There are quite a few things we can do to keep our brains healthy. Why do we care? Because a healthy brain means a better quality of life, now and when we’re older.
It means more focus and concentration, better emotional regulation, less forgetfulness. AND, these things can help delay issues like dementia and Alzheimer’s.
In this episode, I share just a few things you can do for your brain. Including nutrition, physical and mental exercise, sleep, stress management, and connection.
