I hope you learn a little, laugh a lot and, along the way,
(00:22):
know you're not alone on thisbalanced wellness journey.
Ready to jump in?
Pour something in your glassthat makes you happy, because
it's time for Spandex and Wine.
Hey, it's Robin, and welcomeback to the Spandex and Wine
podcast.
Today we're diving into a topicthat affects every aspect of our
well-being gut health.
(00:43):
I told you this episode wascoming, so get ready for all the
info.
From digestion to mood, energylevels and even sleep, our gut
plays a vital role in how wefeel every single day, so grab
your glass of wine or your greensmoothie whatever you pour in
your glass that makes you happy, and let's talk about it.
(01:04):
So, first of all, what is guthealth?
Gut health refers to thebalance of microorganisms in
your digestive tract, and yourgut is home to trillions of
bacteria, fungi and othermicrobes that help digest food.
It produces essential nutrientsand even regulates your immune
system when your gut microbiomeis balanced, you feel good.
(01:27):
You feel amazing.
When it's out of whack, you canexperience bloating, fatigue,
brain fog and so many otherannoying symptoms.
You've heard several of myguests talk about it, and today
you'll hear more from me and myguest, sally Boss, with Plexus
Worldwide.
I'll give you a basic rundownon gut health before we jump in
(01:48):
with Sally.
Then I'll let her share more inour conversation, including
products that she recommends.
So how does gut health affectthe body?
All right, your gut is thefoundation of your immune system
.
Around 70% of your immune cellsreside there, and a healthy gut
helps reduce inflammation.
It improves digestion andsupports weight management.
(02:09):
And poor gut health, on theother hand, is linked to issues
like irritable bowel syndrome, autoimmune conditions, skin
problems and even hormonalimbalances.
So it makes sense that it wouldaffect your bowels, right?
But I find it fascinating thatissues like eczema and hormones
can be related to your gut aswell, and maybe we should count
(02:33):
how many times the word gut issaid today in today's podcast
episode.
All right, so how does it affectyour mind?
Your gut and brain are directlyconnected through the gut-brain
axis.
If you've ever heard of youhave a gut feeling about
something.
That's because your gutproduces neurotransmitters like
serotonin and dopamine, whichregulate mood.
(02:55):
When your gut is inflamed orunbalanced, it can contribute to
anxiety, depression, brain fog, like I mentioned before, and
research shows that improvingyour gut health can lead to
better mental clarity.
We all want that, and emotionalwell-being.
I venture to guess we would alllike to feel our very best, so
(03:17):
let's learn how.
Okay, so what can we do tosupport our gut?
Here are some simple buteffective steps that we can take
, and, again, sally's gonna besharing more information in just
a few moments.
But first off, you can eat morefiber, so whole foods like
fruits, vegetables and legumesfeed the good bacteria in your
(03:38):
gut.
I personally feel like if youhit your protein levels and your
fiber, everything else fallsinto place I mean for the most
part.
So I'll be sharing more aboutfiber soon.
That is just another topic, sowe'll be coming talking about
that very soon.
And the second thing that youcan do is incorporate fermented
foods into your diet, so yogurt, sauerkraut, kefir.
(04:00):
That would introduce somebeneficial probiotics.
However, fermented foods arenot for everyone right in the
beginning, so I do think thatconsulting a functional medicine
doctor would be a great placeto start.
I had Cameron Snyder with FitMuscle and Joint on last week
and I do recommend a visit withhim or finding someone in your
area.
So the third thing that I wouldrecommend is make sure that
(04:23):
you're hydrated.
Drinking plenty of watersupports digestion and it keeps
things moving smoothly.
This is one thing that ispreached by so many experts, and
it's a simple step you can takeimmediately.
Number four, I would say reduceprocessed foods and sugar.
These can disrupt the balanceof your good bacteria and lead
to inflammation.
(04:44):
With all the additives and junkin our food today, it is no
wonder all of us aren't sick allof the time.
And then five manage yourstress.
High stress levels impact guthealth.
So practices like meditation, yoga, deep breathing, morning
rituals it'll all make adifference.
(05:04):
You heard me talk aboutreducing stress and lowering
cortisol on my previous episode.
I highly recommend you go backand listen to that one, and if
you have trouble finding it,please reach out.
I'll get the link sent to youvia email or text.
You guys have that information.
