having many,

(11:37):
many clients who go to a pastlife and after that they stick
around and they go to the sameplaces they always went, to
their favorite haunts, as wecall them and they'll go and
visit their loved ones and theytell me about this.
It's like I'll ask them afterthe last day of that particular

(12:01):
life.
It's like what's happening now?
Oh well, I'm going to visit mymother, I'm going to see, and
they'll tell me about this, these rich experiences that they
have after they passed.
Now we can choose to, you know, completely take ourselves out
of a dimension where they couldperceive us, or we can choose to
stick around, right, Not thatanother one is bad, right, and

(12:25):
we can be perceived like that.
And then, for us who are theliving, it is not uncommon to
see our loved ones not too longafter they pass or the funeral.
Have you heard stories of that?
Because it looks like you knowwhat I'm talking about Well.

Speaker 1 (12:42):
I mean, it wasn't right after.
It was probably about sixmonths after.
We lost my mother-in-law and Iwas home alone.
My husband was out of town andI went to bed and I laid down
and I just felt this hand on myshoulder.
I wasn't afraid it wasn't likeoh my gosh, somebody's in the
room, but I could feel someonein the room and I just felt that

(13:05):
pressure on my shoulder and itwas there.
I don't know, it seemed like acouple minutes, maybe it was
just a few seconds, but I knewsomething was there.
And then, a couple days later,my husband gets home from out of
town and we're driving toCornhole because we play
Cornhole and I'm like, okay, Ihave to tell you about what
happened.
I can't believe I didn't tellyou, you know, over the phone.
And so when I'm telling him theexperience, and he looked at me

(13:27):
and he goes Robin, I'm going tocry.
He said.
He said two nights ago was thefirst time I dreamt of my mother
.
She was at our house.
Oh my goodness, isn't that wild.
Yeah, but you probably hearthis all the time.

Speaker 2 (13:45):
Yes, but it doesn't make it any less heartwarming,
spectacular, memorable, yeah.

Speaker 1 (13:53):
It's proof that our loved ones are with us, yes, and
it's so comforting, it is verycomforting, so comforting there
is very comforting, socomforting.

Speaker 2 (14:01):
There is a story I'm not giving too much away.
There is a story in my book itcomes from the podcast as well
of the storyteller seeing hermother.
She came to town for thefuneral.
And the storyteller came totown for her mother's funeral
and her mother appeared to herand said let everybody know, I

(14:22):
made it just fine.
And she said she was thehappiest person at the funeral
because it was so comforting andso just life-affirming.
And she said she just, I mean, that's the.
That's the biggest questionpeople have for me If they've
lost someone.
I just want to make sure thatmy loved one's okay, make sure

(14:44):
that they're all right and theymade it, yeah, and they'll often
come around and let us knowyeah, I'm okay, yeah.

Speaker 1 (14:54):
Yes, that's very, yeah, very comforting.
So let's talk about radiantwellness, let's talk about
everything you do there.

Speaker 2 (15:02):
Okay, so there's me.
I'm the owner and the leadpractitioner, and we've got
three other practitioners whoare part of this group practice.
We've got Mary Jane, who's inSwitzerland.
She does astrology and tarotand she does it really online
for people in the U?
S but she has a lot of clientsin Switzerland and France.

(15:22):
And then there's Jen Watts, whois in Lee summit, Missouri, so a
local gal.
She does embodiment coachingand she does fasting coaching
and breath work and EFT and herspecialty is helping people,
women, people with uteruses, women who are going through the
change of life you know, menopause, perimenopause,

(15:44):
menopause to stay focused, toknow what's going on with our
body, to know what to ask ourdoctors, to know how to navigate
this chapter of life which canbe hard for some women.
I mean, it's an easy time ofmenopause, but a lot of women
have a difficult time of thisand it's like who am I now?
I've got an empty nest, I'mlooking toward retirement, who

(16:08):
am I?
What am I doing?
And so she does that.
And then there's Heather Cotton.
Heather is our newestpractitioner and she's up by the
airport in Kansas city.
So another local girl.
She does all kinds of bodywisdom, Reiki, and she's got
this frequency device that helpsus raise our frequency.
I've had sessions with her.

