Well, hello awesome people.

Mondays in our lifetime?
That's literally 4,000opportunities to start fresh,

It would be a real shame to letthese days slip by in a blur of
grumbling and coffee guzzling,wouldn't it?
And why do we feel the Mondayblues so often?
It's the sudden shift fromweekend freedom to weekday
structure, sure, but here's aradical idea.

What if we reframe Mondays asour weekly New Year's Day, a
weekly opportunity for renewaland excitement?
Let's break down how we can allmake this mindset shift and
start enjoying every one ofthose 4,000 Mondays.
So here's step number one setyour intentions.

Take a moment each Sunday toreflect and jot down what you
want to achieve in the upcomingweek.
Think of each Monday as thegrand opening of a personal
adventure.
Step two morning rituals forsuccess.
Incorporate something you trulyenjoy into your Monday morning.
Maybe it's a special playlist,a favorite breakfast or a few

Turn Monday morning into amoment you eagerly await for.
Step three dress for success.
Pick out an outfit that makesyou feel like a superstar.
This small, simple act candrastically change your outlook

Completing it will give you anincredible sense of
accomplishment, making Mondayfeel like a victory.

to do in any given day was eata frog, shish best to do it
first thing in the morning, whenthe motivation is high.
Because by getting through thathard task first thing when
you're fresh, you're ready andmotivation is at its peak, it's
going to set you up for a greatday.
But also it's probably the besttime to do that hard task.

But just think how good therest of the day is going to be
knowing that you got that out ofthe way.
Wonderful way to createmomentum for us heading into a
week.
Next number five celebrate smallwins, recognize and celebrate
each task you complete.
These many celebrations canturn your Monday into a series
of joyful moments.

Number six stay hydrated andwell nourished.
Begin your Monday with anourishing breakfast and stay
hydrated throughout the day.
Treat your body like a temple,especially on Mondays.
