(00:00):
Hello, and welcome back toanother episode of Strength in
Numbers Unbreakable Mind,Unstoppable Strength.
It has been a hot minute sincewe have sat down and chatted,
and I couldn't think of a bettertime than today to talk about
what has been going on in thetonal And especially with me,

(00:22):
there's been so much going on asof 2025.
So let's start off with thefirst thing that Tonal released,
a Tonal 2.
whole new machine that goes upto 250 pounds.
We've got Aero that's going togive us our cardio.

(00:45):
Um, the screen, I know if youfollow me on social media, you
have heard me talking about thescreen, like how bright Joe was,
like, I literally thought that Igot my eyes fixed.
Like, it's like, he is sobright.
He is like high def, all thecolors are so bright.

(01:08):
So mind you, our tonal was likeover five years old.
We bought our tonal used on themarketplace.
And let me tell you that OGtonal is a savage.
We never had any problems withher.
Um, with buying her used, shewas just a great machine.
And between my husband and I, weput probably 17 million pounds

(01:29):
on that machine.
And she was still a truck end.
She was a boss.
Like so many milestones were hiton that tonal machine from, uh,
starting out with Joe when allthe New York coaches started on
tonal.
And that started my strengthjourney.
And, uh, also when I hit my 75pound bench, when I hit my 200

(01:51):
pound hip thrust, when I hit mya hundred pound bench, um, when
we conquered so many of thosedifficult programs that Joe
dishes to us.
And it's just been, it was sucha journey on that machine and it
was definitely hard, uh, for herto go, uh, because I was very

(02:11):
attached to her.
Uh, we had done a lot and, youknow, like if you have listened
to my previous podcasts, um, thetonal community and the tonal
New York coaches were there forme when I needed them.
The most and it was just aincredible, incredible journey

(02:32):
and it was just another chapterthat I had to close and start a
new one.
So as you've seen it, like Isaid, if you follow me on
Instagram, I got the tonal too.
And she is lovely.
She is so lovely.
Um, I've, uh, when I was in NewYork, I got the, uh, Tonal 2
probably like a week before Iwas leaving, uh, to go to the

(02:56):
Tonal Training Lab.
We're going to get to that.
Um, but I never, I barely usedit.
I did one class.
I did the arrow just to see howit was.
And oh my gosh, I'm like, thisis so hard.
But I was like, I wasdetermined, like, I am going to
learn this because this will beso good for my back gains.
But my husband was using it thewhole entire time and he loved

(03:17):
it.
His favorite is the selfiescreen.
He loves the picture.
Um, but it is so much quieter.
Um, our tonal is in our basementand when I'm upstairs on the
second or third floor, I barelyhear him now, which is, that is
a game changer.
Um, that ropes inside the tonalare like solid as a rock.

(03:41):
Like they are just going to lastfor.
So the tonal to, um, right nowthey're doing a trade in.
Um, they're doing like athousand dollars for a trade in
for your tonal.
Um, I know a lot of people inthe otc were just like really
kind of upset with that um, butyou kind of have to think of it

(04:01):
like there's people like me thathave like a Five year plus old
tonal and then you have peoplethat maybe just bought it this
year That's only a couple monthsor a year old so it's like the
It's hard to gauge what you'regoing to do a trade in because
some people have had their tonala lot longer and there's a lot
more pounds on it than there'ssome that had barely used it.

(04:22):
So I'm thankful that theyoffered an opportunity to do
the, um, swap for people.
And, you know, it's just, it's awhole thing with technology.
It's the same thing.
You know, when I was in thewhole Peloton universe, it It
was the same thing.
You know, the, uh, Peloton bikewas there, the base one.
And then they came out with aPeloton plus, which was more

(04:43):
expensive, but had some littleflashy, you know, uh, Aesthetics
and, uh, had the pivot screen.
It just had a lot of otherstuff.
And people are like, well, whycan't you do it on the other
bike?
Why can't we just do like aswitch out?
It's the same thing.
It's just like when they did thePeloton tread plus to the belt
tread.
So it's just kind of, you know,it's, it's the basis of this,

(05:05):
you know, technology and I wanttonal to be around forever.
So I want them to be successful.
I want total to be successful.
The coaches, this community.
So I'm all for them doing, um.
Um, new things and bringing newpeople and, you know, with the
new tonal and, you know, the newstuff that's coming out, going
to be coming out all the time.

