31: The Difference Between Authenticity and Messy Vulnerability

Your social media content portrays so much about your brand and business that you need to be thoughtful and intentional about what you post (duh). But, where is the line between sharing enough to connect with your audience and being a messy oversharer? I’ve seen both of these occur online and have watched audiences be put off by the latter.
