Meet the woman responsible for the host of Locker Room Talk & Shots Podcast's tight, toned pussy! The queen of Kegels, as she's fondly known, Sarahca turned to pelvic floor exercises after an injury and has since transformed her own life and the lives of countless others. In our conversation, we explore how Kegels, often associated with post-pregnancy healing and urinary incontinence, can have far-reaching benefits for both men and women.

As a published author, activist, and CEO, Sarahca's journey transcends just the physical. Her diverse background in arts and community building brings a unique perspective to the table. In our chat, we explore her ambitious project 'Small Towns Need Poetry' that aims to bring a cultural renaissance to smaller communities. We also talk about her Kegel Crew, where her poetry becomes an integral part of community building, proving that strengthening pelvic muscles and self-expression can go hand in hand.  Watch until the end for a special treat! And erotic poetry reading by Saracha herself!

Annette Benedetti (00:03):
Hi, this Annette Benedetti, your hostess
for a locker room talk and shots, the podcast that likes to
think of itself as the queer NPRof raunchy women's sex talk.
You are about to sit in on thekind of conversations women have
on their girls' nights out orbehind closed doors while
enjoying delicious drinks anddishing about sex, think, fun,

(00:26):
honest and feminist as fuck, andalways with the goal of
fighting the patriarchy, oneorgasm at a time.
Welcome to the locker room.
Today's locker room talk andchots topic is the queen of

(00:46):
Kegels talks, tighteningCoochies and the power of the P
word.
I know y'all think I'm talkingabout the pussy and I swear
we're going to talk about thepussy, but when I say P word,
I'm talking about poetry, whichis one of my greatest loves in
life and also one of thegreatest passions of my guests.
Now, my guest today has becomemy personal Kegel trainer and

(01:10):
the personal Kegel trainer twothousands upon thousands of
women, I would probably guessglobally.
And and yes, the goal of thispodcast is that by the end of it
, every last listener, whetheryou are a vulva owner, a woman,
someone who loves vulva ownersor women, you are going to have
a clear path to tightening yourtwat, clenching your kuchi and

(01:33):
having a healthy, happy vaginafor the rest of your life.
But my guest today is so muchmore than just a Kegel queen,
which I think is quiteimpressive in and of itself.
So Sarahca is the spoken wordartist you wish you heard a long
time ago.
She is a mother of three, published author, activist,
playwright, executive directorof the art of community, founder

(01:57):
and CEO of the roundtableproject and now queen of Kegels
and the creator of the Kegelcrew.
On TikTok.
Now.
I have two goals for thispodcast, so the first one is,
yes, to make sure all y'all knowhow to keep your pussies toned
and tight and healthy.

(02:17):
The second one is that, by theend of this podcast, my goal is
to tie Kegels and vaginal health, pussy power to poetry, and I
think if there are any twopeople in the world that can
make this happen, it's me andSerika.
Serika, I would love for you, though, to take a moment and
tell my listeners a little bitmore about you before we jump

(02:38):
into all of this.

Sarahca (02:40):
Okay, so I'm Serika Peterson.
Listen, I'm a mother of threeand a three year old is really
what my schedule revolves aroundnowadays and I'm a lover of
poetry, I'm a lover of people,I'm a lover of love and I love

(03:00):
to create, I love to connect andyou know, I'm a person that I
am blessed to be in a positionwhere I am being used by the
most high to help peoplepurposefully and passionately,

(03:20):
and that's me, and you havecreated so much throughout your
life.

Annette Benedetti (03:26):
What brought you to me, obviously, and my
passion, is women's sexualempowerment, and I believe that
our sexual empowerment leads tooverall empowerment and affects
every aspect of our being, and abig part of that is vaginal
health, and you are the creatorof the Kegel crew, so we're

(03:49):
going to kick this conversationoff by talking about Kegels, so
let's raise our glasses.
It's the evening for both of us.
We're going to have an eveningdrink together.
Cheers.
Let's talk about Pussies inPoetry.
All right, we just got to jumpinto it.
Look, your background is allabout arts and community
building and poetry, but youwere brought to me because of

(04:14):
your Kegel training on TikTokand I really want everyone to go
follow this amazing womanbecause it really has like,
especially if you're someone whospends a lot of time
doomscrolling on TikTok Like you.
Put her into your rotation, your vagina will get a workout.
My vagina is in fantasticcondition.