(05:27):
So I am all for it.
So the tonal two is I love it.
Um, but after the tonal two, youknow, uh, tonal brought out to
us the tonal training lab, wow.
I did not have that on my bingocard at all.
Like I did not think I was goingto be going back to New York.

(05:48):
So when I saw that we were goingto get an opportunity to go to
New York and train with all theNew York coaches and sign up for
classes and get trained by themin person using your tonal, I
was like, I'm going I'm going togo for like two days and I'm
going to sign up for as manyclasses as possible.

(06:10):
And yeah, I was a little craycray thinking that I could
handle all the classes, but Iwas like, I am going to spend as
much time as I can with thesepeople.
And that's exactly what I did.
And I know a lot of people, youknow, cause I'm very
introverted, you know, also withmy germaphobe.
Um, and going to New York cityis not for the faint of heart.
It was very much a struggle, butI had one of my very good

(06:35):
friends, Leah, with me that shelike totally gets me and was
totally understanding.
So it was, it was very fun.
Um, I got to New York on Sundaynight.
Well, Sunday, no, it wasactually Sunday afternoon.
Because I was actually able to,uh, get to the tonal training

(06:55):
lab and to get to see coach Ash,which was incredible because I
didn't think I was going to beable to see her, uh, because my
flight was actually an emptyflight.
So I was able to Get to New Yorka lot faster and was able to
spend more time with Leah andmore time with coach Ash.
So that was like, so incredible.

(07:16):
And the tonal training lab, whenI first saw it, I was like, this
is, this is so exciting.
Like I was like crying, I wasshaking and coach Ash is like,
you're literally trembling.
Cause I was so excited.
excited.
I was so excited.
And I think that was like the,um, you know, let alone getting

(07:38):
to work out with these people, but getting to see them because
I miss them terribly.
I miss seeing these people inperson.
Um, they mean so much to me.
So it's just like when I sawcoach Ash, like she was the
first coach I saw.
So the joy was over filling.
What's like overflowing and shegot it all.

(07:59):
She was probably like, Katie,you're a little, you're, you're,
you're a little cray cray.
I'm like, I was just so excited, but it is definitely hard being
a germaphobe slash introvertgoing to New York.
Um, like I was going to checkinto the hotel and there's
literally a guy sitting downthere that was like talking

(08:21):
about how he was, um, in hisroom with the flu.
It was quarantine and I'm likelosing my mind.
I'm like, why are you sittingdown here with all these people
in the lobby sitting on thechair?
And finally the manager came.
Um, we stayed at the WalkerTribeca.

(08:43):
I don't recommend staying thereagain.
I will, um, it is nothing likethe Greenwich, uh, Village
Walker Hotel.
It was definitely not myfavorite stay.
Um, I had spoken with thembefore I left and making sure
that my room was ready.
And when I got there, they werelike, Hey, we can put you on the

(09:05):
second floor.
And I'm like, no way.
It's going to be so loud.
Like, I don't, I made thatmistake.
Um, when I stayed the secondtime, when I came from the tonal
talk, I stayed on the lowerfloor and it was absolutely
awful.
Um, so I was like, no, I want, Ipaid for a higher floor.
I upgraded.

(09:26):
So please give me my nice upfloor.
Well, I didn't get my room untilthree o'clock, like right on the
buzzer of the time that I, like, they normally check people in
and I was just like, that'sfine.
I was able to hang out withLeah.
Um, we actually met a new friendand we were going to go get
coffee.
And, you know, the other funnything about New York that I have

(09:48):
found is they don't like burnyour face off coffee.
Why, why, why don't you likeyour coffee hot?
Like I, I am like, it needs tobe hot.
Like it's cold outside.
All your places of business areboiling hot inside.

(10:09):
I'm sweating.
I'm perimetopausal and I'm likesweating, trying to eat or
drink.
But yet my food is like roomtemperature.
I am quite confused.
quite confused.
So, you know, even though I waslike, I'm like, can I like, can
I get hot?
Can I get it?
Like, like I want hot, hot, hot, hot, hot, like hot.

