athletic director's part. But also that athletic director brought in

athletic departments, men's basketball at the higher levels and football.

seen it, like State who says that because Penn State
has not looked at as an SEC school, It's looked
at as a step below Michigan and Ohio State. But
Penn State clearly has all of the money in the
world to do it.

They got Ohio State and they've beaten them more than
fourteen years.

within an hour of two of l shoes campus, you

going after the same players at Alabama. Absolutely in Texas,
A and m and Georgia are going after where Penn
State does not have that kind of grip. They got Michigan,

They have gotten really good talent there and they've done

getting the right quarterbacks, but then developing the right And

It's getting established veteran quarterbacks.

Fisher and Brian Kelly like the two biggest examples of that.
Indiana is like kind of the blueprint. Now, find somebody
with the system that clearly works. Don't worry about recruiting.
Recruiting now is money. If you have the money, you
can recruit. Just get the system.

And identify the players that can work like they did
with the quarterback two years in exactly.

And Kurt Signetti is a really good exemple. And I'm
not saying that like everything's going to be successful like Kurt,
but I think you're more now having to after coaches
with systems and styles of play than go after recruiting
CEOs looking ahead.

Now you got to keep him, which that they just
gave him money and all that, but you've got to
sustain this. You can't be good for two.

road and a team that was just better than them.
But I thought they played well like they're The offense

been the last few years under Lincoln Riley, so I
like that. And there's talent. Dylan Ryola has just not
been good. I think it's been such an average quarterback.
