Today, I’m showing up a little differently—with honesty and a cup of tea. After being sick with a cold and missing a few episodes, I realized I haven’t been practicing the same self-care and boundary-setting I encourage you to embrace.
In this episode, I share a candid update about what life looks like right now: starting my fifth year as a Special Education teacher, growing our petsitting business, and cheering on our son in high school football. Life is beautifully full, but it also means I need to rethink how I show up here on the podcast.
