Beverly (00:00):
Did you know that 61% of small business owners
struggle to scale because theydon't have the right systems in
place?
And for purpose-driven womenentrepreneurs?
The challenge isn't just aboutgrowth.
It's about building a businessthat honors their faith, their
values, and the vision that theyhave without burning out.

(00:20):
I'm your host, Beverly Cornell.
I'm the founder and fairygodmother of brand Clarity at
Wickedly branded.
With over 25 years ofexperience, I've helped hundreds
of purpose-driven entrepreneursawaken their brand magic and
boldly bring it to life so thatthey can magnify their impact on
the world.
Today's guest is a woman whoblends both her faith and
operations like no other.

(00:42):
Shanae Walker is the founder ofthe Silent Partner, a business
and operations strategist whohelps Christian women
entrepreneurs build profitable.
Purposeful businesses withoutthe overwhelm.
Oh, we need lots of that ShaNaewithout the overwhelm.
That's the part that's themagic.
She's a systems queen, which Iabsolutely love, with over 20

(01:02):
years of experience andoperations and sales and
leadership, and she's on amission to help women align
their businesses with theirfaith and skill with Grace.
ShaNae, welcome to the show.

ShaNae (01:14):
Thank you so much, Beverly, for having me.
I'm so excited to be here.
Thank you for the intro.
It was amazing and I love howyou bring in your brand and your
energy is just really great.
Thanks for having me.

Beverly (01:25):
Awesome.
I'm trying to live out my12-year-old self with my magic
and unicorns and all thosethings that I feel like we can
still have a little bit of thatas an older person.
I try to infuse it intoeverything'cause I just think it
makes work more fun.
My team thinks it's more fun.
I have tons of unicorns on myshelves over here.
Magic is for us, I think it'svery real and I think we all
create it when we are living ourpurpose, the things that God has

(01:48):
given us, the skills, the gifts, those kinds of things.
So tell me a little bit abouthow you started the silent
partner.
It sounds like you have lots ofexperience.
but was there a spark or amoment that really said to you,
I need to start this and this iswhy.

ShaNae (02:03):
So I was actually probably doing it way before, it
had a name.
I was the go-to person for myfriends and family and people
that I knew and they weresaying, Hey, I need help with
this, or I'm building thisbusiness.
Can you gimme some advice?
Or just I'm working on this hugeproject, can you help me
organize it or strategicallyplan it?

Beverly (02:21):
Yeah.

ShaNae (02:21):
And so I was building this business, doing all the
things.
And one day a friend of mine.
Came to me and she was like,Hey, I'm starting from the
ground up, grassroots buildingthis financial literacy company,
and I need help, I don't knowexactly what I need, but I know
I need help.
Organizing, strategizing, justworking through all the things.
And I was like, okay, let's putit together.

(02:43):
So we just sat down and got towork, and from there it just
formed into what we have now,the silent partner.
So it's been just an amazingjourney, how that was about five
years ago.
Five years

Beverly (02:54):
ago.
I feel like those first fewmoments when you're trying to
figure out like, this is gonnabe a legitimate business or
quote unquote real business, Ifeel like sometimes we feel like
there's a business in there, butwhen it becomes like a real
grownup business, I joke.
That is an interestingtransition.
How did you transition fromworking for others to working
for yourself and what was thatprocess like for you?

ShaNae (03:16):
So I actually still balance both.
And that's one of the thingsthat I work with my clients.
'cause a lot of my clients arebalancing both too.
Yeah.
And that's only because I havean amazing team.
And I'm able to work with thesewonderful women, these wonderful
clients that I have.
But there's a time that I didtransition fully into
entrepreneurship.
I was at a point where I waslike, you know what?

(03:39):
The only way that I'm gonnareally push myself forward is if
I do this.
And just basically take thejump, jump off the ledge.

Beverly (03:48):
Yeah.

ShaNae (03:48):
I knew that I had this gift.
I knew I had this purpose andtalent.
And there were so many peoplewho were calling me for it.
There were people who wereasking me for it.
It came to a point where I hadno other choice but to just
jump.