(10:30):
And they would like bring it,they're like, okay, it'll be
hot.
It'll be hot.
And they bring it out to me.
I'm like, this is like warmtemperature.
And like all the people, theypack you in like sardines in
these restaurants in New York.
And you're like sitting next topeople and you can hear their
full blown conversation.
Like if they sneezed, mygermaphobe self right there, if

(10:52):
they sneezed, they would sneezeon your food.
I, I don't know how New Yorkersdo it.
Y'all are ballers.
Because I definitely could not, could not do that.
Like I need my space when I eat.
I am sweating bullets.
So then that night, um, after wespent some time with Ash, we

(11:16):
went and had coffee.
And then we went back to thehotel because Katie had just
gotten off a plane and was likeover people.
I was like, I need to hide.
Um, nothing is where you know, and that's why it's like so
important of like puttingyourself in these situations is
like pushing yourself to dothese difficult things when you

(11:37):
definitely do not want to,because I could totally
hibernate, like I could live inmy house and absolutely go
nowhere and be totally fine withit, but I never want to miss
these opportunities to see thepeople that I care so much
about.
So I will man up, I will man upand put myself in the line of
fire.
And I and I will have the besttime but like behind closed

(12:01):
doors, I'm like, oh my god Ineed I need to hide Leah.
I need to hide.
I'm like, I'm just gonna go homemy hotel room I need to take a
shower like I took 15 billionshowers Oh, and then another
funny part was, I, I told herwhen, uh, we were on our way
back to the hotel to check in, Iwas like, I need to stop and get
Lysol, disinfectant, Cloroxbleach to clean my hotel room.

(12:24):
It's so, it, but you know what?
I had the cleanest, uh, hotelroom because I cleaned up after
myself, bleached everything.
It was like spotless because Idon't trust other people's
cleaning.
I just, especially hotels, youknow, and like the bedding and
it's just like traveling with meis not easy, but it takes

(12:46):
certain people to be able tolaugh about it because I do, I
do, I do laugh at myself becauseI know how, Like me doing it
helps me And then other peoplethey joke about it and that
makes me feel not so awkwardwhen I have to talk about it And
it's more of a jokey manner.
So it's not so serious and itdefinitely helps me stay like

(13:09):
not so um Like social anxietywhen people I feel like i'm
being judged but leo was anabsolute champ.
I love her to pieces So we gotback to the hotel and then we
had our dinner plans.
We went to Al Shabaal, uh, whichis a place that my homeboy, Joe
Rodonis, recommended.

(13:29):
It was, the food was absolutelydelicious.
Like the, the hamburger and thebacon, I was drooling and the
fries, but then again, thenagain, it was a broiler.
I learned in that restaurant andI told Leah, they turn this heat
up to make people, um, eatfaster or leave to get out

(13:50):
because there's just no waythat, um, that it like, do you
know who could eat like that?
Who could eat like sweating?
I was sweating and I'm lookingat Leah.
I'm like, I'm just sweating.
Like I can't eat.
I can't eat being hot.
Who can eat being hot?
I certainly can't.
But the food was really good.
It was lukewarm again.

(14:12):
And I'm like, how is a boiler?
Okay.
Katie, get off your soft box.
I'm sorry.
I'm serious about my food.
Like you mess with my food andmy protein.
We're going to have problems.
We're going to drop some elbows.
Um, So after that, we, weactually got to see snow that
night.
It was like a little snowflurries, which was really cool
to see snow in New York.
So I was really excited aboutthat.

(14:33):
So then we went back to thehotel.
We were all, we were in bed, Ithink by like eight o'clock,
eight o'clock, I think was thetime we got back.
And I was like, I was so readyafter flying all day.
Uh, getting up at like 3 30 inthe morning here in Georgia and
then flying and then, you know, rushing around and getting set
up in the hotel and, you know, then coming back after dinner,

(14:53):
taking another shower.
And the next morning, The nextmorning we were up, gosh, I
think I was up at like three 30.
I barely slept.
I think Leah and I were bothtalking about like how loud the
hotel was and we just kept, bothof us, when we woke up, we were
like, we kept waking up in themiddle of the night.
It was just not, it was just notvery good sleep.

