in a state of survival and itwill make us do some things we
are not supposed to do.

so we could uh survive and getby.
But I want to come and helpsomebody on today, to let them
know that, hey, listen, youdon't have to do that.
That's not your portion, that'snot what God is saying.
I'm going to shine some lighton this.
So let's not waste any moretime and get right into this

Life has a way of putting us insituations where we feel like we
are merely surviving ratherthan thriving.
Whether it's a financialhardship, family struggles,
personal setbacks or evenspiritual dryness, survival mode
can push us to the brink,making compromise seem like an

option.
But as believers, we are calledto maintain our integrity even
when life's pressure pressuresus to take shortcuts.
The question we must askourselves is how do we may
remain integral to god when weare in a state of survival?

How do we continue to upholdour faith, uh, faith, character
and commitment to righteousnesswhen it feels like doing the
right thing is the hardestchoice?
So let's walk through um, um,this teaching on today, um, and
we're going to be exploring whatsurvival mode is, some biblical
(07:43):
examples of integrity inhardship and practical steps to
ensure that we remain inalignment with god, no matter
how tough things get.
So first up, understandingsurvival mode.
Okay, survival mode is a statewhere our focus shifts from

thriving to merely getting by.
It can be financial, emotionalor even spiritual.
In this state, decisions becomereactionary rather than
intentional.
Morality and values can betested as survival instincts
kick in Fear and anxiety cancloud judgment, making

compromise seem like the bestoption.
Stay on my heels on today.
While survival mode can tempt usto cut corners, lie or even
compromise our faith, god callsus to trust him, even in the
wilderness.
Hallelujah, hallelujahelujah.
Matthew 6, 31 and 33 says so donot worry saying what shall we

eat or what shall we drink orwhat shall we wear, for the
pagans run after all thesethings, and your heavenly father
knows that you need them, butseek first his kingdom and and
his righteousness, and all thesethings will be given unto you
as well.

This passage reminds us thatour needs are known to god.
Our survival should never cometo come um at the cost of
righteousness for god in theultimate yeah, he is our
ultimate provider.
Now here are some biblicalexamples of integrity and
survival mode.
The Bible provides powerfulexamples of individuals who face

survival situations yet remainintegral to God.
Joseph integrity in being, inbeing betrayed, a betrayal and
imprisonment.
In genesis 39, joseph was soldinto slavery by his own brothers
and later in prison for for afalse accusation.
In both situations, joseph hadevery reason to act out of

self-preservation, perhaps evenuh um retaliate, manipulate or
compromise his values, yet heremained faithful.
Uh, in potiphar's house.
He refused to sin with uh,potiphar's wife, genesis 39 and
9 in prison.
He remained diligent andfaithful, leading to his

eventual promotion.
Genesis 41, 39 through 41.
Lesson here is even in, but evenin betrayal and unfair
treatment, integrity is key.
God honors those who remainfaithful.

Integrity in a foreign land.
Daniel uh, daniel one and six.
Daniel was taken into captivityin babylon.
He could have uh abandoned hisfate to fit in, but he remained

Daniel refused to eat theking's food Daniel, chapter 1,
verse 8.
Choosing instead to honor Goddietary laws.
Daniel refused to stop praying,even when threatened with the
lion's den.
In Daniel, chapter 6, verse 10.
The lesson here that I need youto understand is, when culture
pressures us to conform, we mustremain faithful to God's

commands, knowing that he is ourultimate protector.
Hallelujah, it don't matterwhat's going on inside of your
job.
It don't matter what's going oninside of this country.
You are to remain integral tothe God that you claim you love
and that you serve.

Then we have the amazing Job ontoday.

Suffering does not excusedisobedience.
Faithfulness in the hardshipleads to greater restoration.

Sometimes he may be using yourhusband to come against you and
sometimes he may be using yourwife to come against you.

I got some practical steps foryou today that we can try to use
here to walk out on some ofthese things to maintain our
integrity in survival mode.
See, first, we must trust God.
You must trust God, as yourprovider.

Philippians 4, 19 says, and myGod will meet all your needs
according to the riches of hisglory in Christ Jesus.
Now I know God has a lot ofglory, so there is nothing that
I need to worry about that isgoing on in my life.
I don't care what the diagnosiswas, I am leaning in on God's
richness and glory.

I don't care what bill is notbeing paid, I am leaning on
God's richness and his glory.