Beverly (04:00):
Yep.

ShaNae (04:01):
And as scary and as crazy and amazing as Wild of a
Ride, yes.
But also very much, veryfulfilling.
Very much in alignment with whatI'm called.
Yeah.
Very much a heart journey forme.
And it was just time to moveforward and really take a leap
on the business.

Beverly (04:21):
Yeah, I was shoved into it.
I went kicking and screaming.
I wasn't planning on ever beingan entrepreneur.
I always say I'm an accidentalentrepreneur, but I married an
active duty army husband, so Ihad to take my show on the road
essentially.
I figured it out, like I had tofigure it all out.
But I had worked for a techstartup before I started that,
and I knew how much work it was.

(04:41):
So I think I was very realisticabout my strengths and also my
weaknesses.
Where I needed to have somesupport for sure.
One thing that I think is sowonderful, I always tell my
clients, we always encouragethem to really niche down and
get super specific with theirtarget market.
And I love that you specificallyhelp Christian women

(05:05):
entrepreneurs.
Tell me how did that happen?
What led you there?
Talk about that process.

ShaNae (05:11):
Oh, Beverly, very much like you were pushed into
entrepreneurship.
I was pushed into my niche.
So I started off really focusingon all service-based businesses.
That was the place that I livedin.
I had clients from all differentfields and interests and
industries and, I was on ajourney to really find out where

(05:32):
I was supposed to be, find mytrue purpose, right?
And I was digging throughthings.
I was in prayer, asking God, Iwas fasting, I was doing all the
things to figure out what mynext steps were.
And I had went through a placeof a weird transition where I
was going through some thingsand wasn't able to, figure out
how I was gonna make my nextmoves.

(05:52):
And so as soon as that happenedI had God really speak to me
about focusing in, on women, specifically women in
entrepreneurship.
'cause I knew I had a gift inministry and a gift in business.
And I was like, no, I don'tthink that's what I wanna do.
And I just kept hearing it, keptgetting the yes, do this, and I

(06:12):
was like, no, I'm not doingthat.
But eventually I just grabbed ahold of it and went full steam
ahead and I have not looked backsince.
It's just been growing and.
I get such great feedback frompeople who are like, I needed
this combination of both.
I needed business and faith.
This is where I was, and I needsomeone who's going to sit on
the call and pray with me.

(06:34):
I need someone who is going totell me when I am not in
alignment with the plan that wecreated.
I need someone who's going togive me the push when I am in a
place where, I feel likeeverything around me is not
working.
Yeah.
And so I just think that's anamazing.
Opportunity to bring both thosefaith and business together.
And I'm just so grateful thatGod has really assigned me to do

(06:56):
this work.

Beverly (06:57):
I love this so much because it's so you, it's so a
part of who you are.
I converted to Catholicism in2015.
I've always been spiritual, butI became much more religious at
the time and was studying thingsand asking questions and just
doing all kinds of work, in thatspace.
And I started my business end of2011.
About this time I started mybusiness is when I went on this

(07:19):
kind of journey before Iactually converted.
I married my husband who'sCatholic, he's Irish Catholic.
And we had kids and we startedtalking about how we're gonna
raise our children.
And I felt like if I did not dowhat we're asking our children
to do.
That I was just talking the talkand not walking the walk.
And that's how I live my lifewith my business.
Actually I'm a Stevens leaderand I'm a Stevens leader

(07:40):
trainer, so I can actually trainministers to help in the church.
Also I'm A Bible school teacher.
That's part of my faith, that isvery much a part of my life.
And I think it's a whisper thatbecomes like louder and won't
let you escape from it.
That whisper that kind of growsinside of you is the universe.
It's God.
It is telling you this is rightor wrong.
And if we live in alignment, ifwe trust that intuition, if we

(08:02):
trust ourselves, women haveamazing connections to this
world we live in.
And if we don't connect thereand we don't live in alignment.
That's when burnout happens alot with my clients.
So I'd love that you listened tothe whisper, maybe had to yell
at you, but there's a message.
And if we don't listen to it orhonor it, it can get difficult,