(15:16):
And, um, we finally got up toget ready to go to the tonal
training lab to see coaches.
Uh, Joe and C.
R.
Shelby.
And it was just like, I was soexcited walking up to the tonal
training lab.

(15:36):
And I'm like, Leah's like, therethey are.
I'm like, where are they?
I'm like, I don't have myglasses on.
Everybody is just blurry.
I don't know who you are untilI'm close.
And we got like a little bit.
And then I was like, I sawShelby at the desk.
I saw Troy.
I saw Jenna.
And then there's you can't missjoe.

(15:57):
I mean joe, you just can't misshim and I was just like, oh my
god I'm gonna lose it So then wewalked in and I was just like,
all the stress, all the anxiety, all the worries all left.
And I could not believe that,um, I'm getting this opportunity

(16:18):
to train with Joe.
And meet Shelby for the firsttime.
It was such a gift.
And I'm so thankful that Tonalwas giving us this opportunity
as members to be able to work inperson with these amazing
trainers and coaches.
Um, because it was a blast.
And especially in this class, Ihit 5 million pounds, which, I

(16:40):
have celebrated every singlemilestone with coach Joe.
Um, I was there for his firstday at tonal, which was when I
started training on tonal and,uh, we celebrated 1 million, 2
million, 3 million, 4 million.
And now we hit 5 million poundsin person.

(17:02):
I don't think there will ever bea milestone that will ever top
that.
Being able to celebrate thatwith him.
In person, this is justeverything because I've worked
so hard on, you know, my goalsand, you know, things I want to
do for the community and thingsI want to help people with.

(17:24):
And, you know, it was just likeso emotional that, um, I really,
I just was like overflowed withjoy when that happened, because
it's being surrounded by tonal.
Um, you know, they all know howmuch we all work hard for, you

(17:45):
know, these milestones on tonalbecause it's not given like
every single milestone is soearned.
So it is a big deal.
Every bit, every milestone is abig deal.
So.
That was the most incrediblepart.
Um, the most unincredible partwas that how many Bulgarians I
was going to be doing.

(18:06):
Um, because I didn't realizethat all the tonal training lab
classes were pretty much thesame.
So I was doing a lot of the samemoves, um, every day.
So I am not a lower body girl.
Uh, I was like, we are doingrecovery.
Yes, we are for as amount as I'mgoing to have to do hitting the

(18:28):
same muscles over and overagain, we're doing recovery and
let alone having to do arrow sixtimes.
It's just like, I'm going tocrash.
But I, I held it, I held it.
Um, it was just, it wasincredible getting the help from
Troy that was there, being ableto pick his brain.

(18:49):
And of course, you know, talkingwith Joe and getting to, you
know, ask about my training.
And I think that was such theother great thing about this,
um, tonal training lab is thatyou got the opportunity to like
see.
Sit and talk with these coachesand the people that work for
tonal behind the scenes and, youknow, the coaches, and then, you
know, there's other people thatwere there that, um, work for

(19:11):
tonal that were there that I wasable to meet.
And it was just such an amazingexperience, not being rushed,
not being, um, you know, itwasn't just like a photo op with
them.
They were, they were there tolike answer all your questions.
And, you know, I definitely feellike so more amped up about my
20, 25 training season.

(19:32):
About all my goals that I'mgoing to be achieving this year.
So it is definitely, I am, I amon cloud nine and I'm not coming
down anytime soon.
So I had Joe and Shelby in themorning and then I had Joe
again.
I've never done so manyBulgarian split squats.

(19:54):
I think I did over a hundred.
I think It's a lot but it was sofun like joe's energy is just
like I I I You know joe has youknow posted before on his
instagram of when he trainedpeople at uh tone house Um, and

(20:16):
it was just always that like ohmy gosh, I want to see that
energy like I want to see itlike I want to, because nothing,
nothing compares to likefeeling, you know, you see it on
the screen and stuff like that, but nothing compares to feeling
the energy of these coaches in aroom.
Because a lot of these coacheswere training, you know, are
used to training in person andnow they're on a screen.

