I want to start out by saying sorry for the interruptions by my little girl. Not every episode is going to be clean and tidy. I really tried to record during nap time, doesn't always work out that way. But onward we go!
This week we spoke about ice and what that means for your practice and where you can find the ice element in your life, and I don't just mean outdoors because its January. Take a listen, try to get the meditation, but if the baby was too distracting, try the practice afterward on your own with nice, soothing music in the background.
If your children want to try the meditation we did today, it is a great one for focus and imagination. Walk them through it and see what they learn from this frozen element.