Seek godly mentors, spiritualleaders or trusted friends who
can help you navigate trialswith wisdom.
Hallelujah, sometimes you needa little help and that's when
some spirit of discernment comein.
You don't want to tell yourvision and your dreams to any

and everybody, but sometimes youneed counsel and you need to
lean in on God to know who youneed to link up with to get the
vision to come to pass.
I'm talking to somebody thatyou holding on to something down
on the inside of you that youcan't seem to wrap your head
around it, uh, but you need somewise counsel.
You need God to bring yousome't seem to wrap your head

God has given to you.

Uh, that far outweighs them all.

When focused with compromise,remember that temporary survival
is not worth eternalconsequences.

A lot of times we quiteunderstand the whole, the whole
totality of, of, of, of, of ourlives and what we are dealing
with.
I came to a conclusion not toolong ago when I was having a
conversation with my amazingwife about the Old Testament and
the New Testament and I wasbreaking that thing down and I

said sugar.
I said to her, I said listen, Isaid I really believe that the
people living in the OldTestament had it a whole lot
easier.
They just couldn't see itbecause they had direct access
to God.
In that particular time.

They could go outside to thebackyard and slay a lamb to get
rid of their sins on the spot,on point.
It was no delay, it was nowaiting, it was no talking about
if it had happened.
They knew it had happened, butwhen they slaughtered the lamb,
when they slaughtered whateverthe sacrifice was for repentance

, oh, and then God went and didsomething inside of this New
Testament.
He said we're no longer doingthat.
I'm going to send somebodywho's going to be the ultimate
sacrifice.
There will be no need toslaughter any more lambs.
There will be no need to gooutside your front yard or your

So now we walk into the oldtestament.
Well, we are required to beself-sufficient, we are required
to believe for real, because wecan't go outside and slaughter

Everything that we do isleading up until our eternal

restoration.
Even when it seems like thereis no way out, god is faithful.
Remain steadfast, remainintegral, remain in faith.

The reward for obedience forout far outweighs any temporary

Galatians, chapter 6, verse 9,says let us not become weary in
doing good, for at the propertime we will reap a harvest if
we do not give up.

we stand together as a holynation, yes, god.
If Job could endure with noencouragement, how much more can

If someone is struggling isstruggling, be their help.

If we suffer with christ, wewill reign with christ and if we
endure with integrity, we willbe rewarded in glory.

That's God saying I am about todo a work in your life that no

you did not qualify.
She may establish you in placeswhere they said you did not
qualify.

God is saying watch me make away in the wilderness where
there was no way before.
Do not say in your heart howmuch longer, lord, for the time

The delay was a test, but yourendurance has been the key that
is unlocking the door, becauseyou have remained faithful in

Um, if I had to title thisepisode on today, uh, it was, it

would be.
It would be saying um, um,doing what you have to do, uh,
and maintaining integrity in thestate of survival.
Oh, nah, this is gonna be goodlisten, because sometimes we be
in a state of survival and itwill make us do some things we
are not supposed to do.

