Many years ago, I heard Esther Hicks channeling Abraham on the topic of asking for help. Abraham's message was that we should ask our Higher Self and Guides for assistance more often, and that includes requesting help for even the littlest things.
Doing so can allow our spiritual team to "line things up" for us so even the smallest tasks are accomplished with greater ease.
In this episode, I share a story about what happened when I tried putting this advice into practice, and offer suggestions for how and when you might want to call upon your own spiritual team for assistance with practical matters in your daily life.