I'll be sharing that again atthe end of the podcast as well,
so you can grab a pen so you getthat.
And then, lastly, number six, Iwould say prioritize your sleep.
(05:27):
So poor sleep affects your gutmicrobiome.
So I would aim for seven tonine hours of quality rest, and
I'm not even going to go intosleep right now.
It's so important, but it canbe extremely frustrating when
you can't sleep.
So, again, that's going to beanother topic that we will dive
(05:48):
into as well.
So, in a nutshell, your gut islike your second brain.
It influences everything fromdigestion to mood and energy.
By making small, intentionalchanges to your diet and
lifestyle, you can transformyour health from the inside out.
Let's jump in even further withSally brand ambassador for
Plexus Worldwide.
(06:09):
Hey, sally.
Hi, it's so good to see you.
You, too, you look amazing.
Speaker 2 (06:21):
Thank you, so do you.
I love your hair.
Speaker 1 (06:23):
Oh, thank you.
I am at the library because ourinternet went out and I'm like
I have a podcast interview.
I've got to do something.
Speaker 2 (06:32):
Thank goodness for
local libraries and Wi-Fi right?
Speaker 1 (06:35):
Yes, absolutely.
Well, are you bronzed from yourrecent trip?
Is that why you look so good?
Speaker 2 (06:42):
Yes, we had great
sunshine.
Good I'm in the sun, so yeah.
Speaker 1 (06:48):
Yeah, I love it.
Yeah, but you also had a scare, like you guys were on a cruise,
is that right?
Speaker 2 (06:54):
Yes, yes, we were on
a cruise.
We'd had one stop in Key West, and then we were on our way to
the Bahamas from Key West.
We were about 40 miles off thecoast of Miami and we were in a
session, um, and that morningfor three hours, and all of a
sudden we felt the boat, justyou know, really rocking more
(07:15):
than it had been.
You know, you get a little bitof the sway.
I don't know if you've everbeen on a cruise, but you get a
little bit of that feeling.
And so we're like, hmm, that'sreally weird, what's going on.
Um, but, and then the captaincame over the loudspeaker and
he's like, well, he said there'sa ship, a small boat that we
(07:35):
can see, that seems to be indistress.
Um, it's, we have to legallyturn around and make sure
they're okay.
That's, you know, that's,that's what they have to do.
So what we felt was our boatdoing a complete 360, turning
around to go check on thislittle boat.
(07:56):
Well, um, we were.
We still stayed in session.
We were in session, but therewere a lot of guests that were
along on the trip, that weren'tin the session, that were
watching this and sending uspictures, and while we were
sitting in session oh my goshand it was this small boat and
first, when we pulled up, therewas two people and then more
people just kept coming up outfrom underneath the baseboard of
the boat and there ended upbeing like seven or eight men
(08:18):
and one woman and they wereramming into our boat and it
looked like they were on ourboat and um asking for food and
ropes and um, I don't know.
Of course there's protocol, youknow, for all of that they
wouldn't be on board or anythingbut, um, once we found out they
were okay and we notified thecoast guard, they fled and so we
(08:41):
don't know what happened.
Wow, I'm sure Coast Guard wentto them and found them, but what
we're hearing is that it's notan uncommon thing to have
happened from people coming fromthe Bahamas to Miami.
They're trying to get thereillegally.
So we don't know what was goingon.
We really don't know.
It was scary, it was unsettling.
Yeah, seriously, everybody'slike pirates and I'm like
(09:02):
pirates and you know, and I'mlike, oh my word, I didn't think
pirates existed anymore, butapparently they do.
But anyway, so we're just gladthat it turned out the way it
did.
Speaker 1 (09:13):
Yes, yes, I'm glad
you're okay.
Speaker 2 (09:16):
For sure, so it was a
good cruise.
Speaker 1 (09:19):
Yes, good, well,
wonderful.
So, to fill the listeners in, awhile back I had shared on one
of the podcast episodes that myhusband was supposed to go in
for surgery and we found outthat his blood pressure was
ridiculous high.
At one point it was 253 over141.
And now he's had a few otherissues and the last time that
(09:42):
you were on the podcast wetouched a little bit on gut
health and, just you know,health.
Overall, we didn't dive deepinto some products or anything,
but I wanted you to come back onbecause I really feel like this
will help him, but it's goingto help so many other people too
.
So I'm going to let you take itfrom here Get as geeky as you
want with the science and allyour products.
