Some coaches work session by session on a pay-as-you-go basis. Most coaches, however, work with their clients as part of a series of sessions packaged together and sold as a unit. Some call it their coaching programme, coaching offer, coaching journey or coaching package. The question we are discussing in this episode is how to best package your coaching sessions and whether that’s a good idea to start with as well as how you would know how many sessions a client needs to get what they want from the coaching.
