Currently serving as the CEO of Gateway Integrated Solutions, LLC, Steve Dixie joined us for our latest Staffing Stories episode. Originally from Chattanooga, TN, after graduation Steve enlisted in the U.S. Air Force, culminating in a distinguished twenty-year career. His service encompassed roles as Senior Paralegal and Law Office Manager, allowing him to hone his leadership skills while overseeing multifaceted legal operations. Post-Air Force, Steve navigated roles of significant responsibility, including managing a high-stakes paralegal position in FedEx's largest class action lawsuit and fulfilling the role of Sr Human Resource Paralegal at International Paper. Prior to founding GIS, he excelled as a Sr HR Associate at Capital One, contributing to the interviewing and background review processes.