(10:05):
I want to hear it all.
Speaker 2 (10:06):
Yeah Well, thanks for
the opportunity to hop back on
here with you.
I appreciate that and I'm sorryfor what your husband is going
through.
But honestly, we hear, we hearthat a lot, that is a lot of
what people struggle with ishigh blood pressure, lipids,
cholesterol, a lot of thingslike that, and a lot of people
come to Plexus with those issues, hoping Plexus will, you know,
(10:28):
help them.
And we are, I, you know, Ialways have to say I am not a
medical professional or a doctorin any way and we never claim
to heal or, you know, anythinglike that.
The products don't.
But we do have testimonies, wedo have um third-party studies,
scientific background andeverything, um, you know,
(10:48):
validating what people areexperiencing with Plexus
products, and some of that hasbeen, um you know, lower blood
blood pressure, um blood sugarbalance, uh, better cholesterol,
better lipids, all of that, andso we have seen that happen
many times.
And if you do your own researchon gut health and cholesterol,
(11:09):
gut health and blood pressure, you will see that there is a
relationship there.
And a lot of times there is arelationship between several
health issues that we might havein your gut health.
Your gut is your second brain,80% of your immune system is in
your gut, and so when that issick, overrun with yeast
(11:33):
overgrowth, candida, then yourbody's going to have some issues
.
It's going to have healthissues Like I had chronic
migraines for years, I hadterrible digestive issues, I
didn't sleep well, my bloodsugar was unstable, I was
crashing and craving all thetime, I was feeling like I
(11:54):
needed to eat everything and eatsugar to get my sugar
stabilized, and that, of course, makes your mood go up and down,
and so I was struggling withthat.
I was struggling with which ishypoglycemia, basically low
blood sugar, um, and it was allalso helped people with diabetes
, type two and all of that.
And then, um, I was strugglingwith some anxiety.
(12:18):
I was struggling with, um,fibromyalgia, some autoimmune
stuff going on, and so just, Iwas doctoring, I was trying to
figure out what was wrong, andyou know it was my gut health,
and I started taking Plexus,which are plant-based
supplements that are all natural, basically taken and driven
(12:40):
from ingredients and plants onearth that I feel God has given
us for a reason, and I startedtaking those and they attack bad
candida, bad bacteria, yeastovergrowth in your gut and get
rid of all of that.
And so, in turn, I startedhaving just amazing results with
(13:02):
these products, like my chronicmigraines that I had been
having for years that just wouldnot go away.
I did everything and they weregoing away and I was sleeping so
good, like I I in the past, when my sleep I would lay awake
forever.
I couldn't go to sleep.
And when I finally did fallasleep, it was very restless.
(13:22):
It was not a deep sleep, it was, and so then I was tired all
day the next day, but no energy, right.
And um, when I started, uh,taking Plexus products and my
blood sugar was stable.
I don't know if people knowthis, but when your blood sugar
is unbalanced, you're not goingto sleep good.
So when your blood sugar isstable, you're going to sleep
better.
And, sure enough, I startedsleeping better.
(13:44):
Like I could not believe howgood I was sleeping and, um,
that's huge.
That's huge we need I mean, there is no secret that we need
sleep right.
God designed us for sleep andwe need seven to eight hours of
really good, solid rest at night.
And so, um, so I wasexperiencing that and so many
other victories and I was likethis is incredible, because I
(14:07):
didn't want to have to be aslave to a prescription, or you
know, and we all know, there isa time and a place for
prescriptions and drugs and allof that.
I totally agree with that.
But there are some things wheretimes, I believe, where that's
not necessary and you can gethealing and help with.
You know plant-based products, and so that's what I love about
(14:29):
Plexus they're very clean.
I don't feel guilty taking themevery day or putting them in my
body or giving them to mychildren.
Um, my kids have been on themfor years 10 years, um and I
have to say we have been veryhealthy.
My kids, when they were little, went to the doctor a lot ear
infections, you know, respiratory stuff, whatever and
(14:50):
they just don't get sick anymore.
And so it really helps yourimmunity too, um, and because
the the ingredients in in Plexusare so specially handpicked
where, um, even down to thingslike they oxygenate your body
and your blood and disease can'tsurvive in an oxygenated state,
(15:14):
Right, and so it's naturallygoing to help your immune system
and you're going to be strongerand healthier.
