Born in Colombia and raised in the U.S. from a young age, Carolina is a compassionate, bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has served the SWFL community for over 16 years. She’s also a qualified supervisor and mentor for clinicians seeking licensure.

Carolina works across the lifespan—children, adolescents, young adults, and seniors—and is especially passionate about helping couples and families improve communication. She emphasizes community connection, reduces mental-health stigma within organizations, and teaches practical stress-reduction techniques. In her practice, she integrates mind–body approaches and facilitates meaningful group connections.
