An earth-based spiritual practice focused on animistic consciousness and connection with the spirit world. She then explains alchemy as a process of transmuting base material into its most elevated, actualized form - both in the physical & spiritual sense.

Michelle outlines the seven stages of the alchemical cycle - calcination, dissolution, separation, conjunction, fermentation, distillation, and coagulation. She emphasizes that this process is cyclical rather than linear, and that it's important to trust and engage with each stage rather than trying to skip ahead.

Michelle & Brian discuss the importance of grounding spiritual and energetic transformations in one's physical life, health, and daily existence. They emphasize that true transformation requires integrating these changes into one's material reality.