(04:35):
I actually have a tool tomeasure that.
But can we talk about how thehell did you end up being
everyone's personal Kegeltrainer?

Sarahca (04:49):
I had an injury.
Well, it started there.
I had an injury the day afterChristmas last year and I wasn't
able to work out.
I had started back saying I'm aworkout.
I just had my son.
He'll be turning 30, august30th, so you know.
I couldn't work out and I wasreally feeling down, like I'm

(05:14):
wanting to get my body back andjust get back into being a woman
, feeling, living, doing, expressing and I had the injury.
I wasn't able to work out andmy doctors had already been
telling me, like for years, likeyou need to do Kegels, you need

(05:35):
to do Kegels.
And it was just like throughoutmy life.
It just slips my mind, it justkeeps slipping my mind to do
Kegels.
You know, between rememberingto pick your kids up and do
everything else, women, we justit's just doesn't, it doesn't
cross our mind like that.
So I said, okay, since I can'twork out, I can still work out.

(06:02):
And Kegels became what Icommitted to working out,
strengthening my pelvic floormuscle and learning about my
sexual desires and natures andme and who I was.
And that's really how it started, like I couldn't work out my my

(06:26):
outer body, but I can work outmy inner.
And I started working on that.
And then I just posted it.
One day Let me remind somebody, cause if I, if I have a lot of
time remembering, I'm prettysure there's other women out
there Now.
Did I think it was going to beall these women?
No, absolutely not.
It has.
It has really taken me.

(06:48):
I'm a bit taken back by it, butyeah, it just started.
Hey, I thought maybe somebodyneed to be reminded and I
started doing it because it wasthe only workout I can get in.

Annette Benedetti (07:01):
How quickly after posting the first video
you posted that I saw it's soquick too.
It's just like you flip thephone up and you're like give me
50 Kegels Now.
You know it's like it's that.
It's just very like you're, youknow, kind of like us.
I don't know like an armysergeant I would imagine.
I don't know I was never in themilitary and like instantly I

(07:22):
start Kegeling, like I don'tknow.
I'm like it happened that quickand what was the response like
upon that first video?

Sarahca (07:31):
I think it was like maybe 100 views on the first
video.
I started doing it in Januaryof this year and I had I was.
I was posting it randomly, as Istill do now.
I wasn't as consistent as I amnow and I'm as consistent now

(07:54):
because there are other.
There are people who arerelying on it now, so I'm
responsible for that.
Honestly, it kicked off.
I had my surgery on my knee formy injury April 24, april 29,.

(08:16):
One of the Kegel videos poppedup and that I ended up also
having to move that weekend andme and my kids that's when we
ended up moving and having tostay in the hotel for two months
.
We literally that move.
All of that happened.
The video clip the first videowent viral and then me moving,

(08:40):
the surgery all of that happenedwithin a week span and you know
the honestly the Kegel crewlike they really helped me
maintain my mental health whileme and my kids were living in
the hotel for two months.
You know it was.
It was a really tough time forme, but there was moments I

(09:01):
looked forward to picking up myphone, picking in with the Kegel
crew and I mean, these ladiesare comedians, they're hilarious
, some of the comments and it'sjust like I literally just sit
there and I would go fromsulking in, you know, my black
failures and let downs to beingbeing uplifted, being being told

(09:25):
thank you and why I'mappreciate you and all of that
and it just really lifted myspirit.