(20:40):
And it's quiet.
Like, I don't know how they doit.
And it's quiet in the tonal lab.
There's no music.
There's no, you know, they can'tsee us.
There's, you know, they, they dohave like a, um, You know, when
they do the live classes, theycan see names across the screen.
But when they do these demandclasses, there's nobody.

(21:03):
So it's just like, I feel likethis tonal training lab is so
good for them that the energythat they feel from us, that's
what they're going to, that'swhat, that's how it is at home.
Like, that's why I was justlike, you know what?
I'm going to bring my mostauthentic.
I rolls and all to this tonaltraining lab and bring my energy
that I have so that they knowthat like this.

(21:25):
This is how you make me feel.
You make me feel so good inside.
You make me feel so proud.
Um, and just being able toexperience all of that with them
was the best.
Um, so after I had Joe for thesecond time, Um, I was able to
go back to the hotel.
I got a beautiful, uh, bagel andcoffee.

(21:49):
I got iced coffee this time.
So, um, I didn't have to worryabout it being hot enough and I
got ready for coach Casey.
So coach Casey, she has like avery, very, very, very special
place in my heart.
Um, you know, when I was bookingclasses for the tonal training

(22:11):
lab, I was hoping to get all thecoaches, like I was going to be
able to see all of them.
Um, but sadly that wasn't thecase, which it really, that's,
that's one thing that I kind ofwish that it was, you know,
maybe had done like tag teamclasses.
Uh, with the coaches so that wewere able to see all of them
because I hated picking.

(22:33):
Um, you know, and, you know, howit worked out for me was Shelby,
Joe and Casey for the coachesthat I was able to see because I
don't live in New York.
So the opportunities for me togo is pretty much when I go one
time, that's who I'm going to beable to see.
And that, that, and I saw coachAsh luckily.
Uh, so that, that was, that, that's the hard part is picking.

(22:54):
Um, but coach Casey, her wholestory of, you know, everything
that she's overcome and how shecame with Joe is pretty much the
same is that with theovertraining and how they got to
where they are and all of the,um, you know, certifications and

(23:15):
stuff.
studies that they have done.
And I was really excited to talkwith Casey about, um, you know,
menopause, perimenopause, musclebuilding, um, with her and, you
know, how she's look, uh, beenreading about breath work and
hormonal health.
which I think is an unbelievableconversation to have.

(23:38):
And I'm excited and hopeful thattonal will start having more of
those conversations for my age,for us women that are going
through hormonal changes andtalking more about how strength
training, breath work, and allthese other things can be
helpful in our transition.
So.
That coach Casey is just, she isjust the most beautiful human.

(24:02):
She is such a beautiful human.
Like when you hug somebody thatthere's just, and Joe's the same
way in Shelby, the most genuinepeople at tonal.
And I, I just can't stressenough how amazing these people
are and what they do for us,because you can go to other apps
and other, you know, whateveryour net, your, In my opinion,

(24:24):
because I've been on other apps, not just Peloton, but other
ones.
I've never gotten the feedback, coach help in the, and, uh, from
people behind the scenes onTonal like Jenna and Troy, I've
never gotten help like I have.
being at tonal.
Um, you post any question on theOTC and you're going to get

(24:45):
help.
You're going to get flooded withform help.
You're going to get flooded withprogram suggestions, you know,
people talking about their goalsand that's, and you know, it
just fires you up so differentlyfrom just doing random stuff and
feeling like, you're not reallygetting the help that you need.

(25:06):
And it has just been anincredible three years for me on
tonal.
So actually I totally forgot, like before the Casey thing, we
had a muscle matters talk, speaking of perimetopause and
muscle, um, which was veryinteresting.
Um, you know, and I, I had askedabout, you know, if women were

(25:27):
considered in any of thestudying studies when it came to
hypertrophy.
And he said, you know what?
Women just don't want to beinvolved with it.
They don't want to just studyone muscle.
And I'm just like, I'm here foryou.
I'm here for you.
Okay.
We can do delts.
We can do chest pecs and we cando lats.
I'm here for it.
What you want me to lock in forlike two months, three months

(25:47):
doing lats.
I'm all for it.
But we would have some, uh,problems if it came to, uh,
quads, hamstrings and glutes,just saying.
Um, but it, that was reallyinteresting.
Uh, so I really enjoyed that.
And then we were able to playaround on the tonal twos with
doing some drop sets.