(16:29):
She is fabulous.
She's a great energy healer.
So all together we are radiatewellness and you can find this
at radiate wellness communitydot com, because we are a
community, provide classes andevents.
We've got a newsletter.
Um, we've got our two podcasts.

Speaker 1 (16:50):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (16:51):
Yeah, and all of that on the website links to my book
.
Mary Jane also wrote a bookcalled desire and design.
It's about our Venus, which isour desire, and our Mars, which
is our design how we go aboutgetting what we want out of life
.
It's a wonderful book.
It's a lot of fun.
Yeah, it sounds like it, andeverything in it art and tarot

(17:11):
in it, just to show you whatdoes this energy look like.
So we've got links to those aswell.
Yeah, we're on Facebook, we'reon Instagram, we're on X, but we
really don't do much there.
Yeah, yeah, we're on TikTok,okay.
Okay, we're not on Blue Sky yet.

(17:31):
We're on YouTube too.
I'll say, okay, talking YouTube.
I am not the greatest editor, but I have some help, I know.

Speaker 1 (17:38):
Me too.
I know, me too.
I know I need to get an editor.

Speaker 2 (17:42):
I've got a great one Helps with a lot of stuff.

Speaker 1 (17:47):
Okay, all right.
Okay, so there's someone that'slistening right now Hopefully
they're still listening that'sgoing oh my gosh, this is a
bunch of hooey.
This is ridiculous.
So what would you say to thatperson?

Speaker 2 (18:00):
Well, you're not my people yet.

Speaker 1 (18:02):
Yet I like that you ended it in yet.

Speaker 2 (18:05):
First, of all, and it's okay If you're listening to
this and you're thinking thisis a load of hooey, that's fine.
There's plenty of people whoare on board with this and
plenty of people to work with,so that's fine.
Everyone is where they areright and they're someone who

(18:27):
doesn't believe in all thatstuff, that is fine.
That they have their own validpath and their valid choices.
So I don't want to take thataway from anybody, right?
You know, belief is notrequired.
It's kind of like gravity.
You can believe.
Belief is not required.
It's kind of like gravity youcan believe in gravity or not.
It's still going to work, that's true.
Okay, principles of energy, these principles of dimensions,

(18:48):
they work, whether we're awareof them, cognizant, believe in
them or not.
And, you know, not everybody ison the woo-woo train.
I totally get it.
I totally.
You know what, robin.
A lot more people are waking upto this.
I was very blessed to have ameditation session with a client

(19:10):
yesterday and she came to mebecause of that.
She's going through thisspiritual awakening.
She doesn't know what's goingon with her.
She can't look at anything thesame way again.
She feels like she's losing hermind.
She's just on edge.
She keeps seeing these strangethings popping up around her,

(19:32):
synchronicities, repeatingnumbers.
People will talk about a bookand then somebody else will talk
about it and it's like what isgoing on here.
I am losing my mind and I said, honey, first of all, you're not
crazy, yeah.
Second of all, you're awakening.
This is a normal process.
This is a natural process.

(19:52):
I wrote an article about thisfor evolving magazine years ago
about ascension, about ascensionsymptoms, and I called it
assumption syndrome.
Uh, no, ascension symptomsyndrome.
So I could call it ass.
That's a right.
So I feel like, because thesesymptoms of umomnia, fatigue,

(20:19):
feelings of depression, peopledrifting away from you, drifting
out of your life, other peoplejust drifting into your life,
feeling like you just don'tunderstand things the same way
that you did, you don't seethings the way you did.
People all over the world arecoming to this, especially after
COVID pandemic.

(20:39):
Well, during the pandemic, people went inside.
They went inside their ownpsyche, but they also went,
stayed inside their their homesand read books, watched YouTube
videos, participated in onlineclasses and had their eyes
opened.
I call it a post-COVIDawakening.

(21:00):
That's why I think my guideswere so insistent that I start
this second podcast.
God help me a second podcast, but they wanted me to start this
podcast because all of thesepeople were coming online and
they were awakening and they getup to speed and understand what
was going on and have a placeto connect and have a place to

(21:23):
meet others.
And we've got a Facebookcommunity for real life angel
encounters.
Also for radiate wellnesscommunity, we've got Facebook,
and where people can cometogether and meet each other and
share information.
So, um, you know, a lot ofpeople are coming online rapidly
with this Sure sure you havesaid guides a couple times.