Annette Benedetti (09:30):
It's funny.
It's something that tie allwomen together, right, we have
this area of our body that needsmaintenance and we don't take
care of our health momsespecially, but women in general
.
Like we aren't taught to reallydo the self care.
Also, the medical support outthere and the knowledge about

(09:55):
our sexual health is so shitty, right.
So to have someone jump up onan app where I'm like sitting
there going this is like Ishouldn't be scrolling, I
shouldn't be scrolling, and thento give me something to do that
I need to do with humor andwith purpose, and then to
regularly be showing up on myfeed.
There was kind of this instantbond and then I thought it was

(10:17):
so inspiring how so many womenall different kinds of women,
like got on board with it and wecould talk about it and laugh
about it.
But I do have some questions.
First, the most popularquestion.
I know you get it all the timehow does it feel to know that
the minute so many people womensee your face, they start

(10:41):
clenching their coochies?

Sarahca (10:45):
Oh my gosh, I'm still trying to process that.

Annette Benedetti (10:53):
I mean, this is thousands upon thousands.
Your numbers have jumped onthat app.
I think you're up in the 50s,some 1000 women Clenching their
coochies for you.

Sarahca (11:07):
I don't know how to honestly explain it, but you
know it's a responsibility.
Now with that, it's alsosomething I created.
So that is also something thatI really have to honor.
You know I have to honor whatthat is that 52,000 people are

(11:31):
following you and these womenare looking to you to help make
them better.
And it's heavy.
It's heavy.
It's also very rewarding.
We're doing yoga now.
So, yes, Miss Tanya fromScottsdale Reiki, who offered

(11:55):
her service to do 23 yogasessions for the Kegel crew.
Right, and it's something Ialways wanted to do, but I
didn't have to budget.
You know, I don't have.
I didn't have the money to putinto it.
And here comes this woman who'sa part of the Kegel crew, who
finds value in what we're doingand love it.
She brings this service to usto.

(12:16):
Now we're doing twice a week, free yoga sessions for the Kegel
crew as a community service.

Annette Benedetti (12:23):
So explain to my listeners and I am betting
you, I'm betting you.
A lot of my listeners arealready have you in their feed,
but will you explain the Kegelcrew to my listeners what that
means?

Sarahca (12:37):
So the Kegel crew are women who have the need to
strengthen their pelvic floormuscle, be it for health,
pleasure, whatever it is yours, you're responsible, you have
ownership of it and it's aboutwomen being sexually who they

(13:06):
are Because you think about it.
Kegels are something you don'teven know someone's doing.
You don't know but at thatmoment on TikTok, we all know
we're doing it and that, to me,is about unity.
I think women, especially blackwomen, I think we have to walk

(13:30):
more in our power and sexualbeing, because, as a black woman
, my sexuality has been usedagainst me in my own community.
You know, I always was a veryplush size, curvy young girl and
I always been sexualized byolder men when I was a young

(13:51):
girl.
So me owning my sexuality andme being sexy wasn't something
that I did.
But this is about hey, this ismy body, it's my pussy.
I can do what it with it, whatI want to, but what I have to do
to honor myself is to take careof it in the best way possible.

(14:11):
That is what the Kegel crew isabout self care and self love.
And it's you, it's about you, that is something that you do
for you.
Please, ladies, take care ofyou.

Annette Benedetti (14:22):
But you've taken this to the next level.
I saw the yoga classes, onlineyoga classes.
I didn't realize that that wasone of the members of the Kegel
crew who stepped up and offeredto do that.
And so now you've taken, youknow, this exercise for your,
your pussy, for your vagina, andnow you're like tying that to

(14:47):
whole health right.
Yoga is a whole health which isalso spiritual health right and
offering on top of it not onlythe guidance with Kegels and
pelvic health.
But now you've got someonewho's stepped in and joined you
to take women who are involvedin that into the whole health.
You know place of healing, andI just thought that was so

(15:12):
beautiful that the two of youjoined to make that happen.
I also know that.
So you do regular onlinemeetups for the Kegel crew.
Is that right?

