In the last episode of The Abundance Zone, I provided a list of indicators that your subconscious programming is in need of an upgrade. Your subconscious is responsible for over 97 percent of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and most of its software was installed by the time you reached the age of six.
Subconscious limiting beliefs and attitudes and automatic behaviors that made sense when you were a small child can be holding you hostage in your adulthood--keeping you out of the Abundance Zone and preventing you from living the life you truly desire.
For example, one psychotherapy client developed a deep-seated belief that she was "bad" when she blamed herself (as a preschooler) for her mother's death from cancer. While she had nothing to do with her mother's passing, this client spent her teen and young adult years addicted to alcohol and illegal drugs she used to soothe the unbearable feelings that she carried within--all based upon the false conclusions her three-year-old self made when she lost her mother.
It wasn't until she was in her thirties that she realized how she was sabotaging her own happiness due to her irrational core belief that she was "bad." By upgrading her subconscious programming, she broke free of her self-limiting patterns and turned her entire life around.
In this episode, you will learn exactly how to communicate with your subconscious so that you are able to liberate yourself from old limitations that are holding you back, and replace them with more life-affirming beliefs and attitudes that put you in the Abundance Zone.