Speaker 1 (21:43):
You said your guides were tapping on your shoulder
and you just mentioned guides.
Tell me a little bit more aboutthat.
Do you know who your guides are?
How many are they Like?
Tell me a little bit more aboutthat.

Speaker 2 (21:56):
So I have about nine guides that are with me always
and I work with them regularly.
Some of them are newer to me,some of them have been with me
from birth, but we all have them.
We all have at least a guardianangel.
This guardian angel is with usfrom birth to death.
And sometimes our guardian angelhas been with us across

(22:18):
lifetimes.
Sometimes they are working withus between lives as well.
We all have a guardian angel, and the guardian angel can help
us with many different things.
They usually have one thingthat they specialize in, but
then they can help us with manyother things, and then we all
have an archangel with us aswell.
We do not need to be Catholicor even Christian to have

(22:39):
archangels with us, becausearchangels are really they're
non-denominational.
There's only two archangelsthat were even mentioned in the
Bible.
Many of them were mentioned inthe Kabbalah.
A lot of them were mentioned inthe other Jewish mystic texts.
There are even angels in um, uhBuddhism and uh Islam.

(23:01):
So we all have excuse me, it'sokay.

Speaker 1 (23:07):
It happened to me earlier.
I know I just got a tickle.
I don't know if it's all thewind in the air or what's
happening.

Speaker 2 (23:13):
Right.
So we all have an archangelwith us as well, and each of the
archangels has their own jobthat they do, and so they'll
help us with that.
And then, besides those we haveloved ones, we have other
guides who will be with us justfor a season, just for a certain
period of time.
We're going through something.

(23:35):
We need extra help, we needextra guides.
Excuse me, we also haveascended masters with us are not
angels and they're not ourloved ones.
Some of them have been humanbefore, like Jesus, like Mary
Magdalene, like mother Mary,like Yogananda.

(23:55):
Some of them are deities.
They're quick to say we're notminor deities, thank you very
much.
But many of them are deities, such as Lou, who's a Celtic God,
celtic God of the sun.
Who else?
Toth, who is the Ibis-headedEgyptian god from, you know, I
think, the fifth century.
There are other deities acrossthe world who are ascending.

(24:22):
They help all of humanity andthey all have their special jobs
that they do as well.
So we have with us a team, allthe time, of beings who are
ready.
They're our team, they want tohelp us and they support us.
And I have a chapter in thebook about who are these folks,
who are the archangels?

(24:42):
Who are the ascended masters?
What type of beings are on theteam?
How do we work with our team?
How do we ask for them?
What do we call them?
So there's information in thebook, so please pre-order the
book.

Speaker 1 (24:56):
Yes, okay.
So let's just give a plug foryour book, then what's it called
?

Speaker 2 (25:00):
again.
Real Life Angel Encounters,Real people share real stories
of miraculous no miraculousencounters.
Yes, From O Book, which is adivision of Collected Inc.
And it's available forpre-order now.
It's not coming out until July1st in the United States.
It comes out toward the end ofJune in the UK.

(25:21):
But it's available forpre-order now and the e-book is
also available for pre-order aswell.
Nice, okay, I'll make sure Iput that for pre-order as well.

Speaker 1 (25:29):
Nice.
Okay, I'll make sure I put thatin the show notes as well.
I do have another question, because you had said you said,
thank God, you talked about theBible, and I'm sure that there's
someone that's like, okay, thishas nothing to do with my
religion, this is, you know,anti-christ.
So what would you say to that?
Because I kind of feel like itwould be someone saying that

(25:51):
yoga doesn't go well withreligion.
Or I'm like, okay, well, it canbe spiritual, yes, but I don't
see a conflict there.

Speaker 2 (25:59):
And there's not a conflict.
Same thing with our angels andguides.
Everything is God anyway.
God is in everything.
God is everywhere.
So why not in our loved onesand in our angels and our guides
and all of these spiritualbeings who are around us, in us?
We are part of that too.

(26:20):
We've got God in us, right, remember?
Jesus said all that I do, youcan do in more.
It's like I, I'm nothingspecial, y'all can do this too.
So there really is not thatconflict.
I understand people think thatthat conflict exists and and
that is fine.
That's where they are right now.
And you know, I don't want tochange anybody's uh paradigms.

