And this way, today is, one who engages in self-help activities, which according to the Cambridge Dictionary, is:

"the activity of providing what you need for yourself and others with similar experiences or difficulties without going to an official organization" -- Cambridge dictionary

In addition to the consciousness calibration of the energy of self-help activities, I also want to make you aware of this activity's shadow side, which I am very familiar with!