Sarahca (15:24):
Yes, I do so.
On Sunday I do a sip with Sarahin the Kegel crew and that's
9pm Eastern Standard Time andit's just alive.
Like I don't come and ask themto come and we're going to do
all the Kegels.
They literally come and theytell me to do the Kegels.
Then is almost like okay, nowwe get to give you a little bit

(15:45):
of a break, okay, now we get togive you back what you've been
giving us.
So I have to pump them outevery time somebody say do so.
Yeah, and it's justconversation about whatever.
We have a drink, we talk If youmean we smoke and we just vibe
it.
You know we just talking aboutwhatever and it's a vibe.

Annette Benedetti (16:11):
It's a whole vibe.
I love it.
And now it's you've created acommunity on top of all of that.
It's really kind of a coolthing, yeah, yeah it is.

Sarahca (16:20):
I don't have, like you know, in person meetups for the
Kegel crew yet.
We are working on some thingsmyself with my team to.
We're actually getting ready togo on tour with our small towns
needs for two.
I've been talking with themabout how can we, you know, wrap

(16:42):
in some Kegel crew meetups.
I was probably thinking about, like the top cities that support
and going to those cities anddoing something, but doing a
poetry show or something there.

Annette Benedetti (16:55):
So to clarify for listeners, you do something
called small towns.
Need poetry to correct.

Sarahca (17:04):
Small towns need poetry to.
We're coming up on our sevenyear anniversary, august 28.
And I go around take poets, artists, whoever creatives,
musicians, to small towns.
I'm a small town girl, so Ialways thought about what I
didn't have growing up, andpoetry and a place to create

(17:29):
platform wasn't there.
So the small towns need poetryto, and we're currently in six
towns, so my goal is to try toget another town, more towns and
get out of Florida with it.

Annette Benedetti (17:44):
Yeah, and and so then you were saying you're
kind of thinking about how do Itie in the Kegel crew stuff with
that.
Yeah, it's an evolving thingright now and you have, as I
said to my listeners early on,you have all of these other
projects that have been yourlifelong Passion and sort of

(18:05):
came into the Kegel crew and Ilove the way it all is coming
together before we get to tyingthe poetry, which you're
obviously tying the poetry tothe posse is, and the Kegel crew
yourself in your own work.
But I know that listeners willhave questions about Kegels.
So I'm going to ask you and andyou do always say when people

(18:30):
ask you that you aren't a doctor, obgyn, that we all know that,
but you clearly have moreknowledge about Kegels than the
average person with a vagina.
So can you tell my listeners alittle bit about why should they
even bother with Kegels, likewhy, what are the benefits that
they offer?

Sarahca (18:53):
So there are a lot of benefits for Kegels, but I'll
have a pelvic floor.
Muscle is what holds our urineand what keeps the moisture in.
I really got into it.
There's this woman I follow onInstagram, a T Gina, and she

(19:14):
calls it moist women'sWednesdays and she talks about
women.
You know she's older when she'slike in her 60s and she's talk
about like listen, women need tokeep it them.
Keep your pluses moist, likedon't be a dry.
I'm glad to do that and so whenI started looking into that and

(19:36):
the Kegels are actually how wehold our urine in, but it's also
a muscle I learned that it's amuscle and, like any muscle,
anytime you work at it, it'sgoing to strengthen.
So how do you strengthen thatmuscle to be able to hold your

(19:56):
urine longer or not?
That you should hold it as long, but if you're not in public
and somewhere where you can useit, being able to do that also
sneezing people cough and sneezeand if, after you had a child,
that becomes something that youhave to work on to tighten that
back up.
I had an incompetent cervixwhen I had my second daughter

(20:24):
and my son.
I had to be on bed rest theentire time and I had to have a
circulage because my cervix wasincompetent.
And when I found out that makesyou feel bad, like to hear my
cervix is incompetent.
So I was like OK, so how can Ifix this?
And he was like remember theKegels I've been telling you you

(20:47):
know you need to do?
And I was like, ok, so that, that is that.
And I always tell people, whenyou're doing Kegels, think up,
not in pull up towards yourneighbor.
That is how you're going tostrengthen more and you know
people say well, what if youmoving your butt or whatever,

(21:08):
like that's almost unnaturalbecause those muscles are
connected.
It's natural.
But once you learn to, onceit's strengthening, you'll be
able to isolate that muscle andonly move that muscle.
But that's typically whathappens with beginners, that you
feel your sphincter moving morethan your actual vagina.

