I would love to hear from you! Send a text!

We've reached a milestone with our 100th episode, celebrating 100 weeks of showing up to share coaching, strategies, and stories about navigating life's transitions. This journey has been a joy, and I'm grateful for every listener who has allowed me to be part of their comeback story.

• Understanding the three phases of transition: shock, limbo, and re-entry
• Navigating the disorientation of shock—the first step in your comeback
• Dealing with limbo by creating a game plan with small, courageous steps
• Embracing re-entry not as returning to your old life, but stepping into what's been waiting for you
• Recognizing that you're stronger than you imagined when you complete the transition journey

I'd love to hear what transition you're navigating right now. Send me a message, share your story, or let me know how I can be praying for you. And if you know someone in transition, please share this podcast with them—a single episode can spark tremendous hope.

My book "Start Your Comeback" releases at the end of October! It's the playbook for navigating life's biggest transitions, walking you through shock, limbo, and re-entry with practical strategies and encouragement. Head to tonithrash.com to sign up for updates and early access.

Maybe something unexpectedhappened a diagnosis, a divorce,
a job loss and you're standingthere, rattled, trying to catch
your breath.
Shock is disorienting, but it'salso the first step in a

step.
If's you, friend, you need agame plan, not a perfect plan
written in stone, but, you know, one that gets you moving again,
with small, courageous steps, because that's where momentum is
built and momentum changeseverything.
You may be at the point ofre-entry.

(03:04):
You've've done the work.
You've benched yourself whenyou've needed to, and now you're
ready to lace back up and getin the game.
Re-entry isn't about going backto your old life.
It's about stepping into thelife that's been waiting for you
all along.
That takes courage too.
Sometimes it takes even morecourage than surviving the shock

(03:27):
or waiting out the limbo.
But here's the good news whenyou re-enter.
You don't just get your footingback.
You find out you're strongerthan you've ever imagined.

Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life.