(26:45):
I don't want to changeanybody's way of thinking.
Yeah, if they want to visitwith me and be on board with
this.
Honestly, robin, I work withpeople where they are, and so if
I'm doing a reading and theywant to speak with their loved
ones, I'll say well, are youopen to hearing from your angels

(27:05):
as well?
Are you open if we want to talkabout the other lifetimes
you've had, or would you be opento that?
So I'll ask them.
You know how comfortable theyare with branching out a little
bit, but typically when peoplecome to see me.
If they're of that mindsetwhere they're very religious and
adherent to the Bible, they'llsee me to talk about their loved

(27:28):
ones, and then they'll oftensay, well, I've never done
anything like this and that's,that's fine.
Yeah, remember, we here in theKansas city area, the Midwest we
are the buckle on the Biblebelt, and so I've had people in
my office before who said Ididn't tell anybody I was coming
here, I can't, they would not.

(27:48):
Be okay, sure, and that's fine, but they're, they're, they were
open enough to come in andreceive some Reiki healing, or
coming in for this regressivehypnosis and you know, seeing
what else there is about themthat they're curious about.
So, yeah, meeting people wherethey are is really what I like

(28:09):
to do.

Speaker 1 (28:11):
So when someone walks into your office, can you see,
like number one, can you seetheir aura, and two, can you see
their angels or their guides?
Everybody or not everybody?

Speaker 2 (28:30):
Well, okay, first of all, just because I have a key
to everybody's house doesn'tmean I'm going to go in without
their note, without theirknowing about it, okay, okay, so
I don't mess with like lookinginto people's stuff if they've
not asked me, because it's notthere are exceptions, that
there's a loved one or one othertheir guides who says you've

(28:52):
got to tell this personsomething you know they've got,
you've got to deliver this oryou need to know this and I hate
, to say it, but I'm I'm reallygood at knowing when people are
going to break up and hate thatbecause I know it often before
they do yeah.

Speaker 1 (29:08):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (29:09):
And that.
But and I'm like, seriously, seriously, god, I don't need to
know that.
Why are you telling me this?
Yeah, but there, there's a fewexceptions, but generally if,
unless they've asked, I'm notgoing to be looking.
If they're walking in my office, then yeah, they want me to
tell them what's going on.
Right, right, right.

(29:29):
And then it'll often take lessthan a minute or two of them
talking to me.
It's like, okay, things arestarting to appear, things are
starting to pop up, okay, okay, yeah, when people come in for
Reiki, I'm also medicalintuitive, and so it's like I
just wait for them to tell meabout their shoulder Cause I'm
like, yeah, what's going on withyour shoulder, babe?

(29:50):
Or, tell me what's going on.
It's like, okay, but your knee, what's going on with your knee?
It's like, oh, yeah, I hadsurgery on it last year.
Oh, hey, we still have to cleanup that energy around the
surgery.
So, yeah, I can see stuffaround people, but typically I
wait for them to start talkingto me before it really starts to

(30:10):
gel for me.

Speaker 1 (30:12):
Yeah, yeah, and I can't see anything like that.
I don't, I mean, like you said, everyone can do it, everyone
has it, but I have had somethinghappen to me before.
Yeah, yeah, there you go, andthis has happened multiple times
.
So my background is I'm apersonal trainer, I have a
fitness business, the podcast, and then I'm also a Plexus rep.

(30:32):
But I sometimes take on myclient's pain and I'll wake up
and I'm like, oh my gosh, whatdid I do to my shoulder?
This is crazy, and sometimes itcould last for a long time.
And then I find that person andI'm like, oh, that's weird,
okay, it's so bizarre, and thenit'll just go away.

