In this episode, we discuss everything surrounding 👏🏽PERIODS👏🏽 and why it's important to end the worldwide stigma around them and normalize a natural and amazing thing that happens to the majority of the population including all genders. In addition, we talk about period shaming that happens in schools/the workplace and the need for period products in all places for ppl, statistics regarding periods, period poverty, what 'tampon tax' is and why it's bad. Also, different types of period stereotypes (discrimination) and stigmas and how it manifests in our society. Furthermore, how menstruation relates to human rights and even answering some frequently asked questions teens have about periods and their bodies. Overall, the message of this week's eps is to stop feeling insure about your bodily fluids aka. perioddddssssssssss.❤️ and why it's important to not let society rule your body and how you think abt it.
