Welcome back to another episodeof the Cash Flow and
Manifestation Project.
I'm so happy that you are here.
Okay, first things first.

(02:28):
If my voice sounds a littledifferent, yo girl over here has
been sick for weeks.
It was like my angels werelooking out for me and they had
me record my money blocks in twoseries.
That saved me, because myhealth and my voice just went
downhill Literally the week thatthe Money Block One, series one
, came out and this is my firsttime recording in like two weeks

(02:51):
and like, oh my gosh, I'm stillcongested.
I had to go to urgent court caretwice, like what is happening.
I'm like one of the healthiestpeople I know, but I don't know
if it's being in a newenvironment.
The boys are in school.
They've never been in schoolbefore new germs, all the things
but like we are working our waythrough it, okay.
So if you're here, I know thatyou listen to a podcast like

this because you are looking toreach new levels in your life,
in your business, in yourfinances, and you've probably
realized that in order to reachthose new levels, you need to
have a shift in your mindset.
You need to have your mindsetmatch where you want to go, and
that is what I'm going to breakdown to you in today's episode.
I am going to walk you throughthe science of our brain and
break down exactly what to do tohave an abundance mindset and

increase levels, health, wealth,all the things but on autopilot
.
It's going to be really fun.
So first things we need toaddress is you know, when you
set a goal, it's even hard tobelieve.
So let's say, you're trying towork on 10k months and you're
just like.
This feels impossible.
For me personally, when I wastrying to go from 5k to 15k, I
was like there's no freaking waythis is going to work.

(03:56):
I don't even know how, wherethe sales going to come from.
My following hasn't reallyincreased or done much.
I don't have a lot going on.
Where the people who are goingto buy from me, where are they
going to come from?
Right, it feels so impossible,but I remember what I know about
the forces of the universe andthat it has to become real in my
brain, in my own mind.
First I have to believe it'spossible in my core and then the

(04:19):
rest follows.
I know that to be true.
So I asked myself what kind ofperson would I need to be to
have that kind of gold?
It's 15k months.
I believed it in the core of mybeing and it was from that
belief and from that knowingthat it inevitably happened.
And now I far surpassed 15kmonths.
So this is exactly what I doevery time that I want to up
level in my finances, businesslife, literally whatever, and

(04:42):
I'm going to break it down foryou right now.
So first things first.
Current level of abundance thatyou have in your life is not
based on reality.
It's based on our pastprogramming.
So your current level offinances, of what you have in
your life, is not based onreality.
It's based on past programming.
Okay, so you can't look aroundyour circumstances, your

(05:06):
environment now and believe it'sbased on reality.
It's based on past programming.
I've said that like three times, so I really want to get that
synced in.
Your reality is based off ofpast thoughts, past programming.
So if we can break this down andthink about it a little
differently, like, say, theKardashians, for example, the
Kardashians live a veryelaborate, luxurious, wealthy
life.
They probably spendmultimillion dollars every

(05:28):
single month to where a milliondollar month would be like
poverty to them.
Right, that would be theirprogramming.
They grew up with wealth.
Money is just constantlyavailable to them.
So for them, based off of theirupbringing, money is an
unlimited resource for them,while on the other hand, you
have people who don't haveenough.
They don't know, they can'teven imagine having their own

(05:50):
bedroom.
It's totally different.
So everybody has their ownmindset and programming around
money and abundance.
Our current programming takesplace from ages zero to seven.
So our current programming alltakes place from the ages of
zero to seven.
That programming came from whowe were surrounded by, the media
we consumed and our environment.

(06:11):
And that programming takesplace is because between the
ages of zero and seven, we're inconstant hypnosis.
We are just taking things in.
We cannot reject it, even if wetried.
This is the way the humanbrains are wired and have been
created.
From zero to seven.
You are a walking spongehypnosis.
You can't reject emotions,feelings, anything, if you

(06:32):
wanted to.
So that's really important foryou to understand and know.
And then what we take from thatstate of hypnosis we store
emotions in our bodies, geneticprogramming even, even from
other generations and beliefsthat get passed down to you and
your generation.
This is where you see familieswho are all just the same all
the time I talked about this inthe Money Block series that I

(06:53):
did recently where it's like whoam I to come from?
A family who has that?
That is generationalprogramming that literally gets
passed down from your DNA.
This is all the things thathappen with the mind.
The mind is insane.
The kicker, though, is whenyou're trying to up level and
you're trying to hit that 10 Kmonth, that goal.
Our subconscious mind will notallow anything greater than our