Speaker 2 (30:51):
Oh my, and then you probably needed that to work
with his client.
Yeah, it's weird, it's so weird.
Yeah, we call thatclairsentience Clairsentience.
We talk about clairvoyance allthe time and we think that's the
only only thing.
And it's not so.
Clairvoyance is using yourintuition to see, or seeing

(31:13):
through your intuition.
I think is a better way to saythat.
Clairsentience is feelingthrough your intuition.
So remember I talked about youcould walk into a room and know
that somebody had been arguing, because you can feel disturbance
in the force.
That's clairsentience.
Clairsentience is also you feelsomeone standing behind you
before they see themselves.
Also, that you can also feelsomeone who's physically there

(31:37):
standing behind you or brushingup against you.
Clairsentience is any type ofphysical sensation.
You might get goosebumps whensomebody is telling you
something, especially if it'skind of resonating, true or
feels kind of spooky.
You might get the goosebumps.
You might get that feeling inyour stomach.
Indiana Jones always said I gota bad feeling about this.

(32:01):
And then the audience, which islike your intuition through
hearing, and you might hearmusic that other people are not
hearing, especially if it has todo with someone you love on the
other side, or maybe you'rehearing angelic music.
It can also be where you turnthe radio on and someone is

(32:22):
talking about something you werejust mentioning to your friend,
or something you've beenthinking about reading that book
, and I turned the radio on allof a sudden somebody's talking
about that book, so there's,there's four, so that's clear
audience.
Uh, and the clear audience youcan also be hearing, like in my
house we hear footsteps all thetime.
I hear music in the walls and, yeah, all different, yeah, all

(32:48):
different decades.
It's like 105 year old houseand so I'll hear the music from
all different, yeah, alldifferent decades.
It's like 105 year old house, and so I'll hear the music from
all different decades.
Hear voices upstairs, otherpeople at my house.
They hear people upstairs andthey'll say, oh well, so-and-so
is upstairs.
No, nobody's home.
And then there's clearcognizance, which is knowing
where, like I know, people aregoing to break up before they
even know it.

(33:08):
It's what asked me things?
And I'm like why are you askingme?
I'm just a kid and they're like, you seem to know things and
right, it's just the knowing.
Sometimes you'll have an idea, pop into your head out of
nowhere, you hadn't beenthinking about it and all of a
sudden, boom, it's there.
Right, you'll download of ofinformation.
So those are the four ways ofof information, so those are the
four ways of receiving thesegifts, and so we all think so.

(33:38):
For example, you might thinkyou know, I'm as intuitive as a
stone, but I can feel people'spain.
That counts, okay, okay, fair.
So knowing the way that wetypically receive is very
helpful, because that helps usto like know that it's not just
me.
This is my intuition, Okay.

Speaker 1 (33:58):
All right, that's so interesting, so maybe my hips
don't hurt.
Maybe there's somebody else.

Speaker 2 (34:04):
Yeah, my clairsentience.
I remember the day that itkicked in, because I started off
with claircognizance, followedby clairvoyance.
Okay, and we all have these.
I should say we all have thesegifts in varying degrees.

Speaker 1 (34:16):
Okay, right, Some of us a lot and others.

Speaker 2 (34:19):
You know there's another gift, that's, you know,
at the bottom.
But claircognizance was myfirst, clairvoyance was my
second, and the day myclairsentience kicked in.
I had done a reading severalweeks before that this was years
ago in my house, because I usedto work out of my house.
I have an office now, but I haddone a reading for a young man,

(34:42):
just personable young man, very, very nice, and he wanted to
come back with his family, andso he made an appointment for a
few weeks later for his family, and a couple of days before they
came, I started feeling thishuge fear.
They're going to hurt me, I'mgoing to be raped and beaten.
I was oh, wow.
So I almost canceled.

(35:04):
I thought no, no, no, no, thisguy is so nice, I'm sure his
family is wonderful as well.
They wanted to reach a couple oftheir loved ones and I'm said,
oh, that's my dad.
I said, okay, I was feelingthat before you guys came, okay,

(35:36):
and I knew it wasn't.
I knew it wasn't mine Cause myguys.
Again, I was feeling this fear.
I almost canceled.
My guys were going it's okay,it's okay, don't worry about it,
you're fine.
And so I didn't cancel.
And it turns out that it wasn'teven mine.
Anyway, it was something theyneeded to get some perspective
on.

Speaker 1 (35:56):
Oh, my gosh, wow, okay, I have like so many more
questions, but maybe let's justdo this again.
Let's do it again when yourbook comes out, awesome, yeah, I
think that would be great.
That would be great, okay, sojust to remind us again, to
remind everyone all the placesthat they can find you, oh, my
