Leading through Motivation with Nieka Mamczak, Fitness Instructor and Sales Enablement Leader

This week, Jessica talks with Nieka Mamczak, Fitness Instructor, Nutrition Coach, & Sales Enablement Leader for tech companies. A lifelong athlete, she started playing soccer as an elementary school kid and played both soccer and volleyball in high school. Nieka has spent the last 10 years teaching group fitness classes both online and in person, as well as offering nutrition coaching. 

Nieka’s spent the past two decades building a career in sales and technology, with a concentrated focus on sales enablement over the past 8 years. She's worked at a number of startups and large organizations, including companies like Udemy, IBM, Drift and Square. 

Nieka is a mom of two sons who are now 19 and 18, and two rescue chihuahuas.