(26:09):
Like feeling that failure.
Which is something that I'vebeen struggling with and that
was really um, I was excited todo that with Troy there Um to be
able to ask questions with Sothen the next morning Next
morning Kate.
Well, Leah had to leave.
Leah left me.
I was devastated.
That was hard Um, she went backhome.

(26:31):
So I was on my lonesome Um, onTuesday, uh, so I had coach Joe
again and coach Casey again.
They got me double, actually Joegot me triple and Casey got me
double.
I, I was like, they're going tobe on Katie overload.
Um, but.

(26:53):
It was just amazing classes.
They were a little slightlydifferent.
Thank goodness.
But I did have to hit Joe's andCasey's were like the same
class.
And then like, for some reason,Casey got me like all excited.
Like, she's just like, I'm goingto make, she's like, we'll,
we'll make it, you know, we'llmake it special.
We can't change the moves, butwe'll make it special.
So I was just like, okay, maybeshe might, you know, put some

(27:13):
bicep curls in or something orother.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
You know what Casey did?
She put pushups in between arrowsets.
I about dying.
I was like, she was like sneaky, sneaky, sneaky.
She would come up to my tonaland she would be pressing the

(27:34):
weight up.
And I'm just like, I'm like,girl, just.
It was my last class.
So I'm like, do it, Casey, do itlike let's, let's ramp it up.
Let's close it out.
Right.
And just like, do it.
So that was just like, it was soamazing closing out my last

(27:57):
night with coach Casey, um, youknow, my little EDM heart girl,
we were able to jam it out.
So that was fun.
Uh, so that was the end of my.
Um, no, I didn't get checked bysecurity actually, you know
what, on my way out of Atlanta,go through, I did beep, they did

(28:20):
like pat me down, but my luggagedidn't get flagged this time.
Um, I was able to get through inand out of security fine.
So it was very non stressful.
It was a very non stressfultrip.
Um, it's just, you know, justthe, like the food and the
coffee thing.
You mess with my coffee.
I just can't.

(28:41):
Um, so I can't speak enoughabout going to the tonal
training lab and experiencingthis.
Like, I know there's only acouple of weeks left to this.
Um, so if you are in New Yorkor, you know, if you're like a
short plane right away and youcan swing it, I can't recommend
it enough.
Okay.
It was the best experience.

(29:04):
And I really, really hope thattonal moving forward does more
things, uh, with the coaches outin the community with us, with
members, um, you know, get themon a plane, get them on a plane,
uh, send them to Atlanta.
There's a store that just openedup.
Like, can we come to Atlanta?
I I'm a little bit New Yorkover.

(29:27):
Like New York once a year, because it literally has been,
I've been to New York once ayear in February, like four
times now.
So that must be my time totravel is like February.
Um, so I just really hope thatthey keep putting the coaches
out there and, you know, maybeget them to travel some, some a

(29:49):
little bit, you know, throughoutand get the coaches interacting
with the members, because Ithink they are just like, they
are the selling point, like theyare it, they, you know, let
alone this community is whatmakes tonal so amazing, but
these coaches are the glue.
And, um, They, they, they arejust, I, for me, um, they've

(30:11):
changed tonal in my opinion.
Uh, cause I can remember tonalbefore and I definitely don't
feel like it's the same as it isnow.
Um, and you know, even now inthe.
Tonal community.
It's, it's, it's more seeingwomen posting their strength
gains, women posting theirflexing women, putting

(30:32):
themselves out there for, youknow, strength training.
And I never saw that before inthe tonal community.
And now it's just like, it's soinspiring.
And I think that the ties areturning and women are taking up
space with building muscle.
And you know, I am here for it.
I am here for it.
So I am really excited about the2025 training season.

(30:55):
Um, I've started, um, I'm inhouse of gains right now.
School of gains.
Why do I keep saying house ofgains?
House of volume is messing meup.
I did this to Troy and he'slike, you keep mashing them.
School of gains, Katie.
I'm in school of gains with Joe.
Um, we are patiently waiting forJoe's new program to drop.

