I’d been thinking of this episode for a while, because this year has been one big event after another, and in making some changes this year, I think I’ve moved toward some kind of vacation peace which I never had before. So, in this episode, I’m going to discuss the set up of what has been a personally busy year, and the steps I took to wind down and have one of the best vacations I’ve had in years.
