Why is it so hard to change, even when we KNOW it’s best for us?

I’m not the expert on this, but I’ve been researching a little on it, talking to my therapist about it, and also have some experience with it in my own life and from working with clients for years in the fitness realm.
In this episode I talk about the 4 main reasons we have such a hard time with change. Let me know which stuck out to you most!