And so, just, you know, thingslike that are just so it's
brilliant to me.
You know that the ingredientsare just really designed and and
specially thought out and howthis is going to work together.
And, for instance, anotherexample I love to share is we
(15:37):
have a product called Iron Womanand it's an iron supplement,
not necessarily for women, butwomen struggle more with iron
than men do, so men can take it,but it's an iron supplement and
because a lot of women and menare deficient in iron, right.
And so what happens when we getput on an iron supplement?
Well, we naturally getconstipated, right, that's just
(15:59):
what happens.
And so, plexus, in all theirbrilliance, when they designed
Iron Woman, they paired it inthe same capsule with a
digestive probiotic.
So when you are taking the iron, you're not going to get
constipated, it's going to keepyour digestive system moving as
it should.
So just stuff like that, it'sjust brilliant.
(16:21):
I know the head scientist overthere, a doctor, and he is.
He's just amazing.
I've sat on a board with him, acorporate board, and he is
incredible.
He is very knowledgeable.
He, like I said, with theingredients and everything that,
um, how they design theproducts, they're just um, it's
(16:43):
brilliant, it's brilliant, um.
So I I'm just a huge believerin in the products, because and
I also work with thousands andthousands of women on my team
and surrounding and corporate,um, corporate wide, who have had
just incredible experiences, um, with the products in all a
(17:04):
host of different health issues.
And we and I I don't want tomake it sound like it's just for
women, because my husband takesit, my boys take it, many, many
, many men take plexus productsbecause, um, they're so helpful
for all all.
You know genders or whatever, but it's funny because more
(17:26):
women talk about their healththan men do.
I think with your husband, um,you know, like I don't know, I
talked to men and they're like Idon't need to go to the doctor.
You know I haven't had aphysical 20 years or whatever,
and and so, um, so they don'ttalk about it as much, but they
need the products just as muchas women do.
You know they have healthissues like women do, and so
(17:48):
it's very, very, very beneficialfor both men and women.
Um, and so, um, as far as likethe science behind it and all of
that, I mean I don't get toogeeked out, that's just not my
personality, that's okay.
Very green, some people likegreen, as in research.
(18:09):
You know all this stuff and Ido to an extent, but I also am
just believing in.
You know Dr Hartman at Plexusand what he's telling me and I
love to read and learn about it,but I also don't necessarily
need it to make a decision, butI know some people do.
So we have all of thatinformation.
(18:31):
You know all of the information, the scientific studies behind
it, the third party testing,everything.
Of course, supplements are not,you know, fda approved.
None of them are right, and soa lot of people I'm not going to
take those because they're notthe FDA.
Well, that that is not anargument to me, to be honest,
(18:52):
because the FDA approvedcigarettes and you know that
doesn't make any sense, right,it makes no sense.
So no supplements or vitaminsare FDA approved, but that
doesn't mean they're bad, and so, yeah, I don't know if that was
what you were looking for.
Speaker 1 (19:09):
If I can answer any
other questions you have, yeah,
well, okay, so I have a coupleof questions.
So, let's say, someone that'slistening to this has the same
issues.
And where do they start withyour products to heal their gut?
Is it one thing they shouldtake?
Is there, are there a fewtablets, or what is it that?
Speaker 2 (19:27):
you would recommend.
Great question.
So when someone comes to me andthey are interested in Plexus
and they are struggling with youknow, certain health issues or
whatever we go over, we workvery closely with our people.
We we go over um their mainhealth issues.
What is it that you know, yourtop three?
So maybe it's weight, maybeit's um energy and maybe it's,
(19:50):
you know, digestion, digestion, digestion, your gut health.
You know issues, um, it couldbe um anything you know, but we
we go with your top three andthen we have a number of com
combo packs with Plexus that aredifferent, um, according to
what your main focus is.
Maybe it's really just weightloss and Plexus is not
(20:13):
necessarily a weight lossproduct, but we do have products
that help with weight loss aidand weight loss um, along with
getting your gut healthy.
Um, quick fixes are not healthy.
Yeah, they're just not, andthere's a lot of that out there
right now and it's kind of scary.
It's taken years, and so that'swhat you know is beautiful
(20:46):
about Plexus.
It is not going to heal you injust 30 days or 60 days.
It takes time.
You have to be committed to itand give it time, because it is
going to work on the layers ofcandida and yeast overgrowth
that have been there for years.
