We all have differing belief systems. Some belief systems develop over time, other belief systems derive from our environment, our interests, our upbringing, or we inherit them from family and never question those beliefs. Questioning a belief system implies a strong sense of self-awareness. We have belief systems in our personal lives, and we also build belief systems in our professional lives. Often these different belief systems align with one another, and sometimes they contradict each other.