(08:24):
I feel like.
Yes.
Absolutely.
I love that.
So I say purpose-driven women.
You say Christian women.
Is the same thing.
It's somebody who knows whatthey're supposed to do on this
earth and they wanna make animpact and do something that's
gonna serve others.
I think of marketing as serving, like we're helping to solve the
problem.
Absolutely.
And when you come from aChristian background or a space

(08:44):
where religion matters, I thinkthat servant leadership is huge.
My husband serves a country.
My mom was a nurse, my dad was ateacher.
Talk about service, like that'sbeen my whole life.
So it's a big part of who I amand all of my team has gone to a
Christian university like Ohwow.
It's a big part of my life aswell.
I haven't prayed with a clientbefore.

(09:05):
Interestingly, the Catholics area little different with some of
that stuff, but I love myCatholic faith, I went to a
Baptist preschool.
I've studied theology I like,it's very different and unique.
But, I cheer them on.
I believe in them.
Jesus never let us walk aloneand I never want them to walk
alone.
Because a lot of times we're thefirst purchase they've made

(09:27):
marketing services a websiteAbsolutely.
It's the first vendor they'vehired.
It might be a bookkeeper, itmight be us, but it's usually
one of the first, and we getdown the gritty of profit and
stuff like that.
So it's the first time they'retrusting someone to that degree
with their business.
And I feel like we do walk withthem on their journey to find
their confidence.
And it's such an amazingprocess, Shanae, and I'm so

(09:50):
incredibly honored to be in thatprocess with a woman who's
finding her purpose, Impactingthe world oh, I love it.
Love it.
Love it.

ShaNae (10:00):
I love what you said about servant leadership'cause
that's truly where I feel that Ithrive in as well.
That's one of my gifts.
I took, I don't know if you knowthe strength finders Yep.
2.0.
Yeah.
So one of my gifts is a servant.
And I think that peoplesometimes think of servants as
lowly or, not someone who theywould want to aspire to, but

(10:21):
it's a huge piece of who we areand who we're created to be.
And I think it's important forus to remember jesus.
I call him Yeshua.
'cause Hebrew name, even Yeshuais someone who is focused in on
serving.
That's what he came to do.
And if he can do it, then howmuch more should we be, actively
going after serving other peopleand helping them.

(10:42):
I believe that's what we'recalled to do.

Beverly (10:43):
I think the challenge that women have though is we
serve so many people.

ShaNae (10:47):
We do, absolutely.

Beverly (10:49):
And our hearts are so big and we love so big.
And we want to help everyone.
And that's where when you arescaling and when you have
operations and when you aretrying to go that next level
that you need help because youcannot simply do everything
yourself, despite the fact thatyou think you're super human as

(11:09):
a woman.
Gosh, like we give birth, right?
But you are also human.
And that is something to tell mylisteners.
You don't have to do it all byyourself.
You don't have to walk alone onthis journey.
There are people who have walkedbefore you.
There are people who can walkbeside you.
I have a really good friend hername is Adriana, and she's a
therapist and she says, you needto give from the overflow, not

(11:31):
from the cup.
Very good.
So you need to make sure thatyou're not giving so much of
yourself that you lose yourselfin the service.
Side of it.
Absolutely.
I've been there.
I remember some moments whereI've been there.
I don't know.
Shana, have you been there?
Have you been those momentswhere you're like, this is not
what I intended, ever.
And I might just close my doors'cause it's too much.
Have you been in that?
Have you been there?

ShaNae (11:51):
Absolutely.
To be very honest, I've hadtimes over the last month that I
was like, you know what, this isa lot.
It's a lot.
And what I had to do was circleback to, okay, couple of things.
One, what system can I put inplace because something is
broken or missing or, needs tobe revamped.
That was one piece.
And even a system, not evenspecifically in my business, but

(12:13):
like, how am I spending my time?
Where am I pushing into what isthe most important thing that I
can be focused on right now?
Yeah.
Because as you did mention, wedo as women, we carry families,
we have businesses, we havejobs, we have maybe church
things, ministry.
We have soccer practice andeverything.
And maintaining a home.