That's going to take time toget to get rid of Um, and so I
love that about Plexus it'slong-term, sustainable health.
(21:06):
It's something that, um, youtake and you're going to get
results with over time.
For sure, um, whereas a quickfix might be, you take it and
you're going to go right back towhere you were.
You know what I mean Before youtook it.
It's not necessarily healthyall the time, and so when people
come to us and they have healthissues and they're looking for,
(21:27):
you know, something to helpthem, we talk closely about what
their, what their mainstruggles are, and then we pair
a combo pack with that, according to you know what they
need the most, and so the mainone I would say that most
probably 90% of the people startwith on our team is the Triplex
(21:48):
system, and that is acombination of three products,
my favorite three products, andthat's what I started with
almost 10 years ago and stilltake to this day my whole family
too.
It is our famous pink drink.
You might hear about the Plexuspink drink.
It was designed and originallystarted in Plexus, and we are
like the original OG gut healthcompany.
(22:10):
Like gut health started withPlexus, and we're experts in the
microbiome and I don't know ifyou're from the very cool
microbiome but, um, you know allof that and it's just super
interesting to read all of that.
But we're experts in that.
That is really our wheelhouseand where we focus.
So, um, the slim is designed Um, that is the main one that
helps with blood sugar balance, cholesterol, blood pressure,
(22:32):
lipids, all of that um sugar anda natural energy, less than 2%
caffeine natural caffeine.
So it's not going to make youfeel jittery or anything like
that.
It's just very clean, veryawesome.
It's flavored, um, and arecolored with beetroot extract.
So everything is from plants.
Um, no artificial ingredients,non-gmo, everything.
(22:53):
Um, that's the main main umseller for plants.
It the like one of our veryfirst products and what we're
kind of known for, and then that, paired with two other products
, make up the triplex.
The two other products are abio cleanse and that's not a
scary.
People hear the word cleanseand they're like, ah, you know,
I don't want to run a bathroom, and it's not like that at all.
(23:15):
It's not a scary cleanse at all.
It it's very gentle.
Um, it's a magnesium supplementwhich, like a huge percentage
of Americans, are deficient inmagnesium, and which also helps
you sleep.
Yes, it helps you sleep andit's vital, vital to your, to
your body.
It's a vital nutrient.
So, um, it has magnesium in itand um, bio cleanse also, um, is
(23:38):
the oxygenated part that I wassharing about, the oxygenates
your body and so it helps yourimmune system and all that, and
so that flushes it's basically aflush of your system.
And then the other product isour probiotic and that's our
ProBio 5.
And you hear a lot aboutprobiotics out there, and they
are not all equal, absolutelynot all equal.
(24:00):
If you start doing research onthat, you'll see that you don't
want a refrigerator probioticbecause it has to stay cold.
It's not sure going to workwhen it's in a 98 degree body,
when it gets in your body.
That makes sense.
Okay, yeah, the ingredients aregoing to die, it's not going to
go to work.
And so a plexus, brilliant.
The capsules are freeze, dried, and so, um, they're not going
(24:22):
to go to work until they hityour gut.
Where they're supposed to go towork, and in the probiotic is
digestive enzymes andantifungals, and not all
probiotics have that either.
Um, so that's really going togo to work on the um, the silver
growth and the candida, andbreak down the ketocinase and
all of those layers and stuffthat you have.
And so the probiotic is Ialways use this analogy and it's
(24:46):
kind of gross, but it really isLike in our insides and toxins
and stuff is gross.
So the probiotic comes in andit scrubs the toilet right, it's
scrubbing and breaking down allof that.
And then the BioCleanse comesalong and it scrubs the toilet
right, it's scrubbing andbreaking down all of that.
And then the BioCleanse comesalong and it flushes the toilet.
It flushes it all out.
It keeps your digestive tracthealthy.
So those two paired togetherare a powerhouse.
(25:06):
Along with the Slim is ourtriplex and I want to say most
people start there and thenthey'll add on.
We have so many other amazingproducts.
We have a naturalanti-inflammatory product that
is like ibuprofen, but it'snatural.
It helps with aches and pains, has turmeric in it.
(25:26):
It reduces inflammation in thebody like huge.
I couldn't believe when Istarted taking it.
I could see just before andafters of my face how less puffy
it was after I started takingthat product.
Because of the inflammation andwe all have systemic
inflammation.
