In all honesty, I am having a hard time right now showing up as myself in the different moments of my day.
My heart just feels heavy based on the state of our world right now.
Scrolling on my phone truly does feel like doom scrolling these days, yet I keep doing it, hoping to read something that will feel encouraging.
A bit of hope that I can hold on too.
This episode is for you, if you too are overwhelmed and feeling discouraged by the state of the world we live in in 2025.
Speaking from the raw, vulnerable parts of my heart in hopes that you know you are not alone, to remind you that how you feel, and the thoughts you have matter & to share with you a few things you can do, really focus on, when the world feels as heavy as it’s been feeling these days!