(31:20):
Um, when I was there in NewYork, he was watching the promo
video and I was just like, I wasjust watching his facial
expressions.
I am anticipating this.
Like I am so excited to see whatthis is.
And I'm just like, I'm like, don't tell me anything.
I want it to be a surprise.
Like, I don't want to hear, I'mlike, I just want to watch your

(31:41):
facial expression.
But that, that, that, that isthe telling sign of what I'm
preparing myself for.
So don't tell me because I justwant to be so excited.
So, um, all I know is that thisis going to be a doozy.
Um, Joe, like loses it halfway.
So I'm excited to see that partwhen Joe just totally, uh, goes

(32:05):
off his rocker, because thoseare the best moments.
Like when Joe pushes himself, Imean, he pushes himself a lot in
these.
Some of these programs andclasses when he's lifting,
because you can look at, look athis numbers and let alone him
doing his personal training and,you know, working on his goals
and stuff like that.
But then on top of doing, youknow, doing tonal workouts, that

(32:28):
man's nuts.
He's off his rocker.
So I mean for him to like talkabout like how this this program
like about took him out and Youknow with doing the drop sets
and stuff like that So we doknow that there's drop sets in
this upcoming program with him.
So There's that so this is goingto be a doozy And I hope I get a

(32:49):
bunch of you guys to jump on andwe kind of do this together Um,
I think you know, I absolutelylove The way I train, um, I
absolutely love how it's, um,you know, seeing how the, how
your phases pan out and you feeldifferences and how, when you
work on certain sequences, you're like that sequence really

(33:11):
worked for me.
And it's such an amazing thingto kind of like take notes
during programs like these.
Because then it like makes iteasier you can really dial in on
which programs you take becausethen you know What works for you
because you know at the end ofthe day tonal puts out programs
for the masses So every programis not going to be for you.

(33:32):
Every program is You know, notgoing to be focused, you know,
yes, muscle building and youhave your lean and you have your
hit and stuff like that, but youknow, you have to figure out
what works for you, you know, because they are programs that
are put out for everybody.
So, you know, just like shoes, you know, it's all not the same

(33:53):
size and you just have to findthe right shoe that feels comfy,
cozy.
And you can just keepprogressing like that.
Like Joe talks about, you know, find a style of training you
truly enjoy and just get betterat it.
And that's how I feel.
Um, because you know, there's,you know, I think sometimes
people think that likeeverything works for me.
It's not true.
Um, I've had, you know, someclasses, some programs, some

(34:16):
sequences and whatnot that justdo not work for me.
And that's totally fine becauseeverybody, you know, everybody's
body is different.
Everybody's body is going to,uh, react differently.
So it's just like, I always talkabout having a fitness journal
and writing it down eachprogram, how you're feeling.
And, uh, what moves feel goodand which moves don't.

(34:38):
So, um, just keep that in mindwhen you're doing programs to
keep, you know, keep a littlejournal, but overall, this has
been such an exciting start of2025.
Um, I'm really excited to seewhat.
Our, uh, year holds for us andto keep crushing goals with Joe

(34:58):
and to see what else tonalbrings to us.
Um, because, you know, I thinkthis year is going to be an
incredible year.
in the tonal community.
And, um, I'm excited to, youknow, grow with everybody, get
stronger with everybody.
Um, I'm excited to see everybodyjust like reach whatever goals

(35:19):
that they want to reach.
And, um, you know, with thewhole toll tonal training lab
and the tonal too.
I'm just on cloud nine.
And I couldn't be more excitedfor what's to come.
And, um, you know, I just wantedto sit down and just have a
little chat and kind of talkabout the little, you know,

(35:40):
tonal training lab and the tonaltoo, you know, cause I talk
about it on my Instagram, butit's really nice just to sit and
kind of just have a powwow talkwith everybody and joke about
stuff.
So I really hope you enjoyed.
This podcast and, um, more ofthese will definitely be coming
back since I'm done with myschooling.

(36:01):
Um, I did do my CPT.
So that is out of the way.
Now we're working on ourcorrective exercise.
So there's still a lot going onwith school wise, but it's just
not as much, not much like timebased.
So I have time, but, um, yeah,we've got a lot of exciting
year.
So I hope you guys enjoy thispodcast and I will see you next

(36:22):
time.