We all struggle with that andthat can be a huge issue for
(25:46):
arthritis and aches and painsand joints and even weight extra
weight that we're carrying Idon't need to is because of
inflammation.
So we have a product like that.
Quite often people will pairwith the TriP Um, we have
amazing protein, uh, mealreplacement.
We have, um, some energy, um,natural energy products.
Um, just, we have a naturalGatorade type high electrolyte
(26:11):
drink.
Um, again, everything'splant-based.
It's just a really healthy umoption to a lot of junk out
there.
You know, um, that wouldreplace your coffee or your um.
You know your bad habits, yourcandy bars or whatever.
Um and so, um, yeah, so that'swhat I would recommend for
someone coming in.
(26:32):
Of course we go over your healthissues, but, but the triplex
focuses on three main thingsthat we all struggle with gut
health, inflammation and bloodsugar balance.
If you look up those threethings, um, they're kind of the
standard for health issues, like, if you have inflammation,
(26:52):
you're going to have healthissues.
If you have bad gut health, you're going to have health
issues, right, same with bloodsugar balance.
Like I said, poor sleep and noenergy and um, your diet is
terrible because you want to eatall the time, you know.
And so these, those threethings are targeted by the
triplex system, and that just itcovers all the bases.
It's just an amazing, amazingum combo that really helps.
(27:15):
So awesome.
Speaker 1 (27:17):
So, yeah, awesome,
and I love that you you start
with a quiz with someone andwalk them through it, because
you can just go to a site andjust like, okay, I think, maybe
I'll start taking this.
So I think that it can bedangerous too, and I'm assuming,
since everything is natural andit's plant based, it won't
interact with any medications.
Of course, I'm sure yourecommend check with your doctor
(27:39):
, but is that true?
Speaker 2 (27:42):
We always say that
check with your doctor if you
feel like you need to.
I didn't.
I trusted you know my upline,my friends or whatever, but
absolutely we have ingredientslabels that we can send you know
with your doctor to your doctor.
But you know I have a checklistI always send and I have them
(28:05):
fill it out.
You know, and circle whatthey're struggling with so we
can help.
But some people are a lot ofpeople are on medications and no
, it doesn't interfere.
And no, it doesn't interfere.
The only thing we have everfound and that doctors that I
have talked to recommend is, ifyou're on thyroid medication,
just taking the slim drink, likefour hours away from your
thyroid medication.
That's the.
(28:25):
It has helped thyroid a lot.
So, um, so yeah, um, I mean no,some people are like I have to
take a drug test or urine test, right, is this going to cause
(28:50):
some false negative or whatever?
And no, it won't.
It's just plants, right, and itwon't affect the birth control
pill or anything like thatpeople are worried about.
But no, nothing to worry aboutthere.
Speaker 1 (28:57):
So Awesome, awesome.
Well, I can't wait to try it.
I have, you know, severalguests that have had products on
and I've tried some things andI'm actually going to do an
episode on a product review.
So I want to get us going on itand I want to try it out.
So I'm excited that you werehere and you could share all
that information.
Is there anything else that youwould want the listeners to
know?
Speaker 2 (29:18):
I think, just be
open-minded to something like
this.
You know, I think, when Istarted, I was a little bit
skeptical and there are a lot ofpeople that are skeptical about
plant-based products, and so,you know, I think, just be
open-minded to it and, um, youknow, do your research, as far
as not necessarily looking upPlexus on Google, because
(29:42):
there's some yeah.
Speaker 1 (29:44):
Oh, with anything.
Speaker 2 (29:45):
Yes, yes, but more so
if you want to research it,
look up the ingredients in theproducts.
They are incredible and thebenefits to them are just
amazing, and so that is what Iwould recommend when researching
Plexus products is is lookingat the ingredients.
Um, I can give you anything youneed to know as far as other
(30:09):
you know, uh, studies orscientific stuff or you know,
I've all of that information atmy fingertips.
But, um, but, yeah, I, I thinkjust be open-minded to something
like this and, um, you know, I,I just have seen so many
people's lives just get changedfor the better, mine included,
and I'm so passionate aboutsharing that with other people
(30:30):
um, that they can find freedomfrom those health issues without
a prescription, drug or um, youknow, or whatever.
So, yeah, yeah, oh, that'sawesome.
Speaker 1 (30:40):
Well, thank you so
much.
I really appreciate you takingtime out of your schedule to be
here.
