(00:21):
So seven years ago I'd juststopped drinking alcohol.
I was fat, I was broke, I wasliving in a friend's place
because I'd run out of money.
I was borrowing money off myfamily to pay for groceries and,
honestly, I was a loser.
I was losing at life.
I was drinking and escaping myproblems rather than facing them
head on.
But seven years ago everythingchanged.
(00:42):
I changed the way that I viewedalcohol and my life.
Just, it is unrecognizable.
I'm not exaggerating when I saythat I lived in this tiny room
when my friend went away onholiday and then he let me stay
and he didn't make me payanything because I had no money.
And then, when he came backhome, for a couple of weeks I
had to go and stay at anotherfriend's place and I was in a
pretty bad place.
But after I stopped drinkingalcohol, everything changed.
(01:02):
I got in the best shape of mylife.
I became the strongest thatI've ever been.
I started doing CrossFit.
I'm about to get married, I'mnow planning for a family, I've
built the business that I alwayswanted to have, but it didn't
start off like this.
At the beginning.
Progress was kind of slow, which is why I want to introduce
you to this concept of thedomino effect, and when it comes
to stopping drinking alcohol, you will experience this, but
(01:23):
there is a way for you todestroy this effect.
But if you're on this journeyand you're trying to stop
drinking alcohol, this idea ofthe domino effect is going to
blow you away, and very quickly.
If you want instant access to abrand new video training that

little as 48 hours, then clickthe link in the description.
This new method is not aboutusing willpower therapy or AA
(01:45):
meetings.

already changing thousands oflives.

somebody flicks a switch in yourbrain and, honestly, I'm not
sure when I'll start chargingfor this seven minute video
(02:07):
training.
That's how good it is, butwhilst it's still available,
click the link below, enter yourname and email address and
watch that video now.
So what is the domino effect?
Just watch this clip for asecond.
Speaker 2 (02:18):
Everybody knows about
playing with dominoes, but what
you may not know is that adomino can knock over another
domino which is about one and ahalf times larger.
So what I have here is a chainof dominoes Each one is one and
a half times larger than theprevious one, and the smallest
domino is about five millimetershigh and one millimeter thick
(02:41):
and I will carefully place itand there are 13 dominoes, and
the largest domino weighs about100 pounds and is more than a
meter tall.
Ready Boom, that was 13dominoes.
(03:07):
If I had 29 dominoes, the lastdomino would be as tall as the
Empire State Building.
Speaker 1 (03:14):
So, as you can see, a
five millimeter domino can
knock over a domino the samesize as the Empire State
Building.
And I was in New York last yearand I've seen that Empire State
Building and that's pretty bigNot as big as the Burj Khalifa
when I used to live in Dubai, but it's a massive building.
So what does all of this mean?
Why am I talking to you aboutthis domino effect?
The decision to stop drinkingalcohol is that you just will no
(03:35):
longer do that.
It's a very simple decision.
The problem is that we build itup in our heads and we make it
into a tough decision.
But when I saw this video ofthis domino effect, I would say
that stopping drinking alcoholis that five millimeter domino.
Now, providing that you don'tjust sit around and watch
Netflix all day and changenothing about your life, the act
of stopping drinking alcoholwill lead into something else.
(03:57):
So when I stopped drinkingalcohol, the first thing I did
was I got back to the gym.
I started eating the right food.
I actually got a bodybuildingcoach because I was just fat and
bloated and weak and I madethat the focus.
Then I quit my job and starteda personal training business and
then I was focused, I hadenergy, I had clarity.
Immediately I'm making moremoney.
I've probably tripled how muchI was making when I was drinking
alcohol.
(04:17):
Then, from there, I learnedmore about business, about
systems, and then I said, do youknow what?
I'm going to take a risk and Iended up booking a one-way
flight to Asia and then I spentaround about one year just
freelancing, doing bits andpieces, working for clients,
really building up my skills.
I made a video when I was oneyear sober, talking about my
journey and all the things thathad happened and that then led
(04:37):
into then people wanting help, which led into a company, and it
was like this domino effect ofjust thing after thing after
thing after thing kept falling, and the great thing is is that
it keeps getting better.
And this is why people end updoing things like building $100
million companies right, runningmarathons, getting in their
peak shape when they're 50.
I've seen it.
In fact, one of the coaches inmy program in Sober Clear is in
(05:00):
his 60s and he's in the bestshape he's ever been.
And we see this withcelebrities, right.
I don't know if you've seen theinterview with Bradley Cooper
where he says that if he haddrank alcohol, he would never be
sat there, even doing thatinterview, because he could
never access who he really was.
Speaker 2 (05:14):
Are you kidding?
I would never be sitting herewith you.
No way, no chance.
Because, way, no chance?
Because I wouldn't have beenable to have access to myself or
other people, or even been ableto take in other people, if I
hadn't changed my life.
Speaker 1 (05:24):
No way.
We see people like TuckerCarlson, we see Jordan Peterson,
we see a lot of people who stopdrinking alcohol and then go on
to achieve incredible levels ofsuccess.
And whether you agree withthese people, like them or
dislike them, you can't denythat when they stopped drinking
alcohol, their careers took offin ways that they probably
didn't even expect themselves, because they didn't know what
they were capable of withoutdrinking.
(05:45):
But instead the domino effecthappened.
They made that one decision, which then led into better
decisions, and I can guaranteethat there are so many more
people out there celebrities, business people, whatever that
don't drink alcohol, that mayhave had a problem with it and
gone on to achieve an incrediblelife, but they don't talk about
(06:06):
it because it's kind of taboo.
A lot of people don't likesharing about it, which is
understandable.
In fact, a lot of my clientswant to be completely anonymous.
They don't want me to go anduse their name or they don't
want to come and do an interview.
I have a lot of clients thatwill come and make an interview
and share their journey of theirexperience not drinking alcohol
.
Most of the people I work withsay no mate, no chance, I'm not
putting my name out there likethat.
So just imagine the thousandsof people that have stopped
(06:26):
drinking alcohol that don't sayanything about it, and this is
what you can expect in your life.
But the only way that it willhappen is if you get busy,
moving towards a better future,if you start taking action.
If you just sit around and donothing all day, this domino
effect will never happen, but itwill build.
The amount of time that thesedominoes take to fall over will
vary.
Some people are going to stopdrinking alcohol and that first
domino might not fall over forthree months.
(06:48):
They might have a rough time atthe beginning, but as long as
they don't drink, the nextdomino will fall, and then the
next one, and then the next one.
But the only way that you canscrew this up is by drinking
alcohol again, because Iguarantee you, if you drink, the
dominoes will just stop fallingand then you'll be having to go
back to ground zero, start theprocess again, and that sucks.
I've done that more times thanI can count.
(07:10):
I've had to rebuild my life somany times, so just keep it
going.
