Master Sergeant Joseph T. Groce Jr. is the Career Assistance Advisor for the 718th Force Support Squadron, 18th Wing, Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan. Sergeant Groce serves as the principal advisor to base commanders and senior enlisted leaders on enlisted retention, professional development, and retraining programs. Additionally, he oversees the wing’s Senior Noncommissioned Officer and Noncommissioned Officer Professional Enhancement Seminars and the First Term Airmen Center.