It will make us uh, um, loseour integrity with god, um, just
so we could uh survive and getby.
But I want to come and helpsomebody on today, to let them
know that, hey, listen, youdon't have to do that.
That's not your portion, that'snot what God is saying.
I'm going to shine some lighton this.
So let's not waste any moretime and get right into this
(06:38):
thing.
Life has a way of putting us insituations where we feel like we
are merely surviving ratherthan thriving.
Whether it's a financialhardship, family struggles,
personal setbacks or evenspiritual dryness, survival mode
can push us to the brink,making compromise seem like an
(07:00):
option.
But as believers, we are calledto maintain our integrity even
when life's pressure pressuresus to take shortcuts.
The question we must askourselves is how do we may
remain integral to god when weare in a state of survival?
(07:20):
How do we continue to upholdour faith, uh, faith, character
and commitment to righteousnesswhen it feels like doing the
right thing is the hardestchoice?
So let's walk through um, um,this teaching on today, um, and
we're going to be exploring whatsurvival mode is, some biblical
(07:43):
examples of integrity inhardship and practical steps to
ensure that we remain inalignment with god, no matter
how tough things get.
So first up, understandingsurvival mode.
Okay, survival mode is a statewhere our focus shifts from
(08:04):
thriving to merely getting by.
It can be financial, emotionalor even spiritual.
In this state, decisions becomereactionary rather than
intentional.
Morality and values can betested as survival instincts
kick in Fear and anxiety cancloud judgment, making
(08:28):
compromise seem like the bestoption.
Stay on my heels on today.
While survival mode can tempt usto cut corners, lie or even
compromise our faith, god callsus to trust him, even in the
wilderness.
Hallelujah, hallelujahelujah.
Matthew 6, 31 and 33 says so donot worry saying what shall we
(08:51):
eat or what shall we drink orwhat shall we wear, for the
pagans run after all thesethings, and your heavenly father
knows that you need them, butseek first his kingdom and and
his righteousness, and all thesethings will be given unto you
as well.
(09:11):
This passage reminds us thatour needs are known to god.
Our survival should never cometo come um at the cost of
righteousness for god in theultimate yeah, he is our
ultimate provider.
Now here are some biblicalexamples of integrity and
survival mode.
The Bible provides powerfulexamples of individuals who face
(09:35):
survival situations yet remainintegral to God.
Joseph integrity in being, inbeing betrayed, a betrayal and
imprisonment.
In genesis 39, joseph was soldinto slavery by his own brothers
and later in prison for for afalse accusation.
In both situations, joseph hadevery reason to act out of
(09:59):
self-preservation, perhaps evenuh um retaliate, manipulate or
compromise his values, yet heremained faithful.
Uh, in potiphar's house.
He refused to sin with uh,potiphar's wife, genesis 39 and
9 in prison.
He remained diligent andfaithful, leading to his
(10:21):
eventual promotion.
Genesis 41, 39 through 41.
Lesson here is even in, but evenin betrayal and unfair
treatment, integrity is key.
God honors those who remainfaithful.
Hallelujah, hallelujah, god,reward our faithfulness on today
.
Hallelujah, turn to yourneighbor inside of your car,
inside of your work, to intendto remain faithful.
(10:42):
Hallelujah, turn to yourneighbor inside of your car,
inside of your work to and tellhim to remain faithful.
Hallelujah, tell him to remainfaithful.
Jesus hallelujah.
Then we have daniel.
Integrity in a foreign land.
Daniel uh, daniel one and six.
Daniel was taken into captivityin babylon.
He could have uh abandoned hisfate to fit in, but he remained
(11:04):
faithful.
Daniel refused to eat theking's food Daniel, chapter 1,
verse 8.
Choosing instead to honor Goddietary laws.
Daniel refused to stop praying,even when threatened with the
lion's den.
In Daniel, chapter 6, verse 10.
The lesson here that I need youto understand is, when culture
pressures us to conform, we mustremain faithful to God's
(11:29):
commands, knowing that he is ourultimate protector.
Hallelujah, it don't matterwhat's going on inside of your
job.
It don't matter what's going oninside of this country.
You are to remain integral tothe God that you claim you love
and that you serve.
Hallelujah, hallelujah.
Then we have the amazing Job ontoday.
(11:51):
Hallelujah, job, hallelujah,integrity in his suffering.
Hallelujah, job, chapter one,verse two says Job, chapter one
through two Job was lost,hallelujah, job was lost.
Hallelujah, joe was losteverything his wealth, uh uh,
his children and his health.
His wife even told him cursegod, uh-huh, she sure did and
(12:14):
died.
Hallelujah, that's what.
That's what she told him.
That's what she told him.
But joe, uh, job two, nine said.
But joe, remind, remainedfaithful.
Here it is declaring here,though he slay me yet will I
hope in him.
Job, chapter 13, verse 15.
If you are staying on my heels,here is exactly what I'm trying
(12:35):
to get you to understand.
Suffering does not excusedisobedience.
Faithfulness in the hardshipleads to greater restoration.
Hallelujah, hallelujah, see.
The enemy will try to greaterrestoration.
Hallelujah, hallelujah, see.
The enemy will try to use yourpartner sometimes.
Sometimes he may be using yourhusband to come against you and
sometimes he may be using yourwife to come against you.
You got to know how to remainfaithful.

