Our kids are watching us, absorbing how we handle disagreements, navigate social pressures, and live out our values. It’s up to us to model healthy relationships, resilience, and self-regulation—skills that will anchor them as they grow. Together, we can lighten the weight on their shoulders by being trusted guides and advocates, encouraging them to lead from the inside out.