(07:17):
own self image or anythinggreater than our current
programming.
So this is why, when you sayaffirmations in front of the
mirror and maybe you've done itfor a year straight and you're
wondering what's going on, isbecause your need to change your
internal state, your internalsubconscious programming, and
not just work off the conscious.
So, if you look at yourinternal programming now, and

(07:39):
you have identity and beliefsand values, and your nervous
system is regulated around acertain income that you earn
every single month or everysingle year, that is where your
nervous system lies Having acertain amount of things in your
life.
This is the norm.
So in order to change that norm, in order to change that
monthly income, we have tochange our own programming to

(08:00):
allow in more.
So, based on the internalprogramming we have within us,
determines what happens outsideof us, which is our reality,
which then creates a state ofemotions and feelings.
So whatever we have goinginternally will then be
reflected to us externally.
What we see externally to us isusually providing us a sense of
emotion or a feeling and ourfeelings then determine a

(08:22):
behavior and our behavior thendetermines a result.
So that is kind of like theloop that we live in.
We have these internalprogramming going on, we have
our current state of reality,which we may not be happy with,
so then that gives us feelingsof lack and scarce, which then
results in behavior of actingand lack or scarce, which then
gives us results of what wedon't want, which is usually

(08:43):
nothing, not what we're goingfor, and it's a self-fulfilling
prophecy.
So what one has to do is changethe internal programming which
is going on upstairs in yourbrain from years, decades of
programming.
So when I was going from $5,000months to $15,000 months, I
knew I had to stop my own loopto change my internal state, my

(09:05):
feelings, which then changed mybehaviors, which then changed my
results.
So I had to change my internalprogramming.
So this is where you have tostart to create an abundance
mindset.
So now let's go into changingour internal state, creating an
abundance mindset.
Take something that feels reallybig and make it normal to you
so that might look likesurrounding yourself by wealth.

(09:26):
If you want to be wealthy,surround yourself by wealth
every chance you can.
I'm talking, go into the samestore every single day.
If it's a Chanel bag and youwant to only shop in Kylan Park,
which is like a very affluentarea with where I'm at, where
I'm at, go there as often as youcan.
Surround yourself by it.
Don't make it seem out of touchor out of reach.
Go there as if you belong there.

(09:49):
If it's living in a newneighborhood, drive that
neighborhood like it's your ownneighborhood.
Take the long way home and gothrough that every chance.
You can normalize it.
If it's more money, more actualcold hard cash in your hands
watch videos of people counting$100 mills.
Seriously, you have tonormalize it.
Stacks of cash like see themall the time.
It's not a foreign thing,something that's out of reach.

(10:12):
You see it multiple times a day.
This is where wiring yoursubconscious brain to be like oh
, this is normal, this is justtotally normal, and that's how
you magnetize what you wanttowards you.
The second thing you want to dois embodiment and people say
this all the time and, honestly,when I heard the word
embodiment, I was kind of likeI'm doing that, I'm doing that,
but I wasn't.

(10:33):
I wasn't really embodying.
So what would it feel like tobe the person who earns 10K
months all the time?
What would it really be?
Can you actually feel thatemotion?
What does it feel to have that?
How would you act with that?
What would you do?
How would you talk?
Who would you see?
Would you walk into rooms likeinsecure and feeling like you
don't belong there?

(10:53):
I'm talking just the coffeeshop.
Would you walk in standing tallshoulders back?
You're smiling, you're joyful,you have peace?
My bet is on the latter.
You're going to have moreconfidence, security, peace.
You're relaxed.
You can feel and do all of thatright now.
That is not something $10,000has to bring to you.
You can feel these things andembody these things right now,
and that was the biggest shiftfor me, whereas I can act as if

(11:17):
I'm making $100,000 months rightnow, there's nothing holding me
back from feeling massivelyabundant.
There's nothing holding me backfrom thinking the better it
gets, the better it gets.
There's nothing holding me backfrom feeling like everything
works out for me and better thanI can ever imagine.
Those are just my own perceivedlimitations.
The money's going to make mefeel that way.
So why don't I feel that rightnow?
That's the embodiment.