(21:29):
But as you keep moving and keepgoing, you'll be able to
isolate your vagina muscle fromyou know, your anal muscle and
be able to just focus on that.

Annette Benedetti (21:41):
Oh, that's a good tip.
So when you start it's been along, long time for me, but
you're right and especiallyafter birth after birth, like
nothing feels like it's movingdown there, right, yeah, but it
does feel like you're justclenching your butt.
But if you keep at it, theneventually you'll start to feel

(22:02):
the difference.
It's like any kind of workout, right.
You start to feel new muscleslike come into action, and stuff
like that.

Sarahca (22:12):
And it's nothing like it's not.
You're not doing it wrong.
If that you're not doing itwrong and there's actually I'm
going to post it.
I actually just saw a reallygood stimulation video, so I'm
going to post it.
I'm just trying not to getflagged or banned by Tik Tok and
I know that.
You know there's some kind ofreally skeptical on it.

(22:35):
But I do want to, you know, give a visualization of what the
inside looks like, why you'redoing it.
I know we are all nowhere doingit, but I saw a really good
video for that and it definitelywill really visualize and teach
you what you're doing.

Annette Benedetti (22:53):
Right.
So if someone is just gettingstarted for maybe for the first
time in their whole life, orjust had a baby and trying to
get started, are there, do youhave any tips for, like you know
, just getting started?

Sarahca (23:08):
So I honestly I my first place of getting started
when I first started.
I started when I went to thebathroom to pee.
Like, okay, how do I know I'mdoing it If I have to pee and I
go here and I stop midstream andI do that a couple times Now I

(23:28):
know I'm working that muscle, soI do that you know I have.
I have had times where I do likea water fast, so I'm in the
bathroom a lot, so I'm reallyworking my muscle out because I
know I'm going to be urinatingquite a bit while I'm on this

(23:49):
water fast.
I mean, if that's somethingthat you're committed to doing
to like, make sure you're youknow you're doing the, using the
right muscle, to identify themuscle, because some women may
not have ever done it and youneed to identify what that
muscle is.
You know, go, go, go pee andtry to drink a lot of water one
day and just go pee, and everytime we work that muscle out.

Annette Benedetti (24:12):
That's great advice.
That's a good way to feel itand know it's happening.
How many should someone startwith?
How did I mean?
I think I kicked in on your.
I think you asked me for 50 thefirst time you popped up on my
FYP and and you it was in alimited amount of time.
I can't remember what the timewas, but do you think you could

(24:33):
share maybe a little workoutplan for the beginner and
intermediate and like what thatlooks like?

Sarahca (24:41):
So I started doing 10, but I didn't start posting
TikTok videos till I got to 20.
When I 20 was the first numberI started with.
So I started with 10, likedoing the whole water fast and
making sure I started with 10.
And every time I would go Iwould try to do at least 10

(25:03):
while I'm in the bathroom.
And that's where I started.
I knew, okay, I'm doing itright, I'm able to hold, I'm
able to control, because you'lleven notice too where you are
with your muscles.
If you're going to the bathroomand you're actually peeing and
you're not able to stop the pee, like that's how you know your
muscle isn't as strong becauseyou can't stop it.

(25:26):
It's still coming, whether it'sleaking, whether it's still in
full string.
You got to strengthen it.
That you know what's yourdoctor's advice if your doctor
tells you that.
But that's how I knew and youknow my doctors had already told
me you need to do kegels.
So I would say, start with 10and do it, commit, commit, like

(25:52):
a self care Sunday and just workon it.

Annette Benedetti (25:56):
How many times a day?

