In this episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Patricia Porter. Patricia Porter brings diverse AI client relations and operations expertise to the industry. She is well-known for her critical problem solving and has played a key role in restructuring SaaS operations for brands to more efficiently drive and deliver B2B and B2C experiences. She has worked with IBM Watson on both UX and Enterprise implementations, in addition to engagements with Caesars Entertainment, SoftBank, IHG, Hard Rock, W Hotels, Forever 21 and more., among others. As Vice President of Client Success, Porter is responsible for strategic client relations and success, research and development, tech and data integration, UX design, payment systems, business development, and project management.