(12:33):
So I have to think about thesystems not only in my business
but in my life.
We have four pillars that wereally focus in on life.
Love, faith and business becauseall of those things are
important when it comes tocreating a successful profitable
business.
And we're looking at thingslike, okay, in my life, what am
I focused on that I need topivot?

(12:54):
What systems can I put intoplace?
Can I maybe create a familycalendar that everybody's on the
same page?
Can I talk to my husband aboutpicking the kids up because I
need to focus in on this work.
Am I over exhausting myself inone space or another?
That it's time for me to pullback outta in my business?
Do I have the right clients, theright team in place to help me

(13:15):
move forward?
Because that's gonna help you tounderstand, do I need people who
are experts in this field, or doI need someone who I can give a
process to and they can just getit done?
Just thinking through all thosedifferent places and what is
needed for your business and foryour life are so important.

Beverly (13:31):
So I heard a couple of things that really resonated.
One is the family calendar.
I have the family calendar.
It is like the Bible for ourlives.
For my own sanity, my husbandbeing active duty, he's gone a
lot so I carry extra loadbecause my husband's not always
around.
So that is something that I haveto carry.
You listed all these things ofwhat we have to do.
We have to serve our families,we have to serve all these
places you have to serve.

(13:52):
And I actually was like, I needa nap.
Just with the after the listthat you said.
It is a very real struggle and Ithink a couple things that has
helped me in this process, andyou alluded to it too, was what
are the things that drive methat like really speak to that.
Whisper the thing that I'msupposed to be doing.
What are the drivers?
What makes me super excited?
What can I not wait to do?
I literally at 3:00 AM I'm like,Ooh, I gotta do that thing.

(14:13):
That's the thing you need to domore of because that's your
purpose.
That's where you are meant tosit.
And then the other side of it isdrainer.
So things that just you you putoff, you procrastinate.
Maybe I can do that tomorrow andthen tomorrow.
And then you're like, oh, crap,I gotta get that done today.
The things that I know I don'tlike to do, and the things I
have offloaded, delegated, created a process, some kind of

(14:33):
automation things that willremove the drainer so that I
have more mental space to servein my drivers, because that's
where I'm supposed to spend mytime.
And to be really honest, that'swhere I'm most profitable.

ShaNae (14:48):
I think one other d if we're doing D's is distractions.
And distractions can look allkind of ways but there are
things that take us away fromwhere we're supposed to be and
there are even things that we doin order to procrastinate the
things that we're supposed to bedoing.

Beverly (15:02):
We were talking about this a little bit earlier, you
say you have a four prongedapproach that you're gonna
explain probably here in asecond.
But we talk about the journey tobeing really good at your
messaging and your branding asyou first start with your
purpose and your why and yourmindset of success and where
you're supposed to go and, allof that.
That is your Tin man.
We are wickedly branded.
So we have a whole Wizard of Oztheme when we talk about this.

(15:25):
That is your tin man.
It's all your heart, it'severything that matters with
you.
And then you wanna make sure youlook at your skillset, what
you're the best at.
That's probably going to be adriver.
And also the systems, which isShaNae's thing.
That's the scarecrow.
Your skillset and your systemsand your processes.
That's what's gonna get theneedle moving to be able to
scale.
And then the last part of it,that last element is once you

(15:47):
have systems and process andmindset and you know your
purpose and you know your niche, you know all these things, then
you gotta show up in front ofyour brand.
You gotta be visible.
You gotta have some courage.
Like the Cowardly Lion.
But we always say.
In that process, there's twothings that can get in your way.
One is the man behind thecurtain.
The man behind the curtain ismore education, more

(16:08):
certifications.
I need this because I feel likean imposter.
Like I don't belong.
When all along you belong.
You don't need the man behindthe curtain.
You are the wizard.
You don't need the man behindthe curtain.
And then the other thing we sayis the flying monkeys come in.
Those are the distractions, those are the doubts and the
fears and all the things thatget in the way.
Of you really sitting inalignment and your purpose.

