What happens when a World Series–winning coach trades the mound for the mind and emotions?
In this episode of Sunday SoulDay, I sit down with Douglas White, former pitching coach and director of pitching for the Los Angeles Angels, and assistant pitching coach for the Houston Astros. Over his 17-year career across four MLB organizations, Doug guided pitching development, led infrastructure change, and helped teams win four championships in six years — including two World Series titles.
Now, Doug has taken his expertise from the field into the world of personal development and emotional well-being. His mission? Helping people harness the power of their emotions to deliberately create their lives.