Hallelujah, hallelujah,hallelujah.
I got some practical steps foryou today that we can try to use
here to walk out on some ofthese things to maintain our
integrity in survival mode.
See, first, we must trust God.
You must trust God, as yourprovider.
(13:17):
Philippians 4, 19 says, and myGod will meet all your needs
according to the riches of hisglory in Christ Jesus.
Now I know God has a lot ofglory, so there is nothing that
I need to worry about that isgoing on in my life.
I don't care what the diagnosiswas, I am leaning in on God's
richness and glory.
(13:38):
Hallelujah For my life.
I don't care what bill is notbeing paid, I am leaning on
God's richness and his glory.
Hallelujah, hallelujah.
I am thankful, yes, hallelujahFor my God.
I thank you on today, father,for your richness and your glory

I claim it God For thelisteners of this podcast on

I claim it God For myself, god,god, that I am in your richness

See, we do sin and we sinagainst so many people, but

sometimes we forget the factthat we can sin against God.

When you are grieving the HolySpirit, you walking in your sin,
uh, you loving your sin, youloving in your flesh, and the
whole time the Holy spirit isfrustrated, the for the holy
spirit is upset, the holy spiritis disappointed, uh-huh, uh-huh

But see, we have to keep god'sword on our hearts.
When we keep god closer byreading his word every day, uh,
it makes, it brings um that holyspirit, not just a figure of
our imagination, but it bringshim to the forefront.
It says you know what?
I am not going to act a certainway because I am in belief that

the holy spirit is walking onthe inside of me, that he's
right next to me, and I dare notdisappoint the holy spirit, I
dare not disappoint my father, Idare not disappoint my mother.
I dare not do certain things infront of my children because I
don't want them to see certainthings.
Hallelujah, I should have thesame reverence for the Holy
(15:54):
Spirit that says he lives on theinside of me.
Oh, hallelujah, some of usdon't, though.
Some of us don't.
Some of us just walk around allwilly-nilly, not giving a care
in the world.
Let's move on.
Number three maintain godlycharacter in hardship.

God, yeah, boy, yes, god,hallelujah, we are number four.
We are to seek wise counsel.
Proverbs 15 and 22 says plansfail for lack of counsel, but

with many advisors, they succeed.
Don't make desperate decisionsalone.
Seek godly mentors, spiritualleaders or trusted friends who
can help you navigate trialswith wisdom.
Hallelujah, sometimes you needa little help and that's when
some spirit of discernment comein.
You don't want to tell yourvision and your dreams to any
(17:25):
and everybody, but sometimes youneed counsel and you need to
lean in on God to know who youneed to link up with to get the
vision to come to pass.
I'm talking to somebody thatyou holding on to something down
on the inside of you that youcan't seem to wrap your head
around it, uh, but you need somewise counsel.
You need God to bring yousome't seem to wrap your head
around it, but you need somewise counsel.

You need God to bring you somepeople To help you manifest what
God has given to you.
Hallelujah, hallelujah.
Number five says keep your eyeson eternal rewards.
Hallelujah, the eternal rewards.
This is a big one here y'all.
2 Corinthians 4 and 17 says Forour light and For our light and

momentary troubles Areachieving for us, are achieving
for us in eternal glory.
Uh, that far outweighs them all.
What, uh?
When focused with compromise,remember that temporary survival
is not worth eternalconsequences.
I don't think I'm gonna play inthis sandbox right here too.

A lot of times we quiteunderstand the whole, the whole
totality of, of, of, of, of ourlives and what we are dealing
with.
I came to a conclusion not toolong ago when I was having a
conversation with my amazingwife about the Old Testament and
the New Testament and I wasbreaking that thing down and I
(18:49):
said sugar.
I said to her, I said listen, Isaid I really believe that the
people living in the OldTestament had it a whole lot
easier.
They just couldn't see itbecause they had direct access
to God.
In that particular time.
(19:09):
They could go outside to thebackyard and slay a lamb to get
rid of their sins on the spot,on point.
It was no delay, it was nowaiting, it was no talking about
if it had happened.
They knew it had happened, butwhen they slaughtered the lamb,
when they slaughtered whateverthe sacrifice was for repentance

, oh, and then God went and didsomething inside of this New
Testament.
He said we're no longer doingthat.
I'm going to send somebodywho's going to be the ultimate
sacrifice.
There will be no need toslaughter any more lambs.
There will be no need to gooutside your front yard or your
back door and slaughter anything, because I am about to
(19:54):
slaughter my son, because I solove the world, hallelujah.
So now we walk into the oldtestament.
Well, we are required to beself-sufficient, we are required
to believe for real, because wecan't go outside and slaughter
anything, because we have tobelieve in the finished work of

Jesus Christ and what he did onthe cross that day and see there
is no repercussion immediatelyafter.
Everything that we do isleading up until our eternal
salvation.
Every mistake that you make Isleading you To that Particular
(20:41):
moment and day.
This is why this 2000 yearspace that we have here, it's
important that we get it rightIn the time frame that God has
given us to live on this earth70, 80, 90, 105.
I prophesy, jesus, give me 105.
If we got them years, we oughtto be sure.
We ought to be sure, guys,kings and queens, we ought to be

integrity in hardship leads todivine promotion, protection and
restoration.
Even when it seems like thereis no way out, god is faithful.
Remain steadfast, remainintegral, remain in faith.