(11:38):
And then making it so visceralwhere it's like if that money
was in your bank account,literally what would you be?
Interacting with your kids andmake up a story?
Have fun.
Go daydream for a second 15minutes.
Daydream of like, oh my gosh,I'm taking them to go get ice
cream on a Wednesday, when wenever do that, and like, look at
us.
Or I'm taking them to Targetbecause it's a random Thursday

(12:00):
and I'm going to let them pickout their own favorite toy
because why not?
There are things that you can doto put yourself in that
embodiment place.
So the problem I see out thereand this is what like is kind of
like making me upset is likethere's so many different
coaches out there and I'vefallen victim to this myself and
I've hired many coaches butlike there are different coaches
out there who it's like okay,you want to make more sales,

(12:21):
katie, you want to make moremoney, so create a new offer, go
do this, host, this, do allthese things and and then
that'll be your answer.
Or if you're trying to loseweight, somebody will just tell
you, like a coach will just tellyou well, just wake up earlier
and go work out in the morning,get it done, like, wear your
yoga clothes.
So you can't get out of it.
If you tried, like there's allthese things, but what they're
doing is they're going off ofenvironment and behaviors.

(12:43):
If you can think to the higherlevels, you are going to get so
much farther with so much easeand flow.
So if you can think of a pyramid, at the very top there's
purpose.
Right underneath, there'sidentity.
Right under that there's values.
Right under that there'sbeliefs, right under that there
is potential.
And then it goes behaviors andthen it goes results, which is

(13:04):
environment.
So so many coaches only focuson behavior and results, which
is at the bottom of the pyramid.
And when you focus on thosethings at the bottom of the
pyramid, you're trying to workwith your willpower, which is 5%
of your brain, that's yourconscious.
So this is why people who setnew years resolutions stop after
two weeks.
Because you're only workingwith your willpower, which gives
up at the end of the day,you're not changing the internal

(13:26):
state.
The internal state is at thevery top with identity and
purpose.
So let's go to the root causeand start changing her.
So then it has a trickle downeffect which it does it's due to
the forces of the universe.
Has a trickle down effect whereyou will earn and receive
everything you want on autopilot, like why not take the path of

(13:47):
least resistance?
Why not take the path of easeand flow?
Like, yes, please, I muchrather have that than like
forcing my way with the hustleand grind which, again, that's
what I've done.
I spent thousands of dollars oncoaches and containers when
they only started telling me todo more on the behaviors which
will get me more results, when Iwas left very unfulfilled and
like exhausted, to be honestwith you.

(14:07):
So I'm like literally coachingyou for free on how to switch it
so that you have the trickledown effect and get more of what
you want.
So as we work on the higher part, we're now rewiring the 95% of
the brain which will thentrickle down to the rest.
So again, the higher you workon your identity and your
purpose and rewiring yoursubconscious brain, the rest

(14:27):
will just fall into place.
So this is how you know whenyou wake up every morning and
you brush your teeth with thesame ham, and you're not even
thinking about it.
You programmed yoursubconscious brain to do that
for you, just like when you getin the car and you go to work or
drop your kids off.
At the same way, every timeyour subconscious is programmed
that way.
Why not wire your subconsciousto work in your favor, to start

(14:49):
embodying and making everythingyou want feel normal, so that it
just happens on autopilot?
This is how you quantum leap.
This is how, all of a sudden,your life is completely
different.
And this can happen in 30 daysor less.
I'm walking proof of it, myclients are walking proof of it,
my students are walking proofof it.

So there's a daily intention,focus of the day, there's a
daily affirmation and there's adaily journal prompt.
This is to rewire yoursubconscious.
This is how you're going tochange your subconscious state,

and the beauty of this 30 daymanifestation accelerator is
that they build upon one another.
It's meant to take 30 daysconsecutively, so you have to
commit to that, but it canliterally take you 15 minutes a
day.
If that, and then maybe somerandom spots throughout the day.
I do encourage people to do itlike kind of random throughout
the day.
It's only going to add on, butit builds upon one another, so

(15:51):
it's not like oh, it's just arandom affirmation today and a
random journal prompt.
No, the way I built it is whatI've done myself and it's what's
changed my life, becausethey're meant to build upon one
another from the day before,from the day before the day
before.
This is working with the law ofattraction, the law of
vibration, increasing yourfrequency and rewiring your
subconscious brain.
You mix that and my moneymanifestation guide.

(16:13):
Holy shit, your life is goingto change and that is what I'm
here to do.
I have an audacious goal to helpover 200,000 people this year
in 2024, massively transformtheir life and live a life of
peace, joy and love and purpose.
Maybe that's you, maybe that'snot.
