A mom, an entrepreneur, and a non-profit founder who has made it her mission to help women who feel stuck, unseen, and undervalued live more courageous vibrant, and authentic lives! Having been in the trenches of postpartum depression herself, Sasha knows what it’s like to feel alone during one of the most transformative and often overwhelming period of many people’s life - bringing children into the world. She has dedicated her time to bringing awareness around mental health and the journey to parenthood and providing resources so that others have the support that she would have wanted.
Sasha bravely tells her story, bringing some much-needed visibility into the realities of new motherhood that often get buried. Whether or not you are you are a mother, are thinking about it, or undecided it’s a discourse we desperately need to bring out into the open.