(16:29):
And so this is impostersyndrome?
Yes.
This is procrastination.
Yes.
This is a little bit of, denialor you're not being realistic
with yourself.
And entrepreneurs love to build.
So we're always looking at waysto grow and build.
And sometimes without focus andthat clear path, you can get

(16:49):
very distracted by the nextshiny object that comes along
the way.
Absolutely.
And you were maybe on the cuspof success and you pivoted too
soon.
Or you moved away too soon anddidn't fully focus there.
And I feel attacked only becauseI always feel like I can get
better.
I think I'm pretty good now.
I very much protect my time.

(17:10):
I chunk and stack, I have itbuilt, like I do all these
different things.
I have processes, I have SOPs,like I have all the things, but
I still feel.
There are things that I don't.
Do that.
I'm supposed to do or that I do.
I shouldn't be doing, and Idon't know if it's because I am
A DHD or I'm just anentrepreneur.

ShaNae (17:28):
I think a lot of times we build, and then it's oh, will
they really buy it?
Oh, is this really feeling likeit's something?
Yes, it all.
Starts to creep in on us.
So one of our P's that we reallyfocus on is perception.
Really understanding like whoyou are, why you're doing what
you're doing.
But more than that, like runningthrough, does this thing push me

(17:49):
forward or does it move me back?
And then in my mindset, is it.
Am I saying, yes, I can do it.
Yes.
I have everything I need to moveforward.
Yes, I am someone who has thisskillset.
And we had a therapist come inand talk to my clients.
She just talked about howsometimes we get so caught up in

(18:11):
our own mind.
And the thing is anxiety is whenyou're thinking too much in the
future.
Depression is when you'rethinking too much in the past.
Yeah.
And we're so caught in onespace.
So we really talk through thatperception of how you feel about
yourself, how you feel aboutyour brand, how you feel about
the people that you're workingwith, those types of things.
But also that perception of howyou feel is mirrored to your

(18:33):
clients, to your audience.
It's important to make sure thatyou are in a place that you are
really speaking to the brand, you're speaking to your message.
You're really focusing in onyour stakeholders and your
clients and who they're workingwith, because running through
that process of self-doubt anddistraction and all those things
are show up.

(18:53):
How you speak to other people.
And so that's why we reallyfocus in on that perception
piece.
What does it look like?
What are you pushing out to theworld?

Beverly (19:00):
Another p that fits in that perception is perfection.
I think so many high performingwomen, which most of us who are
entrepreneurs are very highperforming women.
We need a coach, we need atherapist.
We need a coach that helps usget to where we wanna go.
The therapist to get through allthe crap we have behind us.
And what we carry with us.
And this idea of perfection.
So many of our clients feel likeparalyzed in this perfection

(19:23):
mindset that they can't moveforward.
And we say, just take a step.
Just progress over perfectionevery day.

ShaNae (19:29):
Absolutely.

Beverly (19:30):
That is where the magic sits.
Those little steps add up andbefore you know it's a year
later and you've done thisamazing thing and I promise
anyone that you respect andadmire doing the thing that you
think is amazing, look at theirfirst video, look at their first
website.
They were right there with you.
It's a process.

(19:50):
And through the progress youfind yourself, you find your
voice, you find the things thatare in alignment with you, and
you find your power in that.

ShaNae (20:00):
Absolutely.
I use P's a lot because we're apartner with you.
We're the silent partner.
We partner with you.

Beverly (20:05):
So talk about your four pillars that you have.
What are your four pillars?

ShaNae (20:08):
Yeah, so we have a framework of the four P's.
Because we love the P's and westart with purpose.
We start with clarity of yourmission, your gifts, your
skills, your talents, all thethings that align with you, with
who God is calling you to be.
Absolutely.
And so that's really important.
Why does this matter?
Who am I helping?
What purpose do I have to bringthis to other people?

(20:29):
So really understanding that.
And we talk about creating apurpose statement.
We talk about really goingthrough what you like as a
child.
What are your talents?
What are your gifts?
What do people call you to do?
What do you do that's soeffortless that other people are
like, oh, I'll just call,Beverly to help me with my
marketing.
She's great at this.
She's helping the branding.
So really diving into yourpurpose.