Sarahca (25:59):
So I've read some articles that say you know you
started at 5, 10, 30 a day.
If you're missing days, if youcan knock out 40 and 50 today,
that'll probably keep you fortwo days.
But I would say me, I try to doat least 45, 50 a day, and

(26:27):
especially after sex not thatI'm having any, I'm honestly
just really in a drought butespecially after sex, give
yourself time to rest, to enjoythe sensation of it, but after

(26:47):
to really strengthen it back.

Annette Benedetti (26:49):
Yeah, yeah, so I had never thought about
that, but that's a great ideaafter sex to do a good set.

Sarahca (26:57):
Like, you know what I'm saying, Go to the bathroom.
You're going to go pee afterknock out a couple.

Annette Benedetti (27:04):
Definitely go pee after sex.
That's like one of the rules.
You also created a playlist forthe K-Globe crew.
Can you talk a little bit aboutthe music part of it, your
playlists?

Sarahca (27:21):
Yeah.
So I had a few women like Istarted incorporating music into
it because I started out doingit with no music so it was just
me and whoever was on the otherend.
I started incorporating musicone day because it was just
playing in the background and itsounded good.

(27:42):
So I started being intentionalwith the music.
I wanted the music to be veryintentional for us Speed, groove
, a vibe energy and I had quitea few people ask me what a
certain song is or they want aplaylist.

(28:03):
So it's like, okay, I'm here toserve.
So I love music and I created aplaylist.
It's called the High SacredVibes and the sacral energy is
connected to sexuality andsensual and creativity and I

(28:26):
wanted to really focus on that, like our sexual nature and being
who we are with this as women.
And it's just music that I love, that I listen to it when it
makes me feel a certain type ofway.
I'm not a dancer, so musicthat's able to make me move my
hips without me telling it tomove, it moves me.

(28:50):
I would share that and that'swhat's on the playlist.
You know it's very intentionalto you know, make you love on
yourself, feel yourself, feelyour body and, you know, feel
sexy.

Annette Benedetti (29:05):
Guys and Kegels.
Can guys do Kegels or shouldthey do Kegels?
And you know what is that athing?

Sarahca (29:13):
Yes, men can do Kegels and men should do Kegels.
And the benefits for men doingKegels are, you know, same thing
, sexual pleasure, enduranceenhancement, possible, you know,
growth of the people Likethere's benefits for these

(29:33):
muscles, like use them, workingthem out.
And now I couldn't tell a manhow to do a Kegel.
But there is this one guy thatcomes on, mr Boatye Fly.
I remember him, he always comeson, mr Boatye Fly.
Yes, he comes on and every timewe're posting I'll notice him,

(29:56):
because he'll come on and he'llsay he did it and he's
descriptive of how he does it.
So yeah, men can do Kegels andthey do them.

Annette Benedetti (30:08):
Well, fascinating.
I'll have to look into that.
I had never even thought aboutit, but it makes sense.
I mean, we basically men andwomen, all humans have the same
parts just put togetherdifferently essentially in our
body, which I think is abeautiful idea.
So we all have to do that sortof upkeep and stuff like that.

(30:29):
So we have gone over how yougot into this.
We've given my listeners sometips for getting started and
then working it into their dailyplan.
They can follow you, obviously,to get a reminder, because it
is like I don't know, I never.

(30:50):
I have a hard time prioritizingKegels.
I do more.
So now I have three children aswell and when I cross the
street or I'm walking and I haveto sneeze, I always stop and
cross my legs and people arelike why are you stopping?
And I'm like because you knowyou sneeze after three babies.
Sometimes, yeah, you might loseyour level of squirt.

(31:15):
Level of squirt, it's an uglytruth, but also it does increase
pleasure and for me itincreases my libido, right, the
more in shape that part of mybody is and I feel like this all

(31:36):
really ties into it.
I don't know if you've noticedit in yourself, but it is like
the sacral area and if you areinto yoga, if you're into chakra
stuff like that is also thearea of creativity, right, and I
have noticed that when I'mfeeling healthy and sexual and

(31:57):
turned on and empowered in thatway, like I feel more creative.
Have you noticed a tie to thatin yourself?
You're a writer, you're a poet,you're a spoken word artist.
Do you find that since you'vecreated the Kegel crew, that in
your own life you've felt moreof that spark of creativity, or

(32:21):
do you see a tie into that foryourself?

