Here to Stomp the Stigma today is local radio personality JD Lewis!  You can catch him on air on the CJAY92 morning show every Monday to Friday from 5 to 10am!

This is part 2 of my conversation with JD; you can check out part 1 in episode 36.  In today’s episode we talk about never being diagnosed, trying various different medications, and the coping mechanisms that have helped him through the years, as well as how they have changed as he has also changed.  Plus we get to talk about the semicolon project, how covid has affected his mental health, and a couple of the stigmas that bother him the most.  I hope you guys love this episode as much as I do!

If you have more questions or want to reach out to JD you can contact him on social @jdfromcjay.
