He is the founder of On Purpose Adventures, a driving force in purposeful, unconventional, and effective team building for over a decade. He is the co-founder of Cohesion Culture™. He is a sought-after facilitator, consultant, and speaker, and continues to focus his heart, soul and substantial knowledge of cultural wellness into each learning experience, promising a fun and engaging encounter with tangible results. In addition, he and his wife, Dana, bought a well established paddling outfitter in Mount Pleasant, Nature Adventures.

He is a passionate, faith-driven, and generous man. He loves life. He is known to be a solid 3 a.m. friend, one who helps when needed at any time without any questions. He is working on being known for his kindness and not his sarcasm. He strives to be a better husband and human.
