The Rolling Barrage is an annual cross Canada motorcycle rally in support of veterans and first responders living with the effects of trauma and PTSD. Paul shares with us this week everything you need to know about the ride - how to join, what it’s all about, how to donate, and how he got involved in the first place. Plus we get into a little bit of the stigmas around PTSD itself, and mental health in first responders.
