your ideal weight can be so mucheasier than it's been in the
past. And by taking care of youand achieving your health goals,
you will live in even moreamazing life than the one you
have lived so far. Let's getstarted. Welcome to the Podcast,
(00:45):
episode 100 being brave enoughto change episode 100 Oh my
goodness, I have been doing thispodcast every single week have
not missed a week for 100episodes. It's almost two years.
It's like February of 2022 iswhen I started this podcast. And
(01:05):
I just wanted to first of allsay thank you so many of you
have listened to every or mostof the podcast. And I truly am
grateful for you listening andsupporting me. And for those of
you who has shared my podcastwith friends and messaged me and
said how much you love it. Andthose of you that have
subscribed and, and reviewed andall of the things it has been an
(01:26):
amazing, amazing experience, ithas definitely given me more
confidence as a speaker, it hasbeen really just invaluable in
helping me really learn who Iwant to talk to and how I want
to help people. So I'm I'm inlove with this decision that I
made two years ago to start thispodcast. And I am excited to
(01:48):
actually let you know that mynew podcast is going to be
called Modern bodied, modernlife. And it is actually
launching today I did that onpurpose, I thought it'd be so
fun for you to hear this podcastand then be able to hop right on
over and start listening to thenew podcast. So that one's
called this my new podcast iscalled Modern body modern life.
(02:10):
But first, let me tell you why.
Like why I'm doing a newpodcast. And some of this is
just going to be kind of behindthe scenes business back office
type of things. But I'm a bigfan of clean businesses,
clarity, things making sense.
And I think I don't know if I'vesaid this before, but when I
find a podcast I really likeI'll listen to a few episodes.
(02:31):
And then if I like it so much, Iwill sometimes go all the way
back to the beginning. Andlisten to that person's first.
Second. Third, I'll start fromthe beginning. And if you go all
the way back to the beginning ofmy podcasts, there's a lot of
amazing podcasts. But it wasreally, really focused on
entrepreneurship. In fact, you'll even notice it's called
(02:51):
the beautiful entrepreneurs.
When I when I started mycoaching business, I coached
everyone on everything. And thenI thought I think I want to
coach entrepreneurs. So I reallystarted honing in and I started
my podcast helping entrepreneursand talking about making money
because I love making money andentrepreneurship and, and being
brave and how to put yourselfout there and how to manage your
mind. So there's a lot of greatpodcasts in there, even if
(03:13):
you're not an entrepreneur, butit's the first 50 episodes were
pretty heavy, heavily based inentrepreneurship. And then I
really decided as much as I lovecoaching entrepreneurs, I really
wanted to coach women inmidlife. And then after about 10
episodes of that I thought, yep,it's weight loss. It's just what
I love, and I've loved it allalong. And I finally decided to
(03:35):
rip that band aid off and decidethat I was going to really start
talking about permanent weightloss, the mindset to being able
to lose weight and sustain itand aging and how we feel about
our bodies, our self concept andthe way we talk to ourselves and
all these things that affect theway we eat. And so if you've
(03:56):
loved the podcast, especiallythe last 50 episodes, you're
going to love the new podcast,it's more of a rebrand more than
anything. But I really wanted tostart fresh with this new
podcast knowing that in twoyears from now, someone is going
to find the podcast come all theway back to the beginning of the
new the first modern body modernlife podcast. And the branding
(04:20):
is going to be the same, themessaging is going to be the
same. It's going to be veryclean, and very concise and not
confusing. It's really importantto me as a business owner. In
fact, in modern body modernlife, I actually bought the URL.
I haven't done anything with ityet. I'm going to change my
instagram handle handle. So it'sall going to be very, very clean
(04:40):
as a business owner. One thingthat's going to be fun with this
new podcast is I'm going to beof course most of the episodes
are going to be me teaching butI'm also going to be doing some
interviews, some interviews withclients who have had amazing
results that I've helped in myprogram and then I also am going
to be doing some interviews withpeople that I do Think no more
in certain areas that can helpyou. So I'm going to bring them
(05:03):
on on the podcast with me aswell. It would mean so much to
me. If you would rate review andshare this pot, this new
podcast, a lot of my friendshave even said I need to rate
and review your podcast, but Idon't know how to do it, it
would mean so much for you tofigure it out, it would mean so
much for me, for you to figureit out, it would mean so much.
And it's pretty simple.
(05:25):
Actually, when you go in, youcan just go in and and give it
the stars and then just write alittle review and say that
you're really enjoying it. Whatthat does is it's almost kind of
like when you go onto Instagramand you like someone's post and
you comment on it, that tellsInstagram that that post is
popular and Instagram lets morepeople see that post. It's the
(05:46):
same thing with podcasts. Sowhen more and more people rate
and review and subscribe, itpushes it out to more people. So
it would really mean a lot forme, if you would do that. So I'm
calling this short littlepodcast being brave enough to
change because I want to be theexample of being brave, and
being brave enough to change andbeing brave enough to not
(06:07):
necessarily walk away well, Iguess it is kind of a walking
away, I am walking away fromthis podcast, it's still gonna
be here for you. But being braveenough to walk away from
something that's good, beingbrave enough to change something
that's leaving something that'sgood behind in hopes for
something better and it takesbeing brave because doing this
kind of thing is scary.
believing something is going tobe a success or we don't know
(06:29):
what's going to happen. We don'tknow for sure if it is scary.
But I really believe that thatis the magic of being alive. I
really believe that being braveand thinking as good as this is
whatever it is in your life asgood as my body is as good as my
business is as good as mysituation is. I believe I can go
even farther I can believe I canup level I can believe that I'm
(06:53):
going to swap good for great itreally does make us stronger. So
I'm really excited about thisnew venture. I would love for
you to go right now and headover to modern bodied modern
life. It is already there foryou. I'm going to link it in the
show notes. And if you'relistening to this on Tuesday
when this comes out, it is goingto be linked everywhere. If you

the heck out of it. So thank youso much for helping this podcast
be such a huge success. And Ican't wait for you to listen to