(20:49):
The next one is perception thatI talked through.
Understanding, who you are, whoyou're called to be and making
sure that we're going throughthose things of like self-doubt
and imposter syndrome.
Just making sure that what wefeel about ourself, we can pick
point out to push out to ourclients, push out to our
audience, and making sure thatis in alignment with what we're

(21:12):
doing.
Does having a clear brandmessaging matters because you
wanna make sure that you arepushing the right information
out to your clients.
But that starts here.
That starts here.

Beverly (21:22):
Okay.
Shanae, say it again.
Where does it start?
Why is it so important?
Everyone needs to listen out.

ShaNae (21:28):
The pointing out, making sure that you are right here in
a good place.
Pushes out to everyone else.
You're speaking to your targetaudience, even your family.
It makes a difference when youstart with the woman who you are
inside and what you're tellingyourself about you, and that
you're reminding you that youare a queen.
You know exactly what you'resupposed to do.

(21:50):
You have everything you need tomove forward.
That's where it starts righthere,

Beverly (21:55):
and she's pointing to her heart.
She's pointing to her center ofher soul.
Yes.
It starts with our purpose andour passion and our why and our
heart.
That absolutely driveseverything when you are clear
there.
Decision making for the rest ofthe business becomes much
easier.
Absolutely.
When you are clear there, itdrives so much that is like

(22:16):
gold.
I love that you asked them aboutwhat they like when they were
child like that.

ShaNae (22:20):
Yeah, absolutely.

Beverly (22:21):
Before we started the recording, I said Yeah I'm like
tapping into my inner12-year-old, right?
I love unicorns and magic andsparkle and shiny and if you
can't see me, I have pink hair.
And I just turned 50 last week.
But I feel like those thingsmake me happy.
They make me believe in thegoodness of the world and they
are reminders Of my magic.

(22:42):
And you sometimes need to remindyourself of your magic and your
purpose and your why.
I actually have a pair of veryshiny shoes.
They have sparkles all overthem.
And I call them my iridescentslippers, not my ruby slippers.
And when I wear those, I justfeel like an inch taller.
I just feel more magical when Iwear them.
You have to really lean intothat because it filters into

(23:02):
everything else.
It filters to your home life.
To your team your clients.
If you could hear anything todayplease.
The clarity of your purpose andwhy, and I know it seems like a
box to check sometimes forentrepreneurs.
I want you to like, really sitin it, like why?
Yes, this feels right.
Why this is so important.
What is the transformation like, and why is that so important

(23:25):
that you're offering Absolutely.
What is your story, yourindividual story, your trauma
your relationships, yourfailures, your successes, how
that all builds to that purposeand why, and your skillset and
how you become the perfect guidefor someone else who is

(23:45):
experiencing the world and needsyou.
And if you don't show asyourself with all of that
beautiful messiness You'll neverfind the people you were meant
to serve.

ShaNae (23:55):
Absolutely.
And that's the other two Ps, andI love that.
So the other two Ps areproductivity.
Creating the processes andhaving systems in place for your
day-to-day operations because ofall the mess.
Yeah.
And then people, the last p ispeople.
Your team, your partners yourfamily, your community, who you
serve, your clients.

(24:16):
All of those things areimportant because you want to
make sure that you are doing theright thing by your people, but
also having the right people inplace.
It's really important to thinkabout when you're walking
through now, what is thisbusiness doing?
Who am I, what do I want thisbusiness to do?
Who am I serving?
Those PS really come into playbecause all of those are aligned

(24:37):
and I talk to my clients aboutpurpose isn't just one area of
your life, as you justmentioned.
It touches everything.
And when you are aligned and youknow your purpose, not only will
it help you in your business,it'll help you have better
relationships.
You have better understanding ofhow you need to even keep your
body, what things you wanna putinto your body, how you wanna
treat yourself, how you wannatreat your mind.

