In this episode I share my three favorite calming and relaxing breath practices--that'll have you feeling more calm and relaxed in under 5 minutes. You can practice these breaths with eyes closed while sitting comfortably or you can practice them with eyes wide open while you're on the go; walking, driving, working or any where you'd like. These mindful breaths can be practiced in small moments separately or mix and match as you'd like. Do what feels good to you so that you'll come back to the practices often!