Sarahca (32:23):
Honestly me.
Having a partner, me havingsomeone that I'm sexually
involved with it does inspire me.
I'm creative when I'm sexuallyinvolved.
That's where my creativity comefrom.
I write some of my dopest shitwhen I'm being fucked, right.
Let me be just very clear, likeI do.

(32:45):
But even still now, what I'mlearning is about being able to
hone that energy and who I am bymyself.
Like I wouldn't need that, Ican desire it, but I still
possess it in myself.

(33:06):
So you know, the Keele Crew hasdefinitely been a another baby
of mine that I have to care for.
So I don't know what's coming.
I'm really hoping that thegroup of women that we've been
talking and working on puttingsome things together, that you
know the community, cometogether and embrace it and then

(33:30):
we build this communitytogether.
I don't want to build adictatorship, or would that be a
pussy-tatership?
I don't know you could buildthat.

Annette Benedetti (33:41):
I would be on board with that.
Do you see poetry becoming partof that, as you build it, as
you build the Keele Crew?
I mean you've brought yoga in.
You've brought music in.
I am so, do you see?

Sarahca (33:59):
Yeah, poetry is definitely a part of it and it's
going to take.
It's going to be a big part ofwhat we do, because I talked
about earlier on doing eroticpoetry night for the Keele Crew
and it's just a matter of whenand how to set it up and

(34:20):
different things, what platformsand where, but it's going to
happen.
Poetry is a part of the KeeleCrew.
Now I just need to share itmore.

Annette Benedetti (34:29):
Oh my God, I did not know about the erotic
poetry Night idea, manifesting, but it makes so much sense.
You were just saying that, yes, when we're into someone and
we're getting fucked, well, certainly I can be extremely

(34:50):
creative, I can pull out poemsleft and right when that's
happening.
But I love that you are workingon manifesting that within
yourself without the outside, which I think Keegles are a big
part of that.
Right, it's building thatsexual energy and it's that

(35:11):
sexual energy that gives birthto, hopefully, poems or music,
depending on who you are andwhat your creative outlet is.
That's such an exciting idea touse that energy that you're
helping to manifest in so manywomen to write poetic fantasies.
Right, listen, we're adults.

Sarahca (35:34):
We're women, we have stories, we have lives and we
have things that we enjoy.
And I don't know about anybodyelse, but I enjoy sex.
I absolutely enjoy sex.
I wish I was having more.
Honestly, it's just, that's thetruth of it.
And I think when we are notable to really say that, without

(35:56):
it being any shame behind it,without it being some type of
just taboo conversation, we'reable to fully be ourselves
creatively and be true toourselves and our partners.
I should be able to tell youwhat I want and it not be taking
the wrong way.
I grew up in the South, so theSouthern Veils and what's

(36:23):
Ladylike has really plagued thecommunity, but I mean, I'm a
rebel so I don't mind.
Yeah, that's, southern Veilsare not having good sex.

Annette Benedetti (36:35):
No, they're not, they're not.
I think they're really deprived, really yeah, absolutely, and I
think, and you must feel, that,by having the conversations
you're having starting with K GLillian with women, is you're
helping them to feel morecomfortable talking about their

(36:57):
sexuality, and a lot of womencan't even say pussy comfortably
, can't say vagina comfortably, and you have created the space
where they can start talkingabout that part of their body
and then come together andcelebrate it and take care of it
together.
And that is a huge part of thecommunity.

Sarahca (37:20):
That is a huge step towards stripping the shame away
from you know, I never thoughtabout it like that, but oh yeah,
I did.

Annette Benedetti (37:32):
I mean, it's a super empowering thing that
you're doing and I think it'swonderful.
I am wondering if you wouldlike to share some of your
poetry with my listeners tonightbefore we log off here.