(24:59):
It helps with, your peoplearound you.
It just touches every singlearea of your life.
And that's why it's importantand that's why you can't, as you
mentioned, just check a boxbecause it's so important.

Beverly (25:09):
Please don't check a box.
It's so much more than like alittle statement you have come
up on your business plan.
Please don't do that.
So tell me a story of someoneyou worked with and how you
helped them and what that lookslike.

ShaNae (25:20):
That's great.
We have clarity calls.
We have our faith and focus, VIPdays.
We work one-on-one and then wealso do group coaching.
We live in our four pillars oflife, love, faith, and business.
And it's really important toreally incorporate all of those
things.
One of my current clients, wework with her to really build
out those operational pieces andprocesses that are aligned with

(25:42):
not only her life, but also ofcourse mostly her business.
The First place you shouldalways work in, as you
mentioned, is marketing.
Sales and marketing should beyour first process.
You really firm up because it'sgonna be the most important.
You have to bring in revenue, otherwise we're dealing with a
hobby, right?
And so we wanna really bring inthat revenue.

(26:03):
So we were working with her onreally building out her
products, building out thethings that she needed.
And one of the things that wealso were pushing, she wanted to
speak more, she wanted to havemore speaking engagements.
So we were working on gettingher some more speaking
engagements and she was able toland a international speaking
engagement.
It was amazing.
It was a great opportunity toreally work with her and help

(26:25):
her build her process.
But it's not just about what wedid for her.
It's about how she feels now.
She's very confident and sheknows that I have this skillset
that is not just here, it'sinternational.
It's something that people arelooking for.
And her speaking engagement wasUK and it also speaks to now she
is, she's a new wife.

(26:47):
She's also a new bonus mom andbonus grandmom.
She's balancing all thesethings.
So we're now working throughthese streamlining of her intake
process of her getting morebooking engagements and really
walking through what steps do weneed to put in place in order
for us to ensure that you'reable to spend time with your new
husband and also get greatopportunities to speak

(27:10):
internationally.
It's just a wonderful time toreally dig deep into where we
are, what we're doing.
And as I have been mentioning itgoes so far beyond just your
business.
Your business is a huge part ofit, but we need to make sure
that you have structure andsystems in place, in other areas
and other places that you'reworking into.

Beverly (27:32):
That I think is the power of women business owners
specifically, is when they aresuccessful, when they are
unicorn, confidence wearing, when they sparkle and shine.
The ripple effects that a womancan have on the world is like
nothing else.
It can ripple her family, howshe's raising her children the
husband and supporting him.

(27:54):
It can ripple into thecommunities and the teams that
we have.
If you have a retail location, the team that you have and the
community you serve, how yousupport the community, all the
things that you can do as awoman when you are sitting in
that kind of success.
I was at a conference a coupleweeks ago, it was called The
Future Rich Aunties.

(28:14):
It's a great group.
And one thing that they weretalking about was, tyler Perry,
he said something reallyimportant.
He said, you have to build yourown boat and then when you build
your own boat, you can go andget the other boats.
Absolute.
But if your boat is not strong, you can't help other people and
it just makes you weaker and youcould drown.
And as women, we wanna helpeverybody, so we can't get too

(28:35):
distracted by that.
But when you are strong instructure and purpose and all of
those, and clear, having thatclarity, it's like a superpower.
And when you have that, now youcan go and grab the other boats
and you can help other people onyour team.
So you gotta build your ownboat.
So if you're listening and youthink this is amazing and you've
enjoyed what ShaNae and I aresharing, I would love for you to

(28:57):
share this with a friend who youknow is struggling, who's maybe
she's in the boat and she'sgiven to everybody else, share
this episode with them because Ithink we all need to support
ourselves and each other tostrengthen our boats so they can
absolutely empower more womenand more business owners and
future business owners.
How we show up in this worldaffects our children.

(29:20):
So if this resonates with youand other people who could
really learn and grow from thistype of messaging reminders of
what's important please sharethis with them because that's
how we can grow as well, andmore people can experience
interviews like ShaNae.
Hey there, you've just finishedpart one of the Sparking Night,
your marketing episode.