The reward for obedience forout far outweighs any temporary

relief that compromise can bring.
Galatians, chapter 6, verse 9,says let us not become weary in
doing good, for at the propertime we will reap a harvest if
we do not give up.

We, as the uh, as gless, say dowhat is right before God.
This is not just a word for forone, but a charge for the body

famine and no affliction shouldcompromise our faith.
We must first recognize thatsurvival mode is real.
It affects the mind, the heartand even the soul.
It brings choice that seem,choices that seem impossible.

The single mother decidingwhether to tithe or to pay rent.
The business owner tempted tocut ethical corners to stay
afloat.
Hallelujah, jesus, that's meright there.
That's why I said Jesus,because I done some things,
y'all.
I'm being transparent, I'mtrying to stay afloat, I'm
trying to survive.
God help us God.
I'm trying to stay afloat.

That's a vibe, god help us God.
The leader, uh, pressure toshift convictions for public
approval.
These are real struggles, andyet God is watching, not as a
judge waiting to punish, but asa father waiting to provide.
This is why this space is socrucial, because everything that
you have access to right now isgod as a father, but on that

day of judgment, he will be yourjudge.
Trust in god's provision.
Let us stand as people whodeclare we will not bow to the
pressure of survival.
We will trust in the lord, ourprovider.
Scripture reminds us, so do notworry saying what shall we eat

or what shall we drink or whatshall we wear, for the pagans
run after all these things, andyour heavenly father knows that
you need them, but seek firsthis kingdom and his
righteousness, and all thesethings will be given unto you as
well.
I decree and declare that overyou on today, that as you begin
to seek the kingdom of godhallelujah and his righteousness

, that that this blessing willactivate over your life.
We do not function as though.
As the world functions, thekingdom operates on faith,
obedience and an unwaveringtrust in the sovereignty of God.
When we enter a survival mode,compromise whispers in our ears,

of the Josephs, the Daniels andthe Jobes, those who stood firm

three statements I will notcompromise my faith for
temporary relief.

lord.
Hallelujah, leaning on the bodyin hardship.
The enemy isolates those insurvival mode.
He whispers you are alone.
But today we break it.
We break that lie of isolation.
If joseph could endure alone inprison, how much more can we

endure with the, with the bodyof christ?
If Daniel could remain faithfulin Babylon, how much more can
we stand together as a holynation, yes, god.
If Job could endure with noencouragement, how much more can
we endure with the churchlifting one another up?

Hallelujah, we will carry eachother.
Let us, let us not let ourbrothers and sisters fall into
survival driven compromise.
If someone is struggling isstruggling, be their help.
If someone is weary, be theirencouragement.
If someone is slipping, betheir accountability.

Galatians 6, verse 2, sayscarry each other's burdens and
in this way you will fulfill thelaw of christ.
We are not just individualsfighting for survival.
We are the body of Christ,moving not as individuals, but

moving as one.
We got to keep our eyes on oureternal reward.
Survival mode is temporary, butintegrity brings eternal reward

What does it profit a man togain the whole world but lose
his soul?
That's Mark 8 and 36.

the divine favor for a lifetime?
I declare today that we will notbe short-sighted believers.

momentary hardship.

The Lord says the testing ofyour integrity has been for a

That's God saying I am about todo a work in your life that no

man can explain.
God says watch him open doorsthat others have tried to shut.
God says watch him establishyou in places where they said
you did not qualify.
She may establish you in placeswhere they said you did not
qualify.

God is saying watch me make away in the wilderness where
there was no way before.
Do not say in your heart howmuch longer, lord, for the time
of manifestation is nearer thanyou think.
The delay was a test, but yourendurance has been the key that
is unlocking the door, becauseyou have remained faithful in
the unseen place.