Sarahca (37:48):
I sure would, and I want to thank you for opening
your doors to me and I am goingto do a poem.
It's called Jim Life.
Lately I've been focusing on myhealth, Only consuming things

(38:09):
that are good for me.
I tend to swallow the substancethat oozes out of his
motivation.
His dick encourages me, makesme want to do better with myself
, so I hold my own legs up.
He lets me be an independentwoman in that position and I
play my role as the queen that Iam.

(38:31):
I am careful but certain of thepower my tongue possess for it
to has traced every vein thatcovers his dick Extracts over
nine inches of road, not oftentraveling sandy, never seen it
disappear.
He calls me Houdini.
Now he's my trusty sidekick, always knowing when to pull my

(38:51):
hair to reveal it again.
Valah dick again.
I keep coming back for more ofhis nutritional value.
I've counted the calories nosodium in his content.
His preservatives is deeplyrooted in melanin.
He's sweet as the fruit on topof cheesecake.
He's my go deeper and deeperbae.

(39:13):
This, this ain't no diet.
This is a lifestyle change.
I'm fully committed to makingsure I push myself beyond all
that I thought was possible.
I never knew men could ridefaces.
Here I stand, a proud andaccomplished woman due to him.
I watch what I eat.

(39:34):
I watch as he eats my pussy.
Portions Isn't enough for him,but he shares it with me anyways
.
He kisses me after he eats me.
It's his meal prep, full ofprotein and lots of veggies and
fruits for desserts.
The only carbs we have is thebread we get together.
He and his dick supports allthis ass.
He makes a ripper from the back, takes his two hands, smacks it

(39:56):
like that.
Ladies, have you ever had a manmassage your shoulders?
I fucking you from the back.
It's similar to the hydro bedat Planet Fitness.
You're going to need a fewminutes to recover.
He's like no other.
We taste good together.
Our flavor be that of warmcaramel drizzled across homemade

(40:18):
bluebell ice cream.
We cream together.
We dream together Overnight sopassionate, loving the way he's
fucking me.
I lose the body fat fucking withhim.
He's my muscle, my waisttrainer, the way he controls and
guides my waist when I'm doingthe 30 minute squat challenge on
his dick.
He's my get fit and healthy, mydo better, because you are

(40:39):
better than you know.
He tells me how dope I am and Imake sure to tell him that he's
a dope ass, black man, a king,a God.
I believe in him and I justwant you to know that if I
should ever meet you and a timeand a place that we are both
willing to go the distance, understand that I have already

(41:02):
loved you and fucked you beforeI had you.
I've been working out some ofthe life's issues, getting my
mind right to fuck with you, trusting and loving and knowing
myself so I can teach you how totreat me.
So trust me when I tell youI'll be just as committed to you
as I am to the gym.

Annette Benedetti (41:23):
Thank you, oh my God, that was amazing.
That was amazing.
Thank you so much, no problem, thank you, thank you.
I feel so honored that youwould give us that gift.
This is definitely the firsttime poetry has ever been spoken

(41:45):
on my podcast and it's like alittle dream come true for me.
And that would be erotic.
A poetry if I've ever heard it.

Sarahca (41:54):
God, it's you know it's so.

Annette Benedetti (41:56):
I guess it's a wonderful thing about poetry
you can take something like sexand it's like sexy and it's sex,
but then it's like so much more.

Sarahca (42:07):
Right.

Annette Benedetti (42:08):
And I guess that was one of the things that
was exciting about having you onhere, because, yes, today we
talked about pussies and wetalked about cagals and we
talked about sex, but it allties into, like our heart, our
soul, our you know passions, poetry, music, our whole selves,
higher levels, right, deeperlevels.

(42:31):
So thank you for having thisconversation with me and thank
you for giving me a stronger, tighter, more toned pussy.
It's all thanks to you.

Sarahca (42:45):
Oh, all the things I've been thankful for.
I've never been thanked forthat.
