Are you doing it all wrong? What's most important to you?
Controversial but hear me out. Would you pass your driving test if you sat it again? Probably not. We picked up a rake of driving habits that we can't/ won't shake and would need to go back to basics to eliminate them. Guess what.. same in fitness.

“CrossFit is just randomly programmed workouts that are meant to beat you down,” is a common refrain we hear from anti 'CrossFitters' regarding workout programming methodology.
Here, I express my views.
I have to call it out, you just have to think differently.
Controversial.. maybe?.. What do you want to be remembered for?
After watching some YouTube clips of The CrossFit Games it brought back some nostalgic moments of my CrossFit journey. It's important to keep the authenticity of where CrossFit came from and cement its roots.
