Old wounds die hard. Sometimes it's just a matter of old memories resurfacing, or thinking of someone from your past again (or in your dreams). Your nervous system is on high alert, you plunge into fight or flight, your body becomes tired, dense. You become down, overwhelmed, exhausted. It is a dark night of the soul, repeated relentlessly. You can't cope or become despondent.

Beyond & beneath the triggers, there are traumas, which can be a wound spectrum from small nuisances, to major debilitating traumas. It brings up a host of unwanted, low feelings - guilt, shame, fear, lack of trust, uncertainty, insecurity and unworthiness, not being heard, seen, known; to neglect and abandonment. The ocean of grief is vast and wide. You feel like you are swimming in a swamp of past sludge you can't shake off. You are drowning in it, and before you know it, it can suck you right down into the greatest pits of despair.
This cosmic energy will definitely have its challenging moments, it offers deep internal healing, which will be more and more rewarding as you get past each stage. You have moments of long intense periods where you are having a breakdown, you are going to internally combust, your inner world turns ugly. You start to question EVERYTHING.
